The absolute best pedicure in Cypress! This place has numerous pedicures to choose from, but they are all amazing. Very clean with professional and curious staff. They serve drinks that are above your normal nail place choices, and the spa pedicures comes with leg and shoulder massages. These are really nice massages, not just petting with lotion. Bonus- they have approx 3000 colors to pick from!!! All beautifully organized. Pricing does run slightly higher, but I promise they make it worth it. read more

I made an appointment for both myself and my daughter. We weren't seated until almost 30 mins after the appointment time. A nail tech began on my manicure as my daughter sat waiting for another five minutes. I had to ask my tech when someone would start on her before anyone checked in on her as she sat at her table alone. The manicure itself was awkward and I don't like the shape of my nails, however I was just ready to leave so I didn't want to ask for a redo. I don't think my tech wanted to be at work or do my nails. She never really spoke and my hands kinda got tossed around as if I was a bother to her. I should've left when my appointment time wasn't honored, but I really wanted to give this place a chance as it's so close to my house and open on Mondays. My daughter's manicure started with one tech, then he excused himself five mins later because he had an appointment (ironic) and someone else came to finish her nails. With the amount of choices we have in the area (there are at least 3 other nail salons within a 1/2 mile of this place), I won't be going back. Honor appointment times, be courteous enough to communicate delays, and treat customers as though you want their business. On a positive note, they have a ton of beautiful colors to choose from and the place is clean. read more

This place was sent by Heaven! The hospitality and vibe was so good. Better than I've had in a long time and I have been out of the nail salon for such a long time. I highly recommend Tiffany, Tyler and Jadon! I got full set builder Gel and I got a milk and honey premium pedicure! Let me tell you the experience was had. Tried out this place last week and it was a great experience! I got the Pamper Me Pedicure which is $47 with 25% off with the promotion. The man who did my nails took his time and made sure I was comfortable. My daughter was with me and they even offered her a juice and water while she hung out with me as I got my pedicure. The inside is nice and has lots of gold tones. The customer service was great! They people working there checked up on me a couple times. My pedicure still looks flawless after a week. I've been here several times since they opened in April and I've had the best experience each time with everyone. It's a very clean, relaxing place with amazing massage chairs. I've grown up in the industry so I would say I have extremely high standards and expectations which makes it challenging to find a great place. If I could give this place a zero I would. At first, the experience at Spartan Nail Salon seemed lovely. The space was clean and the staff seemed friendly. But unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. I left with crooked nails, even after explaining exactly what I wanted. I requested square round shape and was given square square -- not what I asked for, but I let it go. I also never asked for cuticle trimming, but the tech did it anyway and then charged me for it. I didn't speak up at the time, but I wish I had. I made it clear to the nail tech that I'm a Pre-K teacher and need my nails to be durable and a little thicker to withstand my daily work. She nodded and said "okay," but then did the complete opposite. Within days, the nails started chipping and breaking -- the quality was clearly poor. Today is Wednesday, May 7. My appointment was Tuesday, April 29. So just over a week later, I called and spoke with the manager. I explained everything, but was told their policy is one week exactly and they wouldn't fix them. I asked if they could just make an exception -- it had only been a few hours past the cutoff -- but the manager said no. Worse, when I asked to speak with the owner, I was told, "They don't have time for this," and that I wouldn't be given their contact info. This place may look nice, but their lack of flexibility and disregard for customers is deeply disappointing. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable -- just for them to fix what was poorly done in the first place. If you care about quality service and being treated with respect, I'd think twice before coming here. The management needs serious improvement. read more

Although this place is pretty on the inside, they're way more expensive than other places. And their basic package is pretty much the same price as higher level pedicures with other nails salon. And with higher prices, you expect maybe some salts to choose from or something extra, but no. Didn't even have bags for your tennis shoes. I got a full set with a gel color .. which was a lil expensive then most and my nails was done horrible they were extremely too short when I ask for medium length and shape was done horrible and the best part is all my nails have fallen off in 11 days ... after paying $80.00 the manager told me that they only guarantee the nails stay on for 10 days which I think is Krazy .. I wouldn't risk going there ever again . The one star is for a new nail place with plenty of colors to choose from . Good luck guys read more

I came on Thursday and I was in and out within a hour! I have been going here since it opened in May. I never had a bad experience here, it's always been the best. I had an idea of what I wanted and Leon did my nails, he did exactly what I wanted, he is great! I came back Saturday with my mom to do our pedicures with Johnny and Andy, they are truly the best as well!! came in for a shellac pedicure yesterday. when i got home, immediately noticed that the polish was so far away from the cuticles they already looked a week grown out. it bothered me so much because i could see it without even looking closely. came in today to ask to get them fixed, but the lady at the front desk (which i've had issues with already before) was extremely difficult to negotiate with and insisted that shellac "shrinks under the uv lamp" and that is why my polish is so far away from the cuticle. i explained that i've never had this problem with shellac from other nail techs at other salons and asked for them to be redone. lady at the front desk told me she could only have my big toes redone even though the poor job was visible on each of my toes. also refused to refund me any more than the $15 upcharge that i paid for shellac instead of regular polish. this was my second attempt at getting a pedicure here: first time i waited over an hour already sitting in a pedicure chair for someone to begin working on my nails when i was told it would be a 10 minute wait. i ended up just leaving before anyone even spoke to me. never again read more

I had a simple shellac done and they poorly did that. My nails are already chipping after 4 days. While there I saw 3 people complaining about their finished nails and I even had to have them redo a nail due to having bubbles. The pedicure is $78 and it's not that great either. They also have their colors on a QR code which I thought was cool except the color they brought out didn't match what I selected. It was my first time there and will definitely be my last. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else. read more
