Really hate leaving reviews like this especially with local businesses Issues: I scheduled a DEEP clean for a 2 bedroom for Tuesday at 9am (because that's the time they said they had available when I inquired) and they showed up Monday at 9am (I wasn't home) so I rushed home to let them in The woman was working for 4 hours and she really did her best to clean but I could tell she was tired. The floors were not mopped and neither were the baseboards. The cabinets weren't cleaned. When we are talking about a DEEP CLEAN, and you're paying for it, it should be a deep clean. I reached out directly to management to tell them to make sure the floors were cleaned, to which they confirmed they were (I would have told the woman, but she didn't understand what I was saying) I spent an extra 2 hours mopping up the floors and cleaning the baseboards. When I gave my feedback, managements response was for them to come back the next day. No thank you. I told him I was already cleaning the floors. Then they offered a partial refund (we won't give her the tip you left her, and we'll give you 10% off) the woman did work hard and she deserved the tip. What you should've done was take the entire pay cut. This is clearly a management issue. First off, don't send just 1 person to do a deep clean of a house. If you only have 1 person, you should be rescheduling. Also, check your scheduling - clearly you have things mixed up. Second off, 10% off for this person missing a quarter of the work is not a way to make even. Praise: The woman cleaned the hell out of the oven. Best part of the cleaning. I checked the window tracks because some cleaners would skim there. Sparkling clean! Spotless! All the glasses and mirrors were spotless. (They clean inside only) Chrome faucets spotless. Floors vacuumed and mopped. They managed to find some construction debris in the cabinet and cleaned it out. They pulled out the stove and fridge to clean as per description. The place looks so much nicer. Money well spent! The only thing is that they only speak Portuguese and almost no English. They overcame that with a translator on their phone. With Lunar New Year coming up, I decided to get our entire house cleaned so we didn't have to worry about it and after some researching (and hesitation), I finally pulled the plug and decided to give BR cleaning a shot. I couldn't give them a 5 star for a few things. The good: I was expecting 2 people, but a team of 4 arrived which was AMAZING for me because they finished sooner! I inspected most of the rooms and pointed out some flaws to the main person and she THOROUGHLY cleaned it herself, which gave me a peace of mind. The team were all masked, professional and VERY friendly, even to my dog who barked like a maniac! The did an overall good job. They spent a total of 4.5 hours as planned but before I could do a thorough check of the kitchen they were already out door. They also folded all the blankets in cute ways, including the toilet papers... It was a nice touch! Loved it! The bad: although they should up in a team of 4 instead of 2, for the price I paid, I was expecting a more thorough job and not having to point out obvious flaws... example 1: main bathroom, there were blue cleaning streaks on the toilet flush tank/cover and there were still dust on top of the cover. I pointed these flaws out and the main person (I think Camille) thoroughly cleaned it but I felt like those kinds of details should've been caught by the person cleaning and not by me, however, Camille went above and beyond and not only cleaned those two spots, she also spent an extra 20 mins deep cleaning the tiles since it was missed by the other cleaner. Example 2: Same with our master bedroom bathroom.. obvious flaws, like dust and dirt where the window is. Also, in our bedroom, the fire place wasn't wiped down, which Camille ended up cleaned. The shower also wasn't completely wiped down, no biggie, I used my magic eraser and did a quick wipe as I forgot to mention this to them. Example 3: There were also marks left on our sink from a cleaning tool they used to scrub the sink.. I used the magic eraser to clean it up, as the team had already packed up and was out the door. I also noticed they didn't wipe down the dishwasher like they were supposed to. Also, the oven bulb broke as they were cleaning it, and one of the BR reps had texted me a picture about it but didn't offer to replace or apologize.. so not sure if it was my fault or theirs?? Anyways, overall, I think they did a great job, but I didn't give them a 5 stars because there were a few obvious misses that they should've caught themselves. I'm not too sure if I'll use them again for a deep clean because I can't imagine 2 people doing our entire house in the same amount of time as thoroughly as I would like.. Even before finalizing the appointment, I was contacted by the BR Performance Cleaning team which had prompt communication and provided discounts as a recurring customer (even though last cleaning was done over 2 years ago). On top of that, I had requested a last minute change to reduce one bedroom and they were able to quickly adjust the total cost accordingly. More importantly, the cleaning team were polite and paid sharp attention to detail. Examples of this were dusting in areas that could be easily ignored (e.g. wine bottles and knickknacks) as well as removing stains in the bathroom that have been difficult for us. Priscila and her husband did everything I wanted and more - the dust and cat fur of ages, all the floors really clean, windows and windowsills, stovetop and even the oven! - while not touching things I asked them not to (old books and boxes, etc). I will say I was not super happy with the price, although I agreed to it, I had not realized the final price wouldn't vary from the estimate within 20%. I used BR performance cleaning twice. Both time I had used move out cleaning service with add on steam carpet cleaning service. First time is in early 2020 and I was very happen with them. The cleaning team is professional. The result is not perfect but overall it very nice clean. And I can rate it 4 or 5 stars Second time is in Later 2021. I will rate 2 stars. One star for convenience online booking and one star for very professional carpet steam cleaning service. -1 star: The owner mentioned they are extremely careful because of Covid, all cleaner will wear masks and gloves. When I arrived the house(cleaning nearly finish), none of three ladies wearing masks. They did start wear later when I talk to them face to face. -1 star: Several areas throughout the house did not get cleaned, including running board in bathroom, corner of the bathroom, cabinet in the laundry room, cabinet under the sink. Apparently the house is not in a move in ready condition if I did not check. They did redo those area cleaning after I pointed out. Then mentioned to me "sorry one of our lady is new, she missed those area"(not really a good excuse) -1 