I was researching facial fillers and found this Oasis because it was mentioned on a website called Real Self. It was a good review, although the actual review was a bad review for another establishment. The review mentioned that Oasis fixed the screw up the other establishment did to her tear troughs. The pics that were posted looked good so I called and made an appointment for May 13. The receptionist was very helpful in answering a few questions I still had. Like how long for the bruising to go away, etc. I invited a friend to my appointment for support, but once there, she decided to get fillers too. Delana assessed both of us at the same time and to my surprise, I didn't need tear troughs filled after all. There was a mix and match sale on the day I went, so Delana suggested I try mixing Juvaderm Ultra and some Botox. She said if we're smart we can get great results using less product. The last time I had fillers I got 2 syringes of Juvedrem and 40 units botox. (Now that I see Delana's results, I wonder if the other establishment didn't cheat me.) Delana has a very light hand. She injected gently and I hardly felt any pain. I went back to work right after. (NOTE: If you wear make up, take some with you because the make up you have on will be wiped away and you'll look a mess if you go back to work.) After 24 hours, the improvement is amazing. I paid less than $500 and addressed all my problem areas. I got filler in both cheeks and on the deep 11 between my eyes. I also got botox on the corners of my eyes and on the corners of my mouth. Delana said I should get better results with botox on my marionette lines than I will with fillers. SHE WAS RIGHT. The corners of my mouth are starting to turn north. I've had filler in the marionette lines before and this looks so much better. I am so glad I made the call. I'm definitely going back. My friend did get her tear troughs done and that turned out amazing too. Oh, and one final note. Now that I finally got the results I always wanted, I feel like such a chump for chasing the groupon specials. I tried 2 of them and I ended up spending way more than I did at Oasis and not the best results. I'm from Houston/Sugarland area and Webster is a long drive from here, but I don't mind. I know I'll be coming back for maintenance and possibly to try out the other stuff they offer. Mani, pedi, salon, spa and more stuff I didn't get to see. Good luck and happy filling :) read more

Heather is absolutely the greatest botox/dysport injector of all time!! In the past, I visited many doctors that could not achieve her flawless look! She takes her time to properly educate you beforehand about your procedure, or discuss any procedure you are contemplating. Heather is a genius, she is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of weight loss medication, injectable fillers and anything else you can think of!! She has been the only person I go to for years and plan of being her lifetime client! I've been to Oasis several times. I've had a few dermal filler & Botox sessions, Hydra-facial, Microblading, and Fraxel laser treatment. The Medi Spa is very clean and modern. All staff I've encountered have been extremely polite, helpful and professional. I've been very pleased with the results of all my treatments. Heather has done all my filler and toxins and is excellent. She is very gentle and lets you know her every move before so there are no surprise pokes. I love this place and will be scheduling an appointment soon. The only reason I'm leaving off one star is because they are quite pricey compared to other places but their work has been exceptional, so to me, well worth it. They did help me find the best options for my budget though and I know they offer regular specials. I also would love to see their website updated and prices for ALL services shown. Tara was so sweet and she did a wonderful job on my hair color. I showed her a picture of the color I wanted and she nailed it! Then I came by a week later and did the Mago hair extensions with Sol and she was AMAZING!!! Such perfect and detailed work, I was amazed by how good my hair came out. Great prices and friendly staff. I had Botox done here at $10/ unit which is a good price. Good results too. My only complaint would be that the nurse didn't tell me just how much she was injecting into my face. When all was said and done she injected 42 units into my 29 year old face. I have had Botox several times and they have always gone over the amount they'll be injecting and the cost. A surprise $420 buck wasn't cool. This was my second time going here. The first time was with Mary where I got a retouch of about 20 units that looked great. This last time with the surprise amount was with an unknown nurse. Just be sure to ask how much they'll be injecting beforehand if they don't come forth with that info. I will recommend and will go back but will ask for Mary. Update- I went in for a Botox appt last week. Within 20 minutes I was taken back into the injecting room. After 20 more minutes of waiting in this room I was relocated into a massage waiting area. This was very strange to me. A few minutes later another lady was placed in this strange waiting area with me. She didn't last as long as me. After waiting for 20 min she was out of there and stormed out and left. I gave it 10 more minutes then decided to leave as well. Not one staff member stopped me or seemed to care at all. After 70 minutes of waiting I left with no Botox. I did however find a botox groupon while waiting. They got me right in. Results are cheaper and way better at my new place. So over Oasis. read more

