Came in for 2 pedicures for my daughter and I and they took my daughter in and sat us down and turned on the water and bubbles for me. They took care of my daughters pedicure but nobody came for me and my water turned cold. I took my daughter yesterday they sat her down at one table no one ever came then moved her to the Julie's table the owner, took forever for her to come she sat filed one nail and was gone for twenty minutes, my nails were half way done by that time. My regular nail place was closed so I had to look for an alternate today.Let's start with the fact they did not ask me to wash my hands as I walked in and asked me to pick my color. I was very hesitant to even want to touch anything. I went there strictly for a pedicure.The girl that asked me to go sit in the back asked me if I wanted a pedicure or a shellac, I told her a regular pedicure but she was very persistent about the shellac. Some of the workers there were not wearing their mask on properly... There were no shields... And I don't even think that they sanitize their tools correctly. I've had both bad and good experiences here. The older male that work there ( I think he goes by Tommy) is very sweet and always does a great job. I've had an older lady do my nails and she really didn't take her time. She also did a horrible job. That day I just went for a manicure and my nail polished looked like a little girl had painted my nails. There is also a lady who sits in the front right. The place is clean and nice; however, my experience took a turn for the worse when they let a new lady who had not been doing nails very long attempt to give me a refill. It was horrible. He had no idea how to do an over lay, not only was his work MESSY, and ROUGH (hurt me more then 3xs) he was not knowledgeable. An he OVER CHARGED ME. I went in wanting the powder from a previous fill in taken off. The lady went straight to blending the powder in, instead of removing it like I initially asked. I had to point out again that I did not want anything but removal. When I went to the counter to pay it was $11. That is ridiculous for 2 minutes of removal. They charge $1 extra for a card, $10 if with cash. The removal is only $5 if you're getting a full set. It is their way of scamming you. I actually like this place, but recently they changed their credit card minimum to $15 (which I'm fairly sure is ILLEGAL as the state of Texas requires your credit card minimum be $10 or less). Also random friends or family members of the owner/staff always seem to be hanging around the store (which is fine, except they tend to be talking to each other LOUDLY which doesn't make the experience exactly relaxing). Second time, I was overcharged by 15 bucks for a rushed and sloppy job. Third time, went back because they were going to credit the 15 to my service, and once again service was sloppy and rushed, but the lady was nice and seemed stressed. Fourth and last time, colored powder overlay that was sloppy. I mentioned that I wasn't happy when I was paying, but I was ignored. 4 days later the overlay was lifting and discolored. I got the dipping powder nails and I was in the shop for literally 2 hours. it seemed to be as if it was their first time doing them. my nails were the talk of the day and the workers were huddled around watching. 3 different ppl worked on my nails. once it was complete I was told to come back if anything happens, and I was definitely back at the end of the week bc my nails looked horrible and the color faded. I went back and they gave me a shellac manicure over to last the 2 weeks free of charge. I went here to get my eyebrows done. I have never had a horrible experience at any other place. Even though the place was empty I had to wait for someone to come in about 5 minutes. The lady put the very hot wax on me usually the blow on it once or twice you could tell she was in a hurry. She literally spend two minutes wax too wax bottom and didn't even bother to shape them with the tweezers like they have always done any other place I have gone to. She tap my shoulder saying she was done is less than 2 mins I asked her to see a mirror and I had a lot of little hairs left when I pointed them out she said what hair I don't see. Very horrible nail shop! I came in last Monday to get my nails did because it was my birthday I told the lady what I wanted and she starts to work on my nails the whole time it was painful and she made my thumbs shorter than the rest of my nails. After she finishes sculpting my nails she begins to paint them and I told her I wanted diamonds on 2 of my fingers I'm assuming she didn't know how to do that because another lady had to put them on. As the lady was painting my nails she didn't paint the side areas nor did she double coat or put a top coat and they didn't have any actual nail dryers they were all sitting down in a group chit chatting as opposed to worried about their paying customers. The lady that put the diamonds on my finger did a good job somewhat but messed up my other nails which hadn't had the opportunity to dry she only fixed one nail and put top coat on only one nail and then have the nerve to ask for a tip. I had to go back to my nail shop down the street at Texans Nail & Spa for them to fix it and they told me to never go back there again. read more

Been here many times before but the last time I came, I was getting a basic mani and I wanted to see what the color I chose would look like on my 1 nail and she applied it...I realized it was not the right shade for me and asked if I could have it removed. She kept saying it looks so pretty but I kept asking for her to remove it. She kept painting my nails because it was so busy in there and I know she didn't want to waste time removing the polish! I told her it looked ugly and she kept trying to persuade me that it looked good :( I definitely regretted even tipping her and even coming here in the first place. My friend even was with me and while I showed her the first nail I got painted, even she said out loud....no, that color doesn't suit you! That lady even ignored that. One of the worst nail salons I have been too. I'm getting married next week so I just wanted a regular manicure and nothing else because I will have to return next week anyways since my nails grow pretty fast so it makes no sense to get full service only to return in a few days. I could clearly see the attendant got upset bc I didn't want shellac. She proceeded to remove my nail polish and scratch up my cuticles pretty aggressively, as far as I can tell I had no nail polish on my cuticles. She didn't even-out my nails & the clear nail polish was just violently smothered on my nails so you could clearly see spots that had no nail polish. I did purposely call that to her attention. I am not one to complain & I surely didn't want to upset the other clients there by making a scene so I left calmly. In my opinion, if you can't do the little that is asked from you with excellence- then how can you be trusted with more?? Stay away. Went today to get a pedicure and what should have been a relaxing experience turned into a horrible time. I went to Oasis Nails & Spa off of Wallisville here in Houston and two of the workers starting arguing, starting swinging and the fur started to fly! Since people do crazy things like shoot each other, I was a little on edge. I was already in the chair and the girl was midway with my pedicure or I would have left then. That was not enough, it escalated again as I was leaving and I told the manager that I had sat through 2 hrs. of torture in her salon and that when people act that way at work, they should be fired. I also told her I would not be back and that I would tell everyone I know not to go there. So, I am telling you don't go there unless you like to be put in a dangerous position and then have to pay for it.
