I've been here before but I had to Yelp our experience today. My mom and I took my daughter for a girls day out for pedicures. I would give five stars except for my Mom's experience which was leas than stellar. But the ladies who took care of my daughter and I were fabulous. The business is nice and well organized. The ambience was relaxing - with pop music being played a la classical style. Everything looked clean and hygienic. We simply walked in and were seated together in the back area. My mom and I got standard 45 minute pedicures with massage, cuticle and callus treatments, warm towels, warm oil, as well as a neck, shoulder, and arm massage. My mom and I had completely different experiences. Mine was wonderful, and hers was mediocre at best. The lady who did her pedi skipped the double color coat and oil treatments, and did a half way massage. My mom is usually a big tipper and she was upset at the lady's evident lack of attention. I was lucky enough to get CiCi who did an AMAZING job. She was super sweet and very professional. Her leg massage almost put me to sleep. She did a wonderful job with my gel nail polish. And I must say, I do not like massages but her ministrations to my neck, shoulders and arms were phenomenal. I am not typically a big tipper but she deserved every penny of the 28% I gave her, as well as the major kudos for a job well done. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Long story short: get your nails done here and ask for CiCi!

Love this color, good experience at this salon for the first time

Pro: My nails - shellac on acrylic - are on point. My nail artist - Holly - was friendly and helpful. My eyebrow wax was probably the least painful in my life. Open on Sunday! Cons: The shop is not the most aesthetically pleasing. I don't think it was dirty, just in need of an update. For the way the salon looked, I thought the price was high. $50 for a refill and shellac. But, I am very pleased with the quality, meh . . . You can not use cards for your tip, you can for the service, just not the tip. There is also a cash discount, I never have cash. The hours differ from what's listed on yelp, but it is still more hours than my last shop. In summary, I will be back.

This young lady, Amy, is sweet, polite and doing beautiful work on my bed neglected nails!

I've been here a number of times but today was told NOT to run the massage chair, after expressing my enjoyment of it

I go to Oasis with my mom and sister, and they're always pretty quick to get us in and started. They always do exactly what we ask for if not suggesting better ideas sometimes! These were my Halloween nails (dip + shellac glitter overlay) that lasted the entire month of November! I just wish they had the Nugenesis dip brand. Love them anyway!

Love my nails that Kayla did! She's awesome!

(I originally gave this 4 stars, my experience was great BUT I've heard from 2 different friends who were refused service here and simply told that they do not service Vietnamese customers, you'd think they'd want to since they're all Vietnamese! After happily sharing my photo on my Facebook page, my 2 CREDIBLE friends came forward and told me about their individual experiences there. DISCRIMINATION in my book is NEVER OK! Sadly if you refuse service to my Vietnamese friends you clearly don't need me as acurrent there which is sad because Kayla was so great. .......) First time here today. Kayla did a great job on my nails and I love them! I asked for a pretty specific design I had seen and wanted to also change it a bit because of an idea I had. Finished product=exactly what I was picturing! I will definitely be coming back. Their prices are definitely a little higher than other nail salons around them BUT you also get better quality here. Kayla is awesome so I personally will be back to see her :) the one star off is because of not knowing (and not seeing the small sign taped on the front counter) that they only do cash payments now. Fortunately they do have an atm inside the salon at no charge. HOWEVER the atm wouldn't accept my correct pin for my card so that card has automatically been frozen till tomorrow, and I had to try it 3 times on another card I never use, thank God in the 3rd time it finally spit out the money otherwise the salon and I would have been SOL since I only have 2 cards....... other than that my experience with Kayla was all gravy :)

While the quality of service here is excellent; the only qualm I have about this salon would be wait times; it's common to still wait 5-20 minutes after your appointment time; although they welcome walk ins as well. The services are pricier however with a full set lasting three weeks; I'd say it's worth it :) While each employee is talented here; my personal favorites are Holly, Christine & Jessy :)

My gorgeous and simple nail job-- just what I wanted!!

This place is fantastic! This was my first time getting acrylic nails and was really convened with finding a good place for my first time. Well, it turned out to be fantastic! I enjoyed the ambiance as well as the sweet lady named Lisa that did my nails this morning. She did an amazing job and was very concerned with making my nails the perfect shape of what I wanted. I really appreciated her generosity in wanting to do a great job-- which she did!! I want to say thank you and I'll definitely be coming back soon.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this spa. From the moment we arrived, we were…read moregiven a quick, half-hearted tour and weren't shown the upstairs or told how to use the lockers. The entire place felt severely understaffed. One of the biggest reasons we chose this spa was the salt cave, which they promote heavily, yet we were asked to leave because of a "private event." The facilities were also poorly designed. The only showers are located near the heated pool, steam room, and sauna, so you're sweating again immediately after trying to rinse off. Basic amenities were lacking. No brushes or bags were available unless you went searching, and the space lacked the little touches you'd expect from a luxury spa. While my full body massage was the only redeeming part of the visit, my friend had a not so great experience. We booked an additional $300 in foot massages in the salt cave (on top of our $200 full body treatments), only to find out that it was not going to be done by massage therapists, but nail technicians. They were very nice, but there was no real pressure or technique. It felt like a total waste of money. You should really disclose that. We also ordered a bottle of Moscato and weren't allowed to keep it at our table. We had to go find someone just to get a refill. This was a $750 visit that didn't feel luxurious in the slightest. If you're looking for a real spa experience, I highly recommend going to the Houstonian instead. This spa just didn't deliver in service, amenities, or value. ***********Update: The manager was suppose to call us but she never did. I called and spoke to Tracy and she did not understand my frustration about my massage being done by a nail tech. She said she would call me back and never did. Hopefully you never need help from a manager because they don't care!

Consistently friendly staff and clean facilities. Something for everyone here, multiple services to…read morechoose from to relax. Thanks Bergamos.