I received a $500 gift card from my employer for Christmas. I went and took my daughter for pedicures. I made an appointment for the Hot Stone Pedicure but when we arrived we were only booked for the regular pedicure. Although the receptionist apologized she did not accommodate us by giving us what I booked us for. The pedicures were good and the girls that did them were great. I usually go to Davi Nails in the Wal-Mart on Eldorado. In comparison Davi Nails wins. The chairs are better at Davi Nails, the Pedicure is better because I get what I ask for. The worst hair salon ever!! I don't usually ever post any type of review but on this crap i have to. I have long thick black hair and i asked Chris Rangel if he is able to go light on my hair like an ASH BROWN he said yes and that it would take two sessions and a week apart from each. I was already a bit concerned because i thought it would of been about 4 sessions with my hair but since he is the hair stylist i trusted him. Not to go through alot of detail throughout the process he kept saying "oh your going to look good with ash blond" and i kept correcting him just incase he didnt hear me. Even after correcting him he left me with a disaster. Im telling you not only did he leave my hair orange , he damaged the f*ck out of it. He damaged it so bad that my new hairstylist said i can only wash it once a week with deep conditioner. Y'all i cant even run my fingers through my hair because he left it sorta sticky. Thank God i found a color correction stylist who fixed the color but it's going to take about 1 year and a half to get my hair somewhat healthy again. I went in for eyelash extensions at Oasis with Maci. After she finished doing them she told me to open my eyes. They were stinging and watering like I had been crying. She put some kind of eye drop in my eyes (not sure what kind) and said it would help. I have had my lashes done many times and this has never happened. I went straight to the restroom when she was done to see why my eyes were burning but all I saw was that they were very red. I drove home and eyelashes were falling on my eye and cheek. The next day my eye was even more red. I think she may have got glue or some kind of chemical on it. I left a message and still have not received a response. I've had them on about a week and have an appointment at a eyelash studio to get them removed. Make sure when you get your lashes done somewhere its with someone who ONLY does lashes and is an expert. Not something they do on the side. I should have never got them done here. First, I need to start by saying I am in my 30s and I have been getting my hair professionally colored since I was in high school. Today I went to Oasis Salon for my first hair appointment to see Victoria and I am EXTREMELY disappointed & honestly angry. My hair was not cut properly, actually only the back was cut, not the front. My hair was over processed and was white instead of "golden" blonde like I asked. My hair was breaking severely after she washed it and then I was stunned to see her take a paddle brush to my breaking hair with clumps of hair in the brush. What happened to a comb? Then the last straw was when she asked me if it was ok if I would leave with my hair a little wet bc she was running behind. WTH??!?! Are you serious????? He takes the time to review color options with me and talk about what would look best. The ladies who work at the front desk are always nice and helpful. Facility has complimentary beverages. Since the restrooms are part of the spa they're really nice and always clean. I have always made an appointment, but I think they also take walk-in guests. This review is for the spa only: I go to Oasis all the time for my hair and LOVE my stylist. So upon receiving a promotion for 15 minutes of laser hair removal for $50 I thought I would give their spa a try. For the record - I have had laser treatments before and am VERY familiar with how it all works. Arrived ten minutes early to my appointment to sit and wait 30 minutes with no explanation as to why. When they finally called me back the tech starts talking about my skin color and how this treatment won't work, blah blah blah. When I ask how skin color effects ;laser treatment she looked shocked. She was going to give me a face peel. What?!? When I told her what I was there for she stated that she could not perform that treatment today and I would have to come back. One hour of my day wasted. So I booked another appointment to come back at another day. Again I arrive on time. I was set up in the room and told she would be back in 10 minutes to check on me. After checking on me she completely disappears. After waiting an hour I walk out of the room and am told they don't have the machine to do my procedure and that a doctor is using it. You couldn't have told me that when I arrived?? They said it would be available shortly. After another 25 minutes I am finally taken back to where the machine was being used. And my 15 minute treatment I paid for lasted ONLY 3 MINUTES!!! She did three zaps and said, "OK, we're done!" WHAT?? Are you serious?? I was so angry I could not even speak for fear of what might come out of my mouth. Yet she was more than willing to charge me the full price for the 15 minutes and no restitution or accommodations for my wasted time and their lack of communication. Warning-Don't have Botox done here. Nurse injected incorrectly and injected so much that I was ill for weeks. Eye