HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE! I went to Oasis Salon recently to get a pedicure and a lip wax. The nail tech was rough and in a hurry. She did not seem to have a lot of experience. When she applied the wax, she was rough, as if she was scraping something from a dirty pot. This happened very quickly. The owner said I had thin skin! My skin is normal. She took no accountability for what happened and had the nerve to ask for a tip for the nail tech. The staff was very unprofessional. After I left the salon, my upper lip continued to burn for over 2 hours! I ended up with a FIRST DEGREE BURN on my upper lip!!! I have cried so much. Please DO NOT GO THERE. I have gone several times and the nail techs are always rough and in a hurry. It is almost like they have very little training. read more

I will never go back here again. I get my upper lip waxed and they always do a terrible job. First of all, the announce it across the entire salon like I do t want other people to know my business. So I need a little bit more then just my upper lip, i need her to wax it a little bit down too and whenever I tell her that she starts waxing my entire face and never the spot I want. Today I went home and noticed a spot she missed! Sometimes when they don't get a few hairs they start plucking them like I don't want my hairs plucked that's the whole purpose of wax! And sometimes my face is red because she waxes where my acne is which is not close to my lip! read more

After reading the reviews, my daughter and I went for a pedi! The best we've ever had! I got the Oasis Hot Stone Package and Wow it was worth every penny. Was not expecting the arm, shoulder and neck rub...will be going back for more! read more

I want to like this place, but something about having to pay extra on pedicure to remove dry skin really gets me upset. Really? I have never heard of such! The massage chairs are so old, barely work or at least the two I've tried so far. However, I did get a good pedicure and a good neck massage, which wasn't extra - so I guess that evens out the extra $5 to remove dry skin on my feet, ha ha! I've been 3 times now, not once have I been offered anything to drink, not sure why? I do like the cash discount, as long as I can still pay with credit card when I'm cashless. I'll go back for the good neck massage and complain about the $5 extra pedi fee, lol... read more

Very poor customer service. Polish chipped off the next day. Had to go looking for someone to pay for their service. I could have walked the tab and no one would have noticed. It was my birthday and I wanted to treat myself. I walked out so frustrated and pissed off!! read more

I have looked for a salon in the area since we moved here 2 years ago. I found a few salons that I liked and even went back to, but none that were a place I wanted to be loyal to... Until Oasis!!!! Their choices between manicures and pedicures are absolutely fabulous! They include an arm, neck, and shoulder massage that is to die for! This was by far the worst nail salon experience of my entire life. I made an appointment for me and 3 other girls to get pedicures and manicures for a little bachelorette party. Once we got there, I decided to get a manicure first and the woman was very rough with me. Right away, she placed my hands in VERY hot water. I had to tell her it was way too hot for my hands and she just laughed and added cooler water. I shrugged that off and decided to try and enjoy the rest of my manicure but I couldn't because the woman proceeded to cut into my cuticle on my right thumb and it bled everywhere! It hurt so bad that I jerked my hand away by impulse. I expected her to be apologetic and possibly embarrassed for cutting my finger and drawing blood, but again, she just laughed at the situation! I was stunned. I couldn't believe she didn't at least say sorry to me. I should also mention that she COULD speak English, and spoke in very fluent sentences to me before all of this happened, so it wasn't like she was just laughing because she didn't know how to communicate that to me. I don't know what she found so funny. I was livid. She had to wipe away the blood from my cuticle several more times throughout the manicure because the cut was so deep and the paint wouldn't even stick to where she cut because of all the blood. Even though there are, most likely, more professional women who work there, I probably will never return to this location because my experience was so horrible and I found it to be overpriced as well. All I got was basic nail polish, no pedicure in the end. And it was $15. I don't know if that's a normal rate but I can paint my own fingernails AND keep the bottle of paint for less than $5! (And I won't bleed everywhere and be in pain in the process). P.S. It has been 5 days since that manicure and my cuticle is still sore and has a little scab. :( That's just not the way I envisioned the final product of a fresh manicure. read more

