Mr. Mew enjoying his forever home.
    Donna B.

I came here to look at a different cat to possibly adopt, but he was already adopted by the time we got there. I am happy that cat found a new home, but I was sad, so we decided to check out the other cats that were available. We found Wiley, now Mr. Mew. This cat was so friendly and took to us right away, but I was not sure I was ready. Several days passed, and I could not stop thinking about him, we went back and adopted him. I am so glad that we did. Mr. Mew is wonderful! He is very loved now! Unfortunately, my other cat passed shortly after we brought Mew home. Pickles had kidney disease and not much time left. Mr. Mew has helped me with the grief of losing my 17 year old. Mew is only 2, so he has a ton of energy! I am grateful to have him.

My new Guess purse - from Foothills Animal Rescue Resale!

I love this resale shop! I stopped in, right before Christmas, and found a brand-new Guess purse which has already taken Top Honors as my all-time favorite purse - EVER! What treasure will you find...while, at the same time helping this wonderful long-standing No-Kill animal shelter organization?

We recently lost our baby boy Rico, and we are devastated so i looked up shelters to see if i could find another dog that looked like him to help us ease the pain. My oldest daughter (3) was very scared and traumatized after what happened with our baby. I found a dog that look almost identical to our and decided to visit FAR. I read the reviews and became skeptical but I am far pleased. The facility looks amazing and you can tell that the dogs are taken care of, i love that they are not in cages. All the ladies that helped us were extremely nice they gave us time to visit with the dogs, unfortunately we didn't connect and they growled at my oldest. So they began to discuss with us other options that would work. They had a puppy that looks like a mini version of our baby boy rico. My daughter was ecstatic and i saw her face glow up like before. I held this puppy and he cuddles up in my chest, i almost cried of happiness remembering my baby boy Rico. I am more than pleased with my experience. Thank you FAR for working with us. We had a time crunch because my husband had to go into work and they were great with us, processing our adoption as fast as possible. (My husband made it to work on time).

Foothills' Symphony is our Olive! We love her so much! Thank you to the staff and volunteers for making this possible.

We were on the hunt for another Siamese cat, but they are not the easiest breed to come by. I found an ad on pet-finder that led me straight to Home Fur Good. I called in as soon as they opened to see if the beautiful kitten was still available and although I was hoping to meet him that same day, they were not able to accommodate me until the next morning- which was fine by me. When we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly staff, got to take a look around the rescue and see some of their other pets. Everyone was clearly passionate about what they do, which was a great sight to see. The animals appeared to be well taken care of. We fell in love with the kitten we came down to meet and decided to adopt him! The process was quick and easy.& their adoption fee was reasonable as it included all shots, neuter and microchip service- all of which were already taken care of! We are so in love with our new baby and want to say THANKS AGAIN to home fur good for matching us with the perfect kitty

The day of I called to verify some things and one of the ladies I talked too thought I was one of her employees instead. she immediately started talking so I didn't get a chance to correct her and I let her speak, I don't interrupt. she continues on to talk about ME and my situation TO ME. While doing so, she told me that were coming to get my animals today and that they were going to a foster, but not to tell me that when they came because they told me they had a family and they just want to get my animals from me, once they do that they were going to just block me. When I finally said, okay hey look you're talking to COLTEN. The guy that owns those dogs. She hung up. I called the owner or supervisor whatever she was, and explained what had happened. She tried to tell me that's not how they operate and yada yada but then I never heard anything back from them. I'm not sure why they have such good ratings. They might have some situations they help and good for them. But if you want to KNOW where your dog goes because you love and care, stay away. If you don't want to be lied to, and made believe your animals has a family already when they don't (which was the only reason I could go through with it). Don't go here.
