I decided to give this place a try after shopping around Uwajimaya and was pleasantly surprised. They had a pretty good selection of drinks to choose from ranging from milk tea to slushes. After deciding what I wanted to order, I ordered a wintermelon milk tea with boba. There was only one worker present but she was quick with my order which was nice. I enjoyed my drink as it was not too sweet but just the right amount of wintermelon flavor. I've been to some places where the drink was watery but not this place! My one critique is I had a little too much boba in my drink. When I finished my drink, there was atleast 1/4 of the cup still full of boba. Considering how overwhelming keeping orders flowing quickly and accurately can be, the staff are very well trained and do a great job accommodating the situation. Typically if I'm tired from grocery shopping this is my go to spot if I'm feeling some boba. They do have coffee jelly as a topping which is kinda cool bc not all boba tea places have this. Toppings are additional $0.50. Today I got HK milk tea which is the royal milk tea plus coffee, but some days I just get the Royal milk tea which is bomb - depends on how I'm feeling. Door dash also picks up at this oasis which is kinda cool. They have options like sea salt as well. I have yet to try it! The guy who was working today was seriously grinding, I felt bad. Another average bubble tea shop that left me unsatisfied. There were a lot of options on the menu, but hard to tell the difference with each one. For example, there was "Snow" that the cashier said was blended with ice, but isn't "Slushy" also blended with ice? So what's the difference. I ended up getting the Jasmine Milk Tea ($4.50) with grass jelly (.75) with 50% sweetness, but everything just tasted pretty plain. At other shops I've been to, even 25% sweetness is the perfect sweetness for me and tastes exactly how I like it, but this one was just really bland. I could slightly taste the jasmine tea flavor, but other than that, it