Came here for our wedding reception this past weekend, and we were a little hesitant on proceeding with them. We spoke to about 4 different DJs and they all told us there have been noise complaints in the past. Despite this we still took Mike's word, he said they renovated and noise isn't an issue anymore, and proceeded. EVERYTHING about our reception went phenomenal! The decor was all done in house by Nirav, who did an awesome job! We have a great experience here and so did ALL of our guests. We were very pleasant with our wedding event at Oasis. We had originally booked Oasis for a wedding g reception in September 2020. Due to covid we had to change that date 3 times and finally had a wedding ceremony there. During the event changes, it was a little bit of struggle to get a hold of Mike Patel (manager). We had to show up to the venue in order to get someone to talk to us. When we chose to have our wedding at Oasis we were skeptical of their ability to deliver the service since the wedding time at 6:30am. However, we were so happy to be proven wrong. Mike connected us with Nirav (event coordinator) and this is when we started having the best experience with Oasis. After meeting Nirav the first time, he made is feel like a member of his family and he ensured that the wedding event would exactly what I wanted. On the day of the wedding, our guest were completely blown away by the decorations that Nirav and his team put together. Not only that, Nirav came in during the morning of the wedding and checked in with my mom, me and my husband to ensure everything was perfect. He went above and beyond to make sure my wedding vision had come to life. Thank you so much Nirav!! Food: we chose a combination of north and south indian cuisine and we were very delighted by the food. The mango dhal was perfect and shahi paneer was a highlight with all the guests. The banquet halls are extremely beautiful and grand looking. Really nice for big parties. The food is the only problem. The food wasn't all that great. The appetizers(Samosas, papdi chaat and Hakka noodles) were the only good thing here. The main course (saag paneer, malai kofta, mix veg, daal makhani, naan) sucked! I guess it's a gamble. We had a great experience at Oasis for a surprise birthday party. From the beginning, Nirav was a wonderful partner and by the end turned into a trusted adviser. During the 6+ months of planning he was patient and very accommodating with all our requests and questions. When the time came, he gave very good advice and suggestions regarding the menu, the decorations and the extras we might need. In all of this he was budget conscious and never did he try to upsell or suggest items that were expensive or unnecessary. Finally, on the day of the event he constantly checked in on the arrangements and despite a very busy Saturday with multiple events at the venue made us feel important and took care of us as if it was his family event. I understand that rooms should be booked out and such but be AWARE if you have four parties happening at once then you'll have a lot of sound leaks from parallel rooms. It's very distracting for moments like slow dances and speeches. Unfortunately with venues like this skip out on acoustics since these things don't get considered in the construction phase. read more

We hosted my wife's 50th Birthday Party at Oasis on Feb 2023. Neerav at Oasis was very welcoming and helped us plan it from scratch (including backdrop design's etc). We kept throwing curve balls at him by changing our decoration styles, food menu and other things but Neerav was patient and worked with us during this process. The party turned out really well, thanks to amazing Oasis staff, Bar Tender (Rogelio) and their chef (Prakash). Everyone loved the food, decor and service. Very unorganized, rude and way too over priced. They charge for every little thing if you want to have an event there. Most halls provide certain things when renting a hall but not this place. It's not worth it. Book somewhere else or your event will be disappointing. Kitchen staff and waiters were nice but management sucks! They are horrible to deal with. Very unorganized, unprofessional and terrible customer service. They are so greedy. Want money for every little thing. They were charging us for hot water! Who charges extra for tea??? That should be included with food. Indian food was served but not Indian tea because we asked for green tea too. I even confirmed with them a few days prior if we had both and they said yes. Instead of apologizing for their mistake, they kept arguing with the customer. I will never have an event there again and will tell all family/friends to never book with them. This place is so unprofessional. I'm at a baby shower right now and all the workers keep coming in and are serving themselves food. Everyone knows that employees need to wait until the event is over to get the extra food. We still have guest serving themselves. On top of that the back drop over the food is stained and dirty. The employees are also unsanitary, there's a lady that keeps touching her hair and going to the food. No wonder the corona virus is affecting people. We had a 50th wedding anniversary and we had a horrible experience, we got half of the hall, no security, and made us pay for the full hall, they didn't serve the food till we paid the rest of the payment and guest had already came make sure to get everything in writing and fully understand what you're getting they might say something else and might get some the day of your event. We paid $14,800 for 170 guest and this place was really small what was provided to us. The food was very BAD. But the main problem is that we paid for full hall and they gave us 1/3 of the hall we were all cramped in and it was just BAD I am going to find some legal advice it was that bad so I advise any future guest to make sure get everything in writing and to know exactly what your getting. I would never host a party there, so for all the people that have read this PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND ANOTHER HALL! read more

