They broke my retractable screen door and told me it was too expensive to replace and they would fix it. It is still broke and that has been well over 6 months! They broke my daughter's glass rose and lied about it! I never could get them to clean the kitchen floor grout. Every time they came to clean I was billed for 3 hours. Oasin did a spectacular job in deep cleaning our condo after we moved out and prior to next movers moving in. They removed all the mold around sinks, soap scum from shower walls/doors--things the other cleaners have had a tough time with. They got all the crooks and crannies, ceiling fan blades, window seals, patio, porch, removed cob webs in corners, etc. They cleaned inside all cabinets, drawers, the oven and refrigerator. Oasin Cleaning Services did a move-out cleaning for us in San Lorenzo. We had a regular cleaning service by another company, but it was a hit-and-miss depending on who does the cleaning. We requested move-out cleaning quotes from 3 different companies. The owner, Antonio, was very personable when he came in to do an in-home estimate. He gave us their cleaning list and references, and quoted us the price. We initially chose Oasin because the owner was nice, but here is why they were simply the best: - Very responsive: They responded to our emails and texts promptly. Sent an email to schedule and got it confirmed quickly. I asked for a confirmation via text a week prior as well. - Free key pickup: Antonio came by to pick up our house key so his crew can begin cleaning without us being home. - Very punctual: Scheduled to start at 8:30am, but a 3-cleaner crew was already working at 8:00am. They might have started earlier than that. - Competitive price: It was $30 - $50 less than other companies. I wanted to leave before the crew finished cleaning and leave the payment check with them. They said that it is preferable if I could be there at the end of the cleaning so I can checked that everything was cleaned as expected. I did and of course, the place was cleaned more than expected. They made the range hood and stove looking new again. They cleaned the inside the cabinets and swept the patio. They made everything shiny and spotless. After they left, I realized that I had forgotten to ask for the key back. Antonio was able to arrange for my husband to be able pickup the key from his crew. Oasin did a very good job on the deep clean at the beginning of this year. They even did nice work on subsequent monthly cleanings. HOWEVER, this month I somehow fell off of Antonio's schedule. It took him six days to reply to my email when attempting to schedule service. I wanted to schedule a time for two weeks in advance, and I'm told that he has no time slots available for the next 1.5 months. Why I'm not already on the schedule after being a loyal customer for many months is puzzling. They do nice work, but the month to month scheduling is a nightmare. I have visitors coming to town in a couple of weeks and they are leaving me high and dry. Don't bother contacting these guys unless you can wait until October. read more

I asked for a 3pm time frame on Monday to ensure my movers were done so that the Oasin cleaners would not have to work around all my items moving out. They asked for 1pm. When I asked to change the time 2pm, Antonio was more than accommodating. When Cecilia, Monica, Selena, and one other lady showed up, they got straight to work. We decided to use cleaning service last minute after being so exhausted from moving out of a 2 BR/2BA apartment. Checked out yelp for several highly recommended services. Made several calls to several highly rated cleaning services and Antonio responded promptly! He listened to our situation and tried to accommodate us the next day! Because it was too late for him to do an estimate, he gave a reasonable deal given my situation that I needed to get the job done the next day. He even mentioned that he would send another person so the job could be done faster. So the cleaning team came and they were nice. They did a fantastic job! I am docking one star because they finished in 5 hours when I think they coulda done it in 3-5 hours like Antonio mentioned with 2 people but I had 3 people and they took the whole 5 hours. We had already cleaned 90% of one room. They also overcharged me at first but Antonio was very quick to fix it! He has great customer service! I'm not very happy with this company. When I first contacted them I got their voicemail. A little impersonal but I can understand that it happens. They did contact me fairly fast and we were able to set an appointment for price quote. They were punctual and had information on their services. When we were talking, I let them know what I needed from them or at least I thought I did. They texted me a quote I was fine with, but there was not a follow through with appointment dates or confirmation until I had a moment to text them back on it myself. I did try to call the number first to ask about the appointment and got their voicemail for which I did not leave a message instead I texted again. Then I found that they did not do regular cleaning on Saturday when I need them too. Since they did not follow through with me during the week about not doing that type of cleaning on Saturday, I'm stressed about doing it myself. read more
