Two experiences, very different, yet also the same #1 - November 2025 - overall a decent experience, although my friend's beer glass "broke"* and drenched our table and got two of us wet (*or so we thought, see 2nd experience) and service was slow, if very nice. (They were crowded that day.) #2 - May 2026 - went with a different friend, whose beer glass also really drenched him - like soaked his entire lap. Turns out they use some kind of tap system that fills glasses from the bottom. There's a big indentation in the bottom of the glass (so you're not getting a true full pint either!) and there is a hole up in that hollow in every glass -- so if you find that hole with your finger, the glass just drains, whoosh. It doesn't take much contact to do, and all your beer rushes out fast. So, on the first occasion, they didn't tell us what happened (but they did replace the beer.) On the second occasion, my friend was told "that will happen if you stick your finger down there" and the beer was not replaced. This happened AFTER two other smaller things: 1) When my friend arrived, he was told the bar he was at was closed, and to go to another station, which he did, waited, and there was no one there to serve either. 2) Eventually, after I arrived, someone showed up at the 2nd station. We ordered 2 beers, left the tab open, went out to lanes. While at the lanes, another server wanted to take an order from us. We explained that we'd left a tab open, and said we'd go to the bar for another round. She assured us she could take our order, so we gave in. A few minutes later, the server from the bar brought us our beers, annoyed, and told us we needed to order at the bar. ‍ We never saw the server from the lanes again ‍ So when my friend's 2/3 full 2nd beer ended up in his lap, and they did not apologize or remove the charge for his beer or offer to replace it -- we closed out and left and went to play billiards instead (where we had amazing service, and prices were better for full pint glasses.) He will NEVER be back and I'm not sure I will either. Maybe you'll get better service and at least know there's a hole in the bottom of your bar glass that you don't want to find. BUT this place will serve as a reminder for me to look at Yelp reviews before going someplace. I would have given my first visit 3 stars. The second visit was a complete zero. Hey guys we have a harassing security and general manager at Oasis. Earlier when I had arrived I had ordered wings and pizza and ate them while bowling. After our session had ended my friend group and I went to the arcade played some games as well as gellyball. I had started not to feel well and upon going to the restroom I had started to throw up. While washing my mouth out the manager and security put their hands on me and cornered me while I was trying to walk out and asked me what table I was at. I told them what table I was at (32) and they told me that I was cut off and I need to leave the establishment due to being drunk. I didn't not buy a single drop of alcohol from the establishment nor had I consumed any alcohol at all, this upset me which yes I did stand up for myself and started walking out since he had asked me to leave. During me and my group leaving we are getting escorted by the general manager and security while I hear him cussing us out from behind which escalated out of proportion since the manager clearly had his feelings hurt since I stood my ground and proceeded to record them. read more

Years back when I lived in El Paso my family and I would visit Oasis Lines every other weekend. We recently visited them again and we still love them. Service actually got better. I like the new lights and they truly have gone above and beyond to make the lanes a Safe environment for the whole family. Additionally they are very well organized. I was impressed. The only downer is that when our waiter's shift was over he charged us and the new waitress never came by to check with us. Oasis has bowling, a bar "Franks" arcade and large enough parking lot. Currently (March 2021) Bowling is offered by the hour. Each lane has large see through plastic dividers, plenty of Clorox wipes and hand sanitizer. Ya know, I came here because a few years ago, I remember ordering a cheesesteak and it was surprisingly decent as far as a bowling alley goes. But now, they don't even serve cheesesteaks anymore and this place as a whole is kinda lame. When I walked in, the first thing I noticed were the dirty tables and vacant bars. The bartenders here look bored beyond belief and it takes ages to get food or, God forbid, alcohol. They also don't serve wine, which is a joke for a bar. It's also a really bad sign when the fries taste better than the burgers. The sliders were gnarly, forgettable and I couldn't even make it past the second one. I have a feeling my toilet will be witnessing new colors that haven't been conceived yet by a human. Listen guys. I loved the wings they had, and the bowling screens and just the overall bowling was AMAZING! I've seen many schools come here, and it's just fun for family or friends. They have a great selection of food and for younger children they even have an arcade! It has a laser tag thing, which I'm not sure is in service, they have VR rollercoasters. For people who prefer more classic and usual things obviously they have traditional arcades. Bowling was okay. The music was great. Felt more like a club but hey at least they weren't playing elevator music. It is a family place though so a lot of the songs that were playing were definitely inappropriate. The building inside looks run down and old. It's dark, warm, and smells like a stinky McDonald's. For bowling there are tons of lanes to pick from. The