If you enjoy pressure, awkward and rude salespeople , and the subtle art of being guilt-tripped into things you don't need, this is your place. I pulled up for the $10 basic wash. Try as I might to politely decline or tell the guy upfront that I'm not interested in their booklets or packages, he can't be deterred. You say "no thanks," he hears, "please sell me a booklet or membership I am not interested in." I just needed the bugs off my windshield. It is an unpleasant experience every single time, and I will drive to Auburn or Coldwater to get my car washed before I ever go there again. read more

There wasn't much of a line so we ducked in for a quick wash. Picked our wash without much upsell, then quickly made our way through the machine. The quality of the wash was good and the car was pretty much dry by the time we got to the vacuums. You're paying for the wash you get. read more

Not very good. Tire shine is hit and miss. Always areas that are not clean. Vehicle drying is very poor.

I'm only giving 2 stars because the guy at the gate was super nice. The guy inside the car wash would get -2 stars if it was an option. He slightly moved the brush across parts of my truck and didn't push in my mirrors. Also, the roller they have at the end of the car wash is useless. I'll only go back to this place if I'm desperate because there's still mud left on my truck. This place is a rip off. read more

I live on a dirt road.so the membership is convenient for me. However the soap had caused my headlights to get a film on them had to buy a cleaning product to clean it off. Every time I go through they have that big wheel that comes down to wipe the windshield off. It leaves the awful greasy film on it. Lastly I've been stuck in there like 4 times with the whole thing shutting down. Please get it working correctly. read more

I have been dealing with this company now for two months I got through to a Shawna who is supposedly a Director and proceeded to tell her that they have taken $329.90 out of two different credit cards. She sent me a copy stating they did not. I sent her a copy of the two credit card statements that you did do this she was supposed to call me back on Tuesday she never did. I have now contacted my two credit card companies and turned them in for fraud. I have also contacted the Better Business Bureau and turn them in there as well for fraud since I'm not getting any relief or my money back. My next step is my lawyer I guess now I'm going to have to sue to get my $329.90 back. read more

Under new ownership ! Thank goodness....well, I thought. I went a few day after the new owners took it over and the service and wash was awesome - they had updated a few things but were waiting for new equipment hardware. I went 2-3 weeks later after the update and my car had water spots all over it - like most water spots. I title the attendant and he ran me through at the premium instead of the silver - and it was a little better but still spots everywhere - especially on windows. Pretty much our only option in Angola, but doesn't really do the best job. I have noticed that it doesn't really matter which wash option you pick, there will still be spots of dirt missed on the car and water spots all over when you come out. read more

I don't recommend them if you don't want your car damaged. I paid $800 for new wheels for my car. After about the 3rd time I went through I noticed horrible scratches on my wheels-could ONLY have come from the tire shine process. I contacted them, and was told to get an estimate on repair or replace. I took my car to Gerber Collision, who confirmed the scratches were too deep to repair and gave me an estimate. I also took estimate from where I got the wheels. I was later contacted and told there was nothing in their wassh that would cause it. I'd been NOWHERE else. I live on a paved road, with a paved driveway, and only put 700 miles on my car in 4 months. I KNOW the wash caused this. I emptied my savings to buy myself these wheels-and I am devastated at their attitude. I will drive to another town to wash my car before I EVER use them again. I always get a great wash with very little wait. I signed up for the monthly Gold wash plan and I have minimal wait when I drive up to the kiosk as my car gets scanned and only have to touch the screen once to go through. Very convenient and I can go as often as I need to which is quite a lot this time of year. The guys working there are always working hard to get off a lot of the excess dirt before going through the wash. read more

With so many car wash places available, oasis is always my favorite. A bit pricey, but my truck always comes out super clean and looking sharp. The hot wax makes all the difference! My local oasis is located about 4 buildings down from where I work, so I stop there every day and wash my truck with the unlimited wash plan. What other car wash let's you wash your car every single day for only $40 a month?? Can't be beat for the quality and price of the monthly wash club! read more

Since the change to Jax I've had my vehicle washed twice now. Both times they did not run a brush over the windshield, did not spray anything, and when finished the windshield was dirty and the front grill was still covered in bugs. I've left two messages now to cancel my club account with no response. Unfortunately, their quality is not worth the cost any longer, it was a nice convenience but when it doesn't get clean, it's not worth it. read more

I have always loved getting my car washed at Oasis however the card ready they use needs replaced. They have a hand written note that says wiggle your card if your card isn't accepted into the card slot. Very inconvenient especially if you don't have cash. I won't be back read more

Do not go here!!! They look like a reputable place with their signs etc... but their service sucks and they will rip you off. I have gone there a few times and each time it's something different. First time their internet was down and could only pay cash. Ok no big deal it happens. Second time I paid for the 17$ car wash...yes 17$... with the hot wax etc... I go through and do not get the wash I paid for...I received the 7$ one. I thought well maybe it was a glitch in their computer system. The third and final time I went there I pay for my 17$ car wash and proceed. The belt will not pull my car through the wash..it's broke... so the owner comes out and gives me a token for a free wash. I look at it later the wash was for the 7$ wash and expires in 24 hours. Please do not give them anymore business. They do not deserve it. read more

I have never been more disappointed in a car wash! When it was Oasis (in Angola) it didn't do the best job but at least I had no damage. After it became Jax, when I went through the wash it torn the rear wiper blade off my SUV. I spoke to the manager. He had me go buy a new wiper and he reimbursed me plus gave me a coupon for a free $20 wash. I thought great...until the next time I went through the wash. This time the rear wiper and wiper arm was broken right off! The manager wasn't there but the assistant manager found the missing parts in the car wash and tried to reinstall. That was hopeless as the wiper arm was broken. He told me never to come back!! He said their washers are too powerful for any vehicle that is over 7years old. You talk about BS! As a 74 year old woman am I supposed to manually wash my vehicle? I am not happy because I guess I will have to go out of town to get my car washed from now on! read more

Not a bad car wash, I have a monthly platinum membership, I do wish it was available to use at all Oasis car wash locations as I am in Coldwater, MI often but my membership is only good at the Angola store. I do wish they could do something about the spots that are left on my car after it is dried. I don't think there is enough time between the rinse to dry section or just the dry time itself not sure. The staff has always been friendly even making sure to take time to let me know my tire was low. read more

Does a decent job just doesn't have all the perks that some of the bigger ones do and the unlimited wash is limited to once a day

The wash does not perform as expected and left my car looking awful. They folded my mirrors on a Dodge Charger which only twist upward so when I put them down to leave the wash all the soap and water flew down the side of my car and my back end was still covered in soap when we left. I do not recommend using this wash unless you are okay with dry soap all over your finish. read more

I have been to this car wash several times. It seems like the last 4-5 times something is wrong: either their credit card machine isn't working or the equipment isn't working. The last 2 times I went there and paid for the platinum wash they didn't come do my tires like they were supposed to. The last time I was there which was last week I got stuck in the car wash and sat there until they fixed the problem then after I pulled out I still had a ton of soap on the back of my car and AGAIN nobody came and did my tires. I will not be going back unless they get new owners and a whole new staff (hopefully people who know what they are doing). They are lucky to get a whole star from me and would have given them a 1/2 one if I could. read more

I am an Unlimited Car Wash member and I couldn't more more happy with the service. I wash my car anytime I'm over that way. Just drive up and the gate recognizes my chip and lets me thru. Simple and easy, and the guys always do a good job. read more
