Shaved Ice is great, customer service even better! When in Cocoa Beach it is a must have!

We've been getting our ice cravings satisfied by Vicki and her husband William ( the owners, obviously) for quite some time!! Every flavor we try is our new favorite! Right now I'm rocking The Hurricane and my husband is in love with the chocolate topped with condensed milk!!! Today we finally had their burgers and fries; AMAZING!!!!! How can you go wrong with fresh made hamburger patties and fresh cut French fries????? And the frozen cokes we had with the food??? Well, I dunno if I can ever have a regular coke again!!! We love it here! Everyone we have introduced this place to loves it! Vicki and her staff of sweet kids make you feel special and welcomed. My favorite spot in Cocoa Beach! The owner is the sweetest person I've ever met, and she takes great pride in her product. The syrup doesn't stain clothes, can be shipped, and is delicious! Tons of unique flavors like Mardi Gras Cake and Budder Beer, and classics like grape and blue raspberry are all to die for. The owner also told us a bit about the history of the Space Coast and told us about a rocket launch happening later. I cannot recommend this spot enough! read more

Great personalized service. They no longer offer burgers but the hotdog with chili was pretty good and the fries were great, both were super fresh. The Hawaiian ice was phenomenal - I purchased a medium Cherry/Coconut and it hit the spot. Sooo good. Prices are fair and portions are good. Some of the smoothest shaved ice I've ever had. I love the fact that they make their own syrup. I did the budderbeer and had it stuffed. Ahhhhhhmazing shave ice! As good as in Oahu and at a great price! She makes her own syrup with cane sugar. The flavors are perfectly yummy and not too sweet. You can even take a bottle home to make your own shave ice. Service is friendly and prompt, too! read more

Man Vicky was so friendly and knowledgeable that we would return even if we hadn't enjoyed it. She truly loves her business and goes so far above and beyond to make sure that everyone is satisfied! I really don't think you will find customer service as amazing as what she provides in this day and age! We visited wth a large group for lunch, the burgers and fries were great but the service is just so amazingly above and beyond that I can't say enough about it!! We all tried different flavors of the shaved ice, and even after we ordered she brought us all kinds of different samples to try. The strawberry and black cherry were huge hits with all of us. If you are a fan of butter beer, her butter beer shaved ice is wonderful! You can combine so many different flavors and add condensed sweetened milk or ice cream to really change things up! It was a fantastic experience all thanks to Miss Vicky and I only wish she were closer! read more

This is the best place to hit up after a day at the beach in the hot Florida sun. Even though it is shaved ice this is no joke. I have been visiting this place all throughout my childhood and I still return whenever I am in town. The ice is so finely shaved that it is a pillow of refreshing cold sweetness. The syrups here are out of this world! You are able to mix the flavors in one cup and add ice cream on the bottom, which is what I ALWAYS do! My order almost every time is a large half strawberry cheesecake and half wedding cake stuffed (with vanilla ice cream on the bottom)! The vanilla ice cream is a pleasant creamy surprise on the bottom that absorbs all the flavors of the syrup from the ice. The moment I finish my serving I crave for more! Ms. Vicky is such a sweetheart and she would always explain to the new people I bring in that the loyalty cards will only expire when she expires! Now they have a different system to keep track of points, but maybe it's better because I keep misplacing all my cards. I always recommend Oasis to anyone that is visiting Brevard County because I drive about 35 minutes from my house just to get shaved ice here! read more

My sons, ages 6 and 8 got the Cherry-Cola shaved ice combo and Chocoalte Chill mixed with Birthday Cake..They both thought their shaved ices were YUMMY. I got the lemon and pink lemonade combination, it was refreshing, a little sour and delightful on this hot August afternoon. My husband went for the root beer float. It was so good, he refused to let anyone try his or share! We all highly recommend. You left feeling good, without that full feeling.
