This is the absolute worst hospital I've ever gone to and I'm just glad I can share my experience…read moreso I can stop anyone from taking a loved one here. ***DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES*** THE ER is great and everyone is very competent so this does not apply to them. The radiologist department is competent but not sympathetic to the patients in any way and really seemed like they hated their job and helping people in general. I ended up in the trauma unit where two nurses took me in with a broken back. I thought I would be in good hands but right away I was and was not. One nurse wrapped my feet so tight to the bed it felt like it was on purpose. I couldn't move with my back so I couldn't fix them. The other nurse goes "that's too tight" and then the other nurse said that was fine and walked away. She only loosened them a little bit I slept all night like that because I had no choice. The next day I had a new male nurse who was really nice but a bit incompetent and lazy to take care of people on a trauma unit. I had sat there all day and not many checked in in me and there was absolutely no med schedule that was being followed. The level of organization was obvious and many people seemed to be there to hangout other than to do their jobs. The same day followed with ridiculous mistakes like not cleaning bedpans, leaving trays of garbage, forgetting to come back with water. Little things became big things. The elderly lady next to me had been totally forgotten about. She was asked if she was okay but no one ever went to check her bedpan or diapers. By the time they did check hours and hours later, the bed was filled with so much pee they had to change everything out. Needless to say, my room then wreaked of someone else's urine. The final straw is when they helped me to the bathroom and then never came back.

I show up at my appointment time and I'm not on the schedule. So I drove here for what? Clowns at front desk asking what medication I need like it's the whole waiting room's business.

On my very first appointment with this man came a rude and a belligerent attitude that just poured out of him. Condescending, passive-aggressive and dismissive with a god complex. He told me that I had Stage 1 Kidney disease on the very first visit, I sat there in complete shock. This is even before any tests or lab work was even done ! I sat there in utter disbelief that this guy would ever talk to anyone in such an obnoxious and hurtful manner. He ordered procedures for me that we didn't even discuss like I was just a dumb farm animal. I would advise everyone to seek any other doctor at this facility then him. I will never return there. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this place entirely.

They did bill me for a $40 co-pay which I was able to have fixed, but that was still a $143 visit! They sell Care Now like our office visits that have a waved copay and quest labs, but the copay was on the bill, and they do not have the same agreement with the labs as their other primary care locations. There is no benefit in choosing these locations over an urgent care. All of this being said, I did like the Doctor. He actually was great with describing the pricing on the prescriptions, I am sure if he had known what the labs would have costed out of pocket he would have shared that information.

I went to the emergency room the day before Thanksgiving. I was taken in right away, no issues…read morethere. They tended to me almost immediately because I was feeling very dizzy. The staff was tentative and super friendly. I can't say enough about how nice they were to me considering it being Thanksgiving Eve. I have been here a few times before with my daughter and they were always nice to us. I don't go to the emergency room often but I won't hesitate to go back here. They were in order and fast. The doctor was knowledgeable and the care they gave me was immediate!
