I've been coming here on & off for years. I love Rose; she is friendly, welcoming, and has a very comforting personality. I have referred many friends to Oasis Nails because my experience has (usually) been decent. However, today I got the worst manicure of my life. Unfortunately, I am going out of town tomorrow for 2 weeks or else I'd go back and get all of the residue removed. I have washed my hands 10+ times and used 3 different soaps and it still looks like this. I'm not sure if he was just rushing, but I've been doing dip for years and have NEVER had my nails come out like this. I will not be coming back here. When I tried to call the salon and ask them what to do, they just told me that it's normal and to wash my hands and it would come off. Nobody should pay $50+ for a manicure and have to come home and try to dig the glue, or whatever, out of their skin. read more

Went for a regular natural nail mani and if you do ask for Ava. She's FABULOUS! I can't stop looking at my hands! She's very gentle, precise and so sweet! I'm super picky about cuticles and nail color on my nails and she knocked it out of the park. Highly recommend! read more

Had a good regular manicure here today at a very reasonable price ($13). I was a walk in and they took me right away. My regular nail person is in the hospital and I was going to wait another week or try to do my nails myself -- but I'm not very talented. Turned to my Yelp app to find a place I'd never been... Peter did a nice job. He was meticulous and painstaking to get everything just perfect. I didn't realize that they had previously been located near Steinmart. One of the regulars told me she'd been following them for years. Soon, they will be moving a bit closer to Cafe Maxx as this place is a bit too small -- and that's true. Tables are quite close to each other as are all the pedicure chairs. They were quite busy and had lots of people with appointments as well as walk ins. They do get a lot of tourists, too, as they are not far from the beach. I would come back here again in the future for a manicure if my regular person was unavailable. I have been a customer of Oasis nail by Rose for the last eight years. Monika continues to be my favorite. Rose and her staff go above and beyond to make everyone happy. All services are appropriately & clearly priced. Any extra fees or options are explained before the service. Rose & her staff are proactive in getting to know their clients-is this for a special occasion or vacation. I've never been pushed to add extra treatments, polish upgrade, etc. as other salons do. The salon has expanded and moved within the same plaza these last 8 years. The entire move/expansion did not disrupt their continued amazing service. I have noticed that no matter what time of year, holiday or weekend the salon is always meticulously clean. Rose and her team put the customer first! I'm also love the loyalty rewards program linked to your phone number. Points accumulate for savings. I have also noticed numerous vacationers with broken nails Polish issues and Rose is always open to helping in anyway she can. I love Oasis Nails by Rose. Have been going to the salon in two locations over the last 30 plus years. The salon was one of the first to debut dipped nail manicures which are so much better for the health of your nails. There's never very much of a wait for a service and everyone is always accommodating and helpful. They even have multiple chargers available to charge your electronics while you're getting a service. I usually always go here for my pedicures. Today I went and it was the worst experience. I asked the lady not to cut my cuticles she proceeds to do so anyways to the point where my cuticles are now bleeding and sore. I asked for acrylic big toes they're uneven and the polish is bumpy all around. People get cuticle infections by leaving open wounds from cutting them so much, I'm praying I don't have one. I went here a month ago for a walk-in appointment. The place was clean and they got me in right away which I appreciate, but the man who did my pedicure was SO weird. 1) he was extremely rough with massaging my feet and ankles. I usually have a high pain tolerance but it was PAINFUL. I had to ask him to stop. 2) he cut out my ingrown toenail without warning me & I bled (I didn't even know I had one). I don't think nail techs are supposed to do that, it's a podiatrist's job. 3) he was really weird towards his co-worker and even jokingly sprayed the acetone bottle on her (which is SO dangerous) All in all, it was such a weird experience all because of this one guy working there. Sadly, I did not catch his name because he didn't speak English well. I usually do not write negative reviews but I was so uncomfortable the entire time...I will never go back :/ read more
