We stayed here twice as a stop for the night to and from Arizona. Great location just off the freeway but far enough away so you do not hear it too much to the point where it's difficult to sleep. Very nicely landscaped and clean overall. Also, we felt safe walking our dog at night with lights and security. Very clean restrooms and facilities spread out throughout the property. Unfortunately, we arrived at night both times so we did not have time to try all of the amenities but the pool area and gym looked great. After hours check in was easy, and communication from staff was very helpful. The dog park was great, our yellow lab enjoyed running free in the morning! We finally made it out here after hearing numerous great reviews from friends. I booked our club here and they were not disappointed. The resort is beautiful with lots of great amenities such as a their 18- hole putting course, 2 heated pools and hot tubs, pickleball courts, billiards, a clubhouse and bar, fishing ponds, golf cart rentals, and so much more. The sites are large but unfortunately graveled. With a resort this nice, concrete pads would have been a better choice. The resort is quite large and it could be a bit of a walk depending on your site location so I'd recommend bringing bikes unless you would prefer to rent a golf cart. They have a nice walking path on the property and dog parks and stops for your fury friends along the way. Overall it was a great stay filled with lots of fun memories and beautiful sunsets. So much that our members can't wait to come back next year. Highly recommend this resort. read more

We stayed 8 nights here just last week and didn't want to leave. Pros: It's not located near anything noisy. It's very quiet and peaceful. It is very clean. The sites are gravel, level, and spacious. They have very nice laundry facilities, showers, pet areas, clubhouse, and a great pool and two hot tubs. Their staff (girls at Check-In and Francisco) were so helpful. We played pickle ball, mini-golf (par 3 is a hard hole!) and great walking path. They gave propane refills. The park itself has a security gate and that is very nice. Cons: Honestly, no. They do have a beautiful Clubhouse that has "food and drinks" coming soon. This will be AMAZING. We will be back and next time for longer than a week- and with friends read more

We had a great time at Coachella Lakes RV Resort and enjoyed the amenities and atmosphere. The only downside was that visitors were placed right next to permanent resident. During our stay, we had several RVs together as a group, and it seemed to create some tension with nearby resident who are used to a much quieter environment. This is at the entrance don't know if the lady has anger issues came out cussing. Was not even 10 pm. She seemed not all there. I think the experience would be better for everyone if visitors and long-term residents were placed in separate areas whenever possible. It would allow vacationers to relax and enjoy their stay while also respecting the peace and quiet that full-time residents expect. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and would definitely consider returning. read more

This was a great resort!! The employees were friendly and nice. The resort was clean, well-maintained, and quiet, even though it was the big Coachella festival event going on 10 to 15 miles away. I also caught my first fish! I would totally recommend it as a vacation spot. read more

Online reservation process was a breeze. We recently stayed two nights at this new, beautiful, clean RV resort. They're doing things right and I can't wait to go back again. Liz at the check in counter/ gift shop was incredibly welcoming, very professional and her hospitality was a treat after a long day on the road. The gates entry campground was immaculate! A brilliantly transformed a golf course into this RV resort. Large easy to back into flat campsites most with a beautiful front row view of one of the five lakes kept from the former golf course. I enjoyed the soothing hot tub followed by a lake view midday nap next to the rented fire pit they delivered to my campsite. This place is also dog friendly, a nice fenced in dog park, great pathways to walk your dog with plenty of relief stations throughout the resort. My recommendation if you're looking for a peaceful RV resort in the Coachella Valley is to definitely make a reservation here soon. Liz told me a splash pad is in the works for next year and I'm sure it will be great. Thank you so much for a wonderful and Relaxing stay. Over the weekend, my friend and I camped at Coachella Lakes RV Resort while attending the Coachella Music Festival. The resort is just a 15- to 20-minute drive from the Empire Polo Club event grounds. The camping areas are excellent, clean, quiet, and serene. The clubhouse features a 24-hour gym, a hot tub, a pool, and a laundry facility. With the resort being gated, it also offers an added layer of security. If you need to order supplies from Walmart or any delivery service, they can bring your items directly to your campsite. Share Rides can pick you up right at your campsite. This place was super easy to check in, the bathrooms and pool areas were well maintained, the lakes were fun to fish in and the dog park was great for the dogs. The front staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative for us was that it took multiple requests to get a picnic table delivered to our site and that the second pool we were at on Saturday was closed to the public at 5 pm due to a private birthday party and the other main pool was full. These two issues weren't enough for us to give anything less than 5 stars however. We will definitly be returning. read more

