The other bids wouldn't have allowed us to put hardwood into our family room, but Pedro's was within our budget. We had a specific look we were looking for and he did it. I have held off writing this review in order to give Bedrosians every opportunity to do the right…read morething and resolve the issue ethically. It has been a few months now and they have since replied with a formal corporate response dusting their hands of our claim. We purchased almost 1000 sqft of their Arrowhead large plank wood look tile for our main floor remodel project. This is why I recommend that you NEVER use Bedrosians: * We paid extra to have our tile delivered and the delivery never showed up. They didn't even have us in the system. We were then told that they couldn't deliver until the following week. That doesn't work when you have an installer on a tight schedule. We had to rent a heavy duty truck and transport almost 5000lbs of tile ourself to have it ready to go the next day. * Our installers pulled out tile and checked for quality and found 4 tiles spread throughout the boxes that were white and totally washed out. (Shown in image) This made us uneasy so we paid close attention to tiles being laid to avoid placing an oddball tile. Unfortunately, that didn't save us from the next issue! * LARGEST ISSUE, after all tile was laid, grouted and cleaned, we removed the plastic from our windows and found that a large portion of the tile was semigloss sheen when the order was matte!!! They only make one sheen of this product and it clearly shows matte on our order sheet. This is a major quality issue and is impossible to overlook. Mixing sheens is very distracting and tacky. The only way to fix the issue would be to rip out all tile and start over. This was impossible to detect earlier because of the plastic on the windows to protect the shutters. Their manager Michelle did what she could to help us, even coming out to our home to check things out, but ultimately the company decided to screw us over. Their corporate customer service does not respond to emails. Michelle has been instructed not to help us any further as well. They refuse to take any responsibility for their quality mistake and are deciding to ignore us because the cost to actually fix the problem is too high (since we added radiant heating under the tile). Before you choose where to buy your tile from, know that things will definitely go wrong at some point with Bedrosians, there were too many issues along the way. Know that if things really go bad with your order, they lack the integrity to fix their wrongs and make it right. They will ignore you and hide from their problems. Tile is forever, these blemishes won't go away, and you will have to look at the quality issues until you decide to rip it out some day and buy from someone else.

I read the reviews of poor customer service prior to going in but decided ti go in after my contractor said the tile I wanted was in stock. I walked up to the desk with my tile sample to order and the young woman, Aurora, rolled her eyes at me and acted like helping me was ruining her whole day. Her tone in speaking to when answering my questions was very rude. I don't know anything about tile, so it's normal to have questions and ask for information and she could not be bothered ti answer them in a helpful way. Another woman started helping me and when I finished my purchase I expressed my frustration and disappointment in the customer service especially from Aurora. The woman apologized and said they were short staffed (there was only me and one other person being helped and 3 sales people) and the girl was new. I told her I had seen the reviews of their poor service and told her that I'd be writing a similar review based on my experience. They have multiple bad reviews on their customer service, and it doesn't seem to be something they care enough to do anything about. Do NOT recommend.

I…read moreunfortunately ended up not using him originally for my bathroom remodel (I went with another person who gave me a cheaper quote and that ended up being a big mistake!), but when my remodel went south I immediately called Bryce. He was able to come in and assess the damage. He was able to remove a portion of the floor that had a "pot hole" and seamlessly add new, level tile. He got a marble polisher and polished up the floor that had been badly scratched up by the other guy. And then he re-grouted the whole floor because the other work looked so bad and had missing grout in some areas. Then he sealed it. Bryce was an absolute lifesaver. He knows his stuff when it comes to tiling and bathroom remodels. I hated my new bathroom so much before he came in and fixed the bad tile work. If you need tile work or a bathroom remodeled call Bryce! Do not do what I did!