bathrooms by the bowling area are kinda scary. They are dark and more then half of the stalls are "out of service." The bowling shoes are disgusting and look like they have been around for AGES. I didn't bowl just because I was scared I was going to get an infection with them shoes, seriously.. I was really disappointed with my experience here. I've always passed by and it's really busy so my boyfriend and I decided to try it out last week, but we won't be back. To start, they charged us $40 for an hour and the lane froze within the last 20 minutes. Our sever was really sweet and offered to add an additional 10 minutes and have it fixed but it froze again. Secondly, the food was terrible. We ordered the pork pulled nachos and received chips with pork on top, drowned in bbq sauce. Not appealing or satisfying. Once our hour was up we headed to the pool tables and the the tables weren't even set up straight! The cue sticks were broken and when I addressed the host about it he simply gave me a broken plastic tip to place on top. We will not be back. Paid for two hours and averaged one frame every ten minutes. The lane I was on kept dropping pins and I had to keep resetting the pins. I complained and asked for a new lane. So I get it it's a bowling alley/lanes. They upgraded and renovated the restaurant/pizzeria?? Plenty of space for dining in and catching a game on the many big screens. There is a lack of presence of waitstaff which makes it hard to get served in a timely manner. The bartender outside of the restaurant that faces the lanes was the person who was also unhappily serving people on the restaurant. The strong odor of burnt pizza is in the air. The pizza was underdone and the toppings uncooked. The fried pickles where so dry and the breading came off. Good place to take kids to have fun and bowl. I think bowling is a great and it was an opportunity for me to take my employees on a Saturday afternoon to build some team spirit and have some fun. We called the day prior to reserve 2 lanes for about 15 people. The cost for reserving 2 lanes was an extra $50 that I was more than willing to pay to ensure we were set up for a good time. The clerk then proceeded to tell us that there was really no need to pay to reserve because if we showed up at noon when they opened, the place was going to be slow anyways since there were no tournaments going on. When we showed up at 12:15 with 12 people, the place was almost sold out due to a tournament going on. When I went up to the desk to arrange for 2 lanes, the clerk said he could only give us 1 lane because we needed more than 12 people to get 2 lanes. Needless to say, when you bowl a full game with 12 on 1 lane, it takes about 2 hours to finish and move slower than everyone needed to keep the engagement going with everyone. Even tough there was an empty lane on either side of us that we were willing to pay for the same as anybody else, the reason seemed ridiculous. Th real kicker in this whole experience was when they gave us our shoes. They were out of most sizes that everyone needed and females had to take men's shoes that were the closest to their size. The final straw came when the condition of most shoes were so bad with rips throughout, it literally felt like wearing a sole wrapped by a shoestring. (I posted pictures of mine on Yelp). It was a total joke to see this establishment think they can be a legitimate bowling business with equipment that Goodwill wouldn't accept. I bit my tongue and didn't say a word and just played along although my employees probably were wondering why would I even put the shoes on. Brought my family here for a little fun on a Thursday. Well, my husband and I thought this is going to be great since we we're the first ones there. Went straight to get our lane and then food. The girl seemed nice and friendly. Gave us our lane and since I didn't have close toed shoes she gave me one of their which I thought was so gross. The show looked like it came out of a dumpster. They were so big I couldn't wear them so I had to take them back. Anyway, we sat at our table for maybe 2-3minutes and the waiter came over. We went ahead and place our order which I had the sliders and some kind of margarita, my husband had the nachos and my son had pizza. our food came within a short amount of time which was good but we didn't have all our orders. My husband and I got our food except my son. The sliders with some kind of aeoli sauce didn't have the sauce. It was just a tiny hamburger with itty bitty cheese on top in between two buns. My husband's nacho looks gross and disgusting and didn't have all the components that supposed to come with it. I flagged down the waitress and asked him where my sons pizza he said oh he needs to put that order again because the chef didn't make it. I then asked if the sliders suppose to have sauce and he said they don't have the sauce they also don't have the jalapeños for the nachos. So I said but you guys just opened. I was at the counter waiting to order a pizza when the plastic see through bin that contains all the cookies had a roach in it, I notified the employee and all she did was put it on the floor "out of sight out of mind" right! First time here. The place is open and airy. Has great potential, but the teenagers running the whole place makes customer service horrible. The pizza and fries were good, but the beer is ridiculously overpriced. Like 12 dollars for a tall. The waitress came back way in the end and literally stood around waiting for us to sign the receipt. Took that as pressure for a tip that was not deserved. Might be back only for bowling, not worth spending 100 dollars for a family of 4 to eat mind you that's with 2 kids meals. read more
