The good is it has all the working amenities you want at an RV park plus a pool, tennis court and clubhouse. Also, if you use a discount service the price is very good, as low as $20 a night. Finally its a very good location with lots to do within an hour's drive. The bad is that the there is quite a bit of road noise from the highway, and grounds are not especially well kept with some trash on our site when we arrived and general un-tidiness all about. The water is not safe for drinking which is an added expense/inconvenience. Fortunately they are up front about that issue and it is simply the local water supply they have to work with. read more

We found Oasis Palms during our campsite search for Stagecoach and I am very happy that we did. It is about 20 miles away from the venue, but there is barely any traffic so it doesn't seem that far away. What I loved the most was the amenities and the staff. They were always around making sure you had a great time and helping you with anything you need (or forgot). Breakfast is free every morning with bagels, oatmeal, coffee, etcl. Also, there's a pool that had a party almost every day and night, few grills, floaties, and yes even karaoke! We will be back next time we're out this way! read more

We found this place when looking to stay in the area for Desert Daze and could not have been happier. The on-site management and staff were super nice and communicative about the grounds and surrounding areas. They helped us find the best remaining site left on the grounds, arranged for rides to and from the show (small fee applied here but you had to pay to park at the event site anyways so it worked out great) and the site grounds themselves were very well tended - fruit trees growing, a 24 hour pool and hot tub, pastries and coffee in the morning and overall a very quiet and respectful crowd for the short time we were there. We would definitely recommend this to anyone headed to the Coachella area and for concert-goers, its really a perfect option. Go, stay and enjoy! read more

I was looking for a place to stay for COACHELLA, I got very lucky finding this place. When I gave them a call, they were very helpful letting me know what/ and when would be the best time for us to come in and set up. When we had arrived they showed us around the place and everything was very clean and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. The one thing I would keep in mind if you do plan on driving to Coachella, Don't Forget to Consider the ride back. It may be a bit ruff. It's about a 30min drive. Be Safe!!! read more

I stayed here with a friend during Coachella and the staff were EXTREMELY accommodating. We planned the trip 24 hours before arriving and they were willing to work with our last minute schedule. They helped us set up a tent and mattress that they provided. Campgrounds and restrooms were very clean. There was a fun mix of people staying there and free donuts every morning. A BBQ lunch was optional for a cheap additional fee. Pool was great and the DJ hired for the weekend played good music. The shuttle service to Coachella was efficient. There is also a convenience store located nearby that sells all snacks and liquor you need. We would definitely stay again next year! read more

I made a reservation here far in advance for 2 spots on the lake, then about a week and a half before my stay i received a voice-mail that I'm being moved due to a long term resident staying in my spots and to call them back to take care of that. That evening I get an email and they had already moved me by then. So I call Thursday (2/4) around 345pm and whomever the gentleman was answering phones at the time was very rude and unhelpful, every question I asked he literally answered IDK with no follow up or attempt to find out, I hung up before getting his name because he was literally no help and answered nothing I asked. So I proceeded to send an email that day which got no response, which led me to calling today. I spoke with Jacob who was at least more helpful than the other guy but still got nothing resolved. I was extremely unhappy at this point being treated like a less important customer than another therefore asked for a refund. Their "policy" does state they don't have to refund but the way i was treated i no longer had any desire to go there and gave them a chance to make it right with a refund which they are refusing. Offered a merchant credit for a future date but why bother, they can just move my spot again and tell me to kick rocks. Customer service goes a long way even if it means going against your "policy". So I dont recommend this place, if you make a reservation there's a good chance they will just move you anyway if they feel someone's more important. read more

Amazing place! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Anthony was great he helped us out with our tent set up. Bathrooms and showers are clean and the coffee and donuts are perfect! Definetly coming back for more camping. Mike was so friendly, loved the Kareoke and how fun the experience was and all patrons were so kind and friendly! Bonus on the bbq they had each day and the free coffee and donuts every morning! Shuttle drivers were so fun! I recommend this place to anyone ever going to Coachella or StageCoach :) read more

We have been coming here for several years in the winter months and we just love it! Michael and Ann are wonderful hosts and they do all they can to make your stay the best! We love the grass and the track around the park. The pool is always clean and the washrooms/showers are kept very nice too! II is not crowded and the fellow campers are all considerate and friendly. Because it is about 30 minutes from good shopping I had to learn how to plan for not shopping every day like I am used to. there is a small corner store just a short walk away but it is only good in a pinch! We plan to be back this winter again! read more

I was concerned about staying here at first because of it being so far away from the Stagecoach grounds but from the minute I got here I was extremely impressed. The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. They showed us around and even delivered a bag of ice to our tent site !!! Definitely an oasis. We got into Indio after dark and could NOT find an RV park worth staying in. There was a green cloud and some weird smell in the air on the west side of town that immediately seized up my lungs and I had to grab my inhaler, so we pretty much ruled out that side of town. Did check out Shadow Hills RV, but they were locked up tight and refused to answer their after-hours phone so no help there. Finally called Oasis Palms and decided to drive the additional miles out of our way because the woman on the phone was so nice and helpful. Were really glad we did. Had hookups, but no cable hookup that we could see although we were really tired so might have just missed it. Lots of snowbirds there that were VERY friendly and a pretty little pond/lake in the center. Some girls were enjoying the tennis courts. Worth a look. read more

This is a little known gem located 19 m iles south of interstate 10 by the Salton Sea. Casinos ae nearby. This park has an orchard of lemons ,Oranges,Dates and grapefruit for you to enjoy during your stay, It has a tennis court, pool, hot tub and game room with fireplace. The laundry and showers are clean. The park is dog friendly. Lovely sunsets and sunrises. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rates are reasonable. read more

Stayed here for coachella weekend 1. Vince Anthony and Anne were great and treated us well. Had a little hiccup with their 3rd party shuttle service but they were quick to fix the problem and make it as comfortable as they can for their guests. That being said. First class treatment. Welcoming and happy staff. What more can you so for. If you're camping for coachella or stagecoach or even just need a place to stay. They had music plying and made the place feel comfortable. Also made it a great space to meet fellow coachella goers. I would highly recommend oasis palms if you're looking for a great value. Good price, good service, and great staff. This is the place. This place was awesome!!!! A group of 25 of my friends stayed here weekend two of Coachella and the staff was so nice and friendly to all of us. Anthony and Vince made checking in super easy! Finding our campsite was easy and having all of our campsites next to each other was so sweet! The continental bagels, donuts, oatmeal, coffee and water were so nice to have in the morning. The staff made the place fun and always had music playing at the pool with a DJ and a barbeque for lunch with hamburgers and hotdogs that you could buy for a cheap price! The shuttle was also a plus with staying at this place, they took you from the campsite straight the Coachella shuttle area for a fee of $85, not bad. However, they need to have more drivers, more buses that can fit all the people that are expected as well as more times. Suggested times to going to Coachella 10:30 AM, 12:30 PM, 2:30 PM, 4:00 PM and returning to campsite from Coachella 10:30 PM, 12:00 AM, 1:00 AM, 2:30 AM. Other than that the shuttles were great and the bus drivers were super nice and energetic! We definitely will tell our friends to stay at this place for anything and especially when looking for a place for Coachella and Stagecoach. What a great oasis this turned out to be! We came here on a 3-day getaway and enjoyed the experience so much! Ann and Mike are warm & welcoming hosts. The park has citrus trees overflowing with fruit. The other people staying at the resort were also very friendly and it was fun to share stories around the campfire. One wonderful couple made breakfast around the pool for all who wanted to partake. What a treat! We actually had a problem with our camping trailer and Ann & Mike went above and beyond to find a solution for us! We really felt like we were part of a family here. We would recommend this park to anyone and we look forward to returning! read more

Absolutely beautiful! The view is spectacular from the Santa Rosa mountain range to the quaint fish filled pond. Easy location to find right on the Salton Sea. So many activities locally to do and if you feel like staying in then just hit the karaoke on Friday's. It is just down right lovely with the byob and good company. Pool table, darts,and the swimming kind of pool makes you feel right at home. From previous experience I can honestly say that oasis palms RV resort stood up to its name. read more

Staying at this place for Stagecoach! They have huge bathrooms & multiple showers. The bathroom even has an AC in it so it doesn't get too hot & steamy! There are outlets everywhere which is a convenience for phone charging. The pool area has a DJ & is super chill! The people this place attract are chill too, so it's fun! read more

Nice RV park that was becoming a bit run down but the week we were there a new owner had a full crew working on repairs and remodeling. Even though it needed some sprucing up park and facilities were clean, managers friendly, nice pool, hot tub, laundry, rec room, bathrooms, showers, tennis court, dog friendly, nice pond where dogs are allowed to swim. Many orange, grapefruit and lemon trees throughout the park and campers are encouraged to pick as much as they want for free. We stayed in a motorhome in a pull thru site with concrete pad and full hookups. Spaces are level and a bit of a tight squeeze for 45' rigs but manageable. Other guests were friendly and the daily 4 P.M. happy hour around the fire pit was very popular! Only negative was a noisy highway if you're sensitive to noise but it wasn't an issue for us.