I arranged a surprise birthday party for my spouse a week ago on a Sunday for about 50 guests. It was a grand success and all the guests were really impressed by the hall/color coordinating decor/tables arrangement/stage & backdrop and the LED lighting. Food was yum and the service great. Nirav, one of the managers I dealt with from the time of reservation, was amazing. He got everything done on time as promised and also went the extra mile with a few of our last minute requests. Nirav sent me pictures/video of the hall setup well before the party started so, there would be no last minute surprises for us. I would suggest going in person to book the hall so you can view the hall and all the options upfront. I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat. Had an event here last night. Worst experience I have ever had. We ordered the afghani food with kabobs for 250. But they ran out of kabobs and the rice didn't taste good at all sure wasn't afghaninin my opinion. They did not have enough plates and spoons and forks setup while trying to pass out the plates they were scrambling to find more plates and spoons. The soda was flat from time they brought it out. None of the workers speak English and all the rest were managers. No one was trying to get anything done. Took them 1hr to pass out cake. There is a lot more to say but I'm tires. My biggest suggestion is if anyone will have an event here make sure u tell them ahead of time to up the service and make sure they pass out the plates and utensils. This is a review of the event space as an attendee. At least the way that our party was set up, this place did not really add very much value to the party other than a large space. The sangeet here was amazing - the food was absolutely fantastic, the lighting on the stage was great for all of the dancing, but the venue itself has some weird parts to it that make it less than classy. For one, there is a gym right next door to it, and the two areas share a bathroom. So, if you are at a beautiful sangeet and want to go to the bathroom, it's in a locker room. What a great way to jump out of your enjoyment of the party! Second, the walls and construction of the event space feel a bit dank - it would help to have some better overhead lighting or ability to put in overhead ambient lighting and also to have the walls pure white to give off that greater sense of class. So, overall, the venue is fine. It's good for a casual gathering of a ton of people, but I wouldn't suggest going to this place if it's for one of the most important nights of your life. Then again, I have not worked with the staff nor know how the price of this place compares to other venues, but as an attendee, it left me less than enchanted. read more

I just had my birthday party here, and it was FABULOUS! The event coordinator Juan, was great, and showed me my options and the rooms that would/could be good for the amount of people that I would have, in the beginning of my meeting. Through out the whole process, he told me what was good, and reasonable. I did think it was pricey, but everything worked out very well. When the event came, I had nothing but good comments from friends and family about the food and event space. If I could, I'd love to have another party there again! If you ever plan to have a party here let me just tell you one thing VIDEO RECORD your agreement & SIGN OFF TO EVERY SINGLE THING YOU AGREE ON! First they tried to give us a sh*tty room that had a curtain dividing the hall AFTER they told us the WHOLE ROOM WILL BE READY. Three weeks to the party we go in and the room they tried giving us was still not ready. SO after arguing about safety precautions & letting them know if a kid gets hurt going in to the other room they let us use another room. They told us our party would be at 5pm set up is at 4pm & they only gave us an hour SET UP!! So at the ACTUAL PARTY we come in early WITH OUR set up crew at exactly 4PM & NOTHING IS SET UP. The workers didn't give us the full chairs they promised and we paid and EXTRA $480 because they wouldn't agree to give us 12 chairs AFTER NIVAR TOLD US THE FRONT TABLE CHAIRS WILL NOT COUNT AS THE 150 chairs we paid for and demanded us ON THE DAY OF THE PARTY TO PAY AN EXTRA $480. These people are scammers. & to top it off they tried taking the stuff we rented and claim it as there's. I had to tell his worker to put my heavy duty poles down because he started picking up ad if it belonged to him. Smhh I will never recommend this place to anyone. I'm so happy with how everything turned out, from food to decor, from service at the beginning of each visit until the day of the event. We are completely satisfied with how everything turned out. We did our Baby Shower Party here recently. This Location has different hall options and wide variety of Food, Decorations and Other Options. We were referred to this place by one of our friend and Nirav was very helpful in setting things up from Picking the hall, menu, decorations and he was with us until we wrapped the party. Decorations: We only chose to have the basic decorations which comes with the standard package and added a few things to it. If you don't have a budget, you have plenty of decoration choices to pick from. We felt the standard package was good enough. Food: We had our doubts after we read some bad reviews. After, we went to food tastings, we were very confident that the food will be good at the event. Even though they were not able to help us taste all the items in our menu, the items we tasted was very good. They might make you come multiple times for food tasting. The food at the actual event was fantastic and all our guests felt the same. I never got so many good feedback about food at a Party. Followups: This is where they lack a little bit, they are not very good a following up with you on your requests. You might want to call them if you want to confirm if everything is done right. It feels like they don't pay attention, but proved wrong when we visited the venue at the day of the event. Everything was setup exactly as we asked for. The place has pretty much all the things needed to have a fun party- Spacious hall, DJ equipment, projector with screen, speakers, and the food. Nirav, the manager was very helpful in arranging for the surprise. He was suggesting various methods in setting up the hall. Took time to go over the photos to get an idea. Suggested items from the menu. Any request for food to be replenished, connector for the laptop and projector were addressed immediately. The guests at the party had a wonderful time.