star: two tools left inside of my kitchen sink disposer(see picture) one is hard plastic small brush tool, one is metal round piece(not sure what it is). Luckily I found it early enough that it has not cause any damage yet. When I provide my feedback to the owner, after checking with clean team, they said they never used those tools and not theirs. In general I am ok with small mistake and this kind of thing happens but I cannot tolerate lies. It just happens that I replaced the disposer and tested the disposer right before clean team arrive the house. So I know those are item they left over. Overall not happy with the second service I had with this clean company. For the price I paid I am expecting better service. I requested a quote and was speaking with Edina in minutes! She was very responsive and provided exact details of what the service included as well as the price! I love that! Fast forward to cleaning day, I was provided a time frame of 9:00-9:30 am for arrival, and the cleaning lady was at my apartment a few minutes past 9 and I was stoked! She was very friendly and told me the apartment should be done in about 4 hours. Fast forward 4 hours later, I received a text saying your apartment is finished on time! BEWARE: Their team is not punctual and had to cancel the appointment due to last minute delay on their end -- there is no cancellation fee or discount for this and now I have to book/find another time while the house remains dirty for another week. But there's no cancellation fee or discount if they cancel the appointment on their end. They don't value your time as much as they value their own time. Amazing Work. The ladies came within the time frame we had set up. They got right to work. My mom was at the house and she was really nervous because we've never had someone do a Deep Clean before. I decided to go with this company based on the great reviews and that they offered a heavy duty deep clean for move in move outs. They were very quick to schedule and send out a team. Our tenant was moving out and we were preparing for a new move in so we specifically paid extra for a deep clean. The first time they came to clean the floor wasn't mopped. The baseboards were filthy. It was not a deep clean whatsoever. Maybe an ok regular clean but that's not what we paid for. Also mopping and cleaning the floors should've been a given. We sent pictures to the owner and they apologized and said they would come back and fix it. We communicated that to the company and they sent the same 2 people to come back and clean. When they showed up they were almost annoyed and asked so what needs to be cleaned? There were still hairs on the wall when they left. They said that the shower pan couldn't be cleaned because it was too old. I just scrubbed it with a magic eraser myself and it looks completely different. I communicated my dissatisfaction with the owner. She said oh we fired that team because of their work- and would only refund me 10% after we paid over $700. Complete joke! ***replying to Edina- 1. The cleaning was worthless because I had to go back and clean myself. If i wanted to do that I wouldn't have paid you to do it. I am now paying another company to come and do it. So I lost money by working with you. 2. I was on my way to come back after I already mentioned to you that I work during the week. I wouldn't have had to come back at all If you would've cleaned it right in the first place. When I did come back to inspect there were still hairs all over the wall LOL. Your team should be competent enough to have cleaned that without me having to point that out. Your team said "we cleaned the shower pan with acid, it's old it cannot be cleaned." BR Performance Cleaning was one of the few companies that would do everything on short notice at a fair price. They are very organized and also list everything upfront that will be cleaned and you can add extra items, such as blinds and garage and carpets. They give a 30 minute range for arrival, but also texted me when they would arrive on the day of cleaning, which I appreciated. They also responded to texts from me during the cleaning as I was not at the house for most of the cleaning. I was so impressed by Ludmilla and Nalva, who came out early Saturday morning on 01/29/22 to deep clean the house. They were so thorough and totally exceeded my expectations! The appliances that were covered in grease, looked new again - stove, air fryer, and microwave. The garage and water heater that was covered in layers of dust looked like we could eat off the floor when they were finished with it. They were both also very pleasant and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. I am so amazed with their incredible hard work and attention to detail. They didn't leave until everything was thoroughly cleaned. Cons: 1) A day after I booked, I got a cancellation notice (although I hadn't cancelled). When I called to find out what happened the company had accused me of using their services a few months prior and then asking the cleaners to return because they weren't satisfied with the job. She said that the cleaner had refused to return to my house!! I had never reached out to (or even heard of) these cleaners before - I only called them because our regular cleaner was sick and we needed a deep clean before hosting an open house and a friend had recommended them. After I called, the woman I spoke with said she made a mistake (she had mixed me up with someone else who lived in my town!) apologized and re-booked my appointment!! 2) The deep clean was not worth the money - $367. I didn't even bother calling to ask them to come back because of my experience booking with them in the first place. these photos are moments after i had a "Heavy Duty Deep Clean." When the cleaners first arrived I asked them to wear booties which they did not have. When I requested they take their shoes off their was push back and told me they didn't want to. They did NOT clean the toilets, mop the floors, clean the window sills, scrub the shower. There was hair and debris all over my apartment. When the cleaning ladies were "finished" all of their things were in the car and they yelled from the front door "we are done" and immediately left. They did not provide me with the opportunity to inspect the house before they left. I called the management and they offered NO solution. I asked for them to have a different cleaning crew to come in and redo what these people clearly did not know how to do. Silvio said "it would cost me $150 to have another team come in and I can't do that for you." I urged him to reconsider as I ultimately had picked this business based on their reviews. Please do not be fooled. The cleaning crew does NOT know what they are doing. According to Silvio this was their "best team" at the company and the pictures speak for themselves. Do yourself a favor and do not hire these people. Horrible cleaning and even worse customer service.
