Found this place via Google Maps and stopped by when we were on vacation in Cape Canaveral from VA. The staff is beautifully helpful and kind. The owner is a friendly, charismatic lady and she is only too happy to tell you about how she makes her own flavoring from simple syrup with natural cane sugar and no high fructose corn syrup. We spent a week in Cocoa Beach, relaxing on the beach and visiting friends and with the hot, summer days, I wanted a shaved ice. I searched Yelp and was ecstatic to see a real Hawaiian shaved ice place (the kind that has the option to add vanilla ice cream on the bottom), and as a bonus, one that has syrups that do not contain high fructose corn syrup or preservatives - YAY! I ordered the POG (Passion Fruit, Orange and Guava) with a scoop of ice cream on the bottom (stuffed), topped with sweetened condensed milk (sno-capped). My husband got the Budder Beer - Butterscotch, Creme Soda, and Caramel, sno capped. The shaved ice was delicious! I haven't had one this good since Uncle Clay's House of Aloha in Hawaii! The flavors weren't too sweet, went perfectly well together, and the ice was shaved just right (not too coarse, not too fine). While I loved my traditional POG flavor, I must admit, I liked my husband's Budder Beer just a little bit more. Amazing! I only wish they had a location in Miami, so I could easily have it again! We stayed in Orlando and visited coco beach for a day. By happenstance we found Oasis and let me tell you, I've never been so impressed with shaved ice. The lady that works there is incredibly sweet. This place is amazing! The owner always greets me with a big smile when I come though the door. She is super friendly and will help you when you have no idea which flavor to pick. All her staff is friendly too and is always attentive. The service is quick here and nothing is made with high fructose corn syrup! The owner makes her own syrup and if you dont like it, she asks you to tell her so that she can adjust it to make it better for everyone. She has so many flavors to choose from. So far I've had the Tiger Blood, Tutti Frutti, and a mix of strawberry and pina colada. These flavors are delicious and not too sweet, which is nice.