We stayed here for 3 nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. The amenities were great. We enjoyed the 18-hole putting green, all the facilities were clean, and the pickle ball courts were fun. The pools were nice, and they have a nice new bar that had just opened. However, this place is anything but tranquil and what a true camping experience should be like. Every day campsites were blasting music throughout the day and into the evening. Not once did we see any of the noise/quiet enjoyment rules being enforced. At night it is the equivalent of being in a mall parking lot due to the "streetlights" lighting up the entire campground so brightly that you cannot see the stars. This really hindered our evenings around the campfire experience. read more

We got a rental on site, like a tiny home. We went to fish and celebrate one of my kids bday, per his request. We were a large group, some in rv spots. Soo clean and equipped with way more than I anticipated. Tupperware, pans, mini-splits. My kids loved fishing here. Pool and splash pad area, kids loved. Would definitely stay here again! New resort. The sites were a good size, the staff were friendly and accommodating, the clubhouse was a definite plus. We participated in resort activities making body scrub, tye die shirts and ice cream for breakfast contest which we won and had so much fun making! My dogs had a great time and there were many dog stations and a dog park that was grassy and well kept. We played a round of golf, rode our bikes and just had such a pleasant and welcoming stay. We have stayed at their sister resort (River Sands in Ehrenberg, Az) which we would never recommend due to the difference in management styles (discriminatory) and our experience of being unwelcome. read more

I do have 1 issue i needed a product for my trailer and purchased it from the facility store. Was told it was $55 and billed it to my card on file. Came home to find out I was charged $70. This place looks so nice when we drove in, and I was really surprised that it wasn't full of snowbirds. Now I know why. This is like trying to stay in a college frat house. People have music blaring loud enough to be heard a mile away. It's not enough that they blast it from their RV site, so they drive around like a bunch of crazy drunks.(which I am sure they are) in golf carts with their boom boxes blaring at maximum level. And they do this for hours. Quiet time means nothing. And nothing is what Management does. read more

The resort itself is wonderful. Clean, quiet, large sites, lots of green space, great dog park. One suggestion, is to have more activities at the park/clubhouse. The biggest issue while we were there was theft. We were only there a few weeks and one of the guests had 2 ebikes stolen from the back of their rv, that were apparantly attached and locked to their rv. Another guest had an attempted vehicle break in, and another had an attempted theft of a locked scooter. We also heard numerous guests talking about ongoing theft issues and how they were very bad last year. The thefts are NOT by guests, but by people entering the park at night. We did notice quite a few homeless people/camps within walking/bike riding distance of the park. While we really enjoyed our time there, our safety was a huge concern. I'd like to go back, but won't unless they can rectify this issue - ie: better security (especially at night), or better enclose the park so non guests have a hard time accessing it. read more

We stayed here for the first time as they are brand new. The trees are still little, which is fine with me, I don't like trees blocking my satellite. The front desk receptionist was friendly and the area was clean. The grounds are gravel. Our site was level enough but our travel buddy's site was not. My suggestion to the park is to check all your sites to have it level for the rigs that camp. The recreation and pool area are very clean and tidy. We played cards inside the very air conditioned game room. Looks like there will be a food and bar area in the future near the pool. It's pet friendly and have areas for pet relief. I wish there was another dog park at the other end. There is a large pickleball area at the end. Make sure to take a photo of the gate code and all other codes so you don't get locked out after hours like we did. Luckily I called and also left a message on Yelp and they immediately sent a worker to let us in. Thank you management! All in all we would definitely stay here again. They offer passport America discounts during the week too. read more

The grounds are amazing, the staff (Jim, Liz and Jenny) just to name a few, are incredibly personable and the campsites are big, flat and manicured! It was also great to have pools, pickleball courts and a putting course. We sold our house in December in Canada and we were more sad to leave Coachella RV Resort than our house. If you are looking for a resort that is clean, spacious has great amenities and a staff that is courteous and hard working we can't recommend this place enough. When we arrived all of our paperwork was ready and they gave us clear and accurate directions to our site. At the site all of the connections worked great and the sites them selves are large and accommodating. The grounds were immaculate and the pool was cool and inviting. They have fishing, playgrounds for the kids, plenty of grass and an 18 hole putting green. We were with a party of 5 families and rigs and everyone agreed this was one of the best places to stay. read more

We pulled in after hours to stay for one night on our trek from Texas to Paso Robles and loved the park. It is clean and fairly priced, with large spots and nice amenities.