drooping and hooding. Strange frozen look on my face. I 've been told by others in the industry that I will just have to wait 3-6 months until it wears off. I have been getting my lips done at Oasis for over a year. I really liked the tech so I kept going despite some minor flaws. My best friend and I decided to get our eyelashes done so we did our due diligence and went to several consults around the Houston Area. We settled on Oasis despite their service costing quite a bit more than any other place because we believed the tech could do the best work. Her photos looked great and we loved her demeanor. She never once said anything about my skin being oily and possibly not taking the ink. My best friend actually has more oily skin and multiple techs mentioned it, but never about me. I actually have dry skin. After the first session and touch up session, she said I would need another because a lot of the ink was gone from the first to the second session. Free of charge of course, so I was fine. I always tipped her nicely for being so accommodating. After the third session, they again faded very quickly and I became really disappointed. This procedure was $600. I just wanted to have eyebrows all the time. Is that too much to ask? Their solution to issue was offering to do a fourth session. Well ladies and gentlemen, I think if it didn't take three times, a fourth is not going to do anything, but cause me pain and restrict me from being able to sweat or put make up on for 10 days after. No thank you. Anyways I'm deeply dissatisfied with the customer service I received to solve the issue. read more

If I could give Oasis more than 5 stars I would. This place is amazing. Everyone who works there is very sweet and skilled at what they do. The Manager, Linda goes above and beyond to ensure all of their customers are happy. The girls at the counter always greet you with a big smile and warm welcome. Jennifer cuts and colors my hair and does incredible work. Kim waxes my eyebrows and I would let anyone but her touch them. Mindee is an expert with a laser and was able to get rid of most of my sun spots on my face. I am so pleased with her work that I have booked laser hair removal next week. Now is the time! This month laser hair removal is on special for half off. You cannot beat that price. Every month they run great specials and also every Wednesday they offer specials on "Wine-down Wednesday's." If you want an unforgettable massage, ask for Laura. I have tried many of their services and have never been disappointed and would not consider going anywhere else. Ustoner service is terrible. I signed up for a facial. Went to the salon w/a friend and we found out we were there the wrong day. They couldn't schedule me for the following Wednesday when the hydration facial was $80. So they scheduled one of us for Wednesday and me for Thursday. I got my facial my Valerie which was amazing but when I went to pay the Assistant Manager said it was 120. I told her about the situation explained above, she called her manager, and they would not honor the $80 special. The assistant manager is the one who rescheduled me the first time and I told her if she would've just let us know that it was the special for the day and it was only Wednesday I would've scheduled for another Wednesday. But because of her incompetence the first go around she had me pay the 120. The money isn't the issue the lack of caring for her customers is a direct representation of how the salon is ran and why they have less than 4 stars. I will never recommend or come back here. She also did not care I was going to write a review of her and customer service experience. So here it is. If you care about that kind of stuff, go somewhere else. I just went their this past weekend. I received a hot stone message, Pedi, and a haircut. I wouldn't recommend Pedi's here especially the "in's and out's" as all they do is soak you feet in water, do that scrubber on your feet, cut and paint your toes. No message, no scrub on the legs no hot towel. It's not worth the money, not even for the atmosphere. Maybe their hour long one it better. The message was really good, they did a great job. My hair stylist did well with her cut, but I felt very rushed. They were trying to accommodate for me as I didn't have an appointment, but if I was going to be rushed I would have rather not gotten it done. Even thought I was a little bugged by being rushed especially because it's my hair, she did do a good job. All in all the services I received were pretty good. THE REASON FOR THE 2 STARS: POOR MANAGEMENT! I'm sure the manager Linda may be a good manager in a place where costumer service isn't required in terms of work ethic, as managing any type of facility of that magnitude does take hard work. But you also need to have good customer service at a spa, trying to make me feel bad for a cancellation and then sneakily trying to charge me full price and not giving me the fair cancellation price. And then making feel back for asking to be treated like every other customer and to charge me the same rate. Whatever your policy is you need to stick to it and not try to give people the run around. I understand situations happen and things come up and people have to come in and if someone doesn't show up then you are at lost for that service. But that is the purpose of a cancellation policy. I have been to many spa's and have never been treated this way. This was the first and will be the last time I will be going there, as I am still upset by the way I was mislead.