Massage chairs are wonderful. Pedicures are kinda pricey but I'd heard wonderful things about this salon. I decided to get the most expensive pedicure which included paraffin wax and a milk treatment for $65. Sandy was providing my service today and didn't know which package I was talking about apparently. She did not do either of the treatments and I had to ask her about it. When I did she said no that's not what I had asked for. One of her coworkers had to inform her I was in fact correct. She did the paraffin wax treatment but not the milk treatment and then proceeded to charge me for it anyways. She also did not exfoliate my feet for the same amount of time which has left me with one foot soft foot and one still covered in dead skin. The entire time she was doing my pedicure she seemed like she had better places to be and didn't want to be working on me. Poor customer service on their part in my opinion, and I will not be returning. read more

This place is awesome! If you are like me, you don't usually have a lot of time to take care of mani/pedi's. What I love about Oasis Nails is that they are very efficient, although still friendly and personable. When you walk in you sign in and select the service(s) you would like from a menu. That's right, a menu that describes each service offered and the length of time it takes. Then when your service begins the technician sets a timer. That's right, a timer! This place is sooooo awesome for a Type-A personality like myself. You know what you're going to get each time and how long it will take. Never again will I go to a nail salon where the technicians are chatting with each other so they continually stop filing, etc to look at the other person to talk and gossip. Or my biggest pet peeve - they stop doing your nails to answer the phone. This just doesn't happen here. The owner is always there and offers drinks and the environment is very relaxing. I can't recommend this place enough. If you have time for a quick mani and/or pedi you can get it, but you can also select a longer service and get the wax bag thingys, chocolate cake, and a leg/arm/neck massage. I'm updating my review to say I tried this salon again, but only for a pedicure. I still don't know if I would get a better experience getting just a manicure like I did last time. I will assume I went on a bad day. Really, as other reviewers have said, this place is clean. It's the cleanest nail salon I have been in. The staff is very nice. I brought my daughters here and they were so sweet to them. They bring you either water, iced tea, coke or diet coke. My youngest asked for hot chocolate but there was a misunderstanding and they brought her a slice of chocolate cake? Yeah, that's pretty awesome. Great job on all of our nails, too. Plenty of colors to choose from. It is a little pricier maybe than the other places I have been, but you get what you pay for. I will eventually come back for a manicure and I am sure I will update to 5 stars (I don't get a lot of manicures because they just don't last long on me!) read more

I have been going here for about a year. After Harvey I was saving money for the holidays, but I needed a serious manicure. I went to see my favorite, Julie, and got just what I needed! I got a manicure and a pedicure! I feel so clean and have a new outlook for yet another busy weekend! I forgot that I need to take care of me so I can take care of others. read more

Terrible service and overly priced compared to their competition. I came in here with a friend and the lady doing her refill was done before another technician even bothered to come seat me. They weren't busy. Three girls who did not have appointments came in after me and were seated and worked on before a technician ever came to seat me. I will not be coming back here. read more

I have gone here several times for pedicures and was always happy except last time I also had nail tips put on. $50 seemed awlfully pricey just for nail tips, but I was going on vacation so what the hay, I wanted it done well. 4 days later, one fell off. The single most amazing nail salon. The staff was super nice, attentive, helpful, clean, and most of all they do great work. Tammy did an extremely wonderful job on my nails. She is wonderful and her work is meticulous and perfect. This is the best nail experience I have ever had. All of the employees were in a wonderful and uplifting mood, just adding to the wonderful experience. Another thing... it was packed! That is a sure sign they are doing something right. All of the other customers looked happy and pleased as well. I will be back for my next mani/pedi as soon as possible! They do great on eyebrows too!!! What a great place! I moved to the area this summer. Finding a new nail salon was a little scary since I had been going to my last one for 10+ years. I got assigned to a girl for the first pedicure and it has been great ever since. I get a pedi every other week and a fill on my nails on the other weeks. Kayla is awesome. Not five stars because there is sometimes a wait for someone at the front desk and they often don't have the appt book right there so I can set up the next visit. in total i have came to this nail Solon twice and i hate it. first time i got a refill and they messed up on three of my fingers and i left with bleeding fingers and they cut the acrylics so short you couldn't even tell i had them i left that place crying because my nails hurt so bad. The second time i went i got my toes done with my sister and they started off good but when they started to put paint on you could obviously tell that the paint was old because it was all dried and i bought the massage with lotion and they didn't even do it. The time i went home the paint like shriveled up and looked so nasty. And for my sister she was getting the same thing and while she was getting her polish the lady that was doing her nails saw a return costumer come in and started rushing my sister got done 10 minutes before me and that is unacceptable. i will never come here again nor recommend the place to anybody. read more
