They have a beautiful setup which includes a climate-controlled building that is comfortable for dogs and humans alike in addition to high-quality food, treats, plenty of toys, and around-the-clock monitoring to ensure their safety and welfare. In addition to a beautiful 'house' of their own the dogs of Keldrew Ranch get plenty of fresh air and space to exercise outdoors while under the watchful eye of their caretakers. We were favorably impressed from the very beginning -- these folks are very responsive, answered all our questions, and gave us a warm welcome when we came to visit on multiple occasions. All of the dogs are part of their family and enjoy a great deal of socialization from the very beginning which brings out their sweet, gentle disposition. Plenty of personal touches are provided including individual Facebook pages for the dogs with frequent updates with photos and videos. When it came time to transition our little Dakota to his new home with our family they even provided a personal delivery of our precious little puppy with an awesome gift bag including paperwork, a CD with photos, toys, and bags of kibble and treats. Our experience didn't end there -- they have been extremely helpful with much-appreciated follow-up advice and information. Our puppy has made a very smooth transition to our home because of the wonderful care and attention he got from the beginning. Anyone who is looking to add a mini Aussie puppy to their family will not be disappointed by choosing Keldrew Ranch.

Benji got lost one time and thankfully had his collar and tags on, so the person who found him called the clinic! it was nearly closing time for them, but they called me and then stayed open after hours so I could bring him in to get checked out for any injuries! they helped him through heart problems and helped me when I finally knew it was time for my sweet Benji to go to sleep. they were there for Dafney who we rescued from a shelter and helped her through ear infections and kidney problem plus arthritis! and once again helped me let her go to sleep. when I rescued Goober after seeing him run over by a truck, they went right to work saving him even though they were not even sure I would come back for him, but of course I did! I am sorry to say I haven't been able to use him lately due to dome financial problems I am going through,, so our newest fur-baby,Dixie, has not had the pleasure of meeting them yet. but I hope to be able to go back soon! they are great & I highly recommend Family Pet Care! :0)

She's older than we expected but Hewitt Veterinary hospital was more thorough than other vets we seek help from. Which she's also perfectly fine now! I will continue taking all my cats here. My cats also love them! They're not fans of other vet offices but they're all comfortable here as well as my husband & I with their care! I have been taking my cat Mysti to Barkley Animal Clinic since I moved to Waco about 1 year ago …read more I've been very satisfied how I'm treated and especially how my furbaby has been treated. The last time I took her she was getting her hair shaved because of her matted and tangled hair. She's a Himalayan mix with Persian so naturally these type of cats are beautiful but require alot of brushing and sometimes I've had to take her to get shaved and sometimes if I'm lucky just shave her mats. This time she definitely needed a complete shave. Dr Pippin explained her sedation to me because I was a little nervous because of her age . She will be 16 in a couple of weeks. Dr Pippin has always explains what he's doing and if I have any questions. I left and I decided to take a little nap before picking her up. I woke up late and realized the clinic had called twice and I looked at my phone it was 5:45;pm.I called and apologized. They told me it's OK because things happen. Wow how nice is that. I rushed to get Mysti and thanked them for being so nice. It's also affordable too.
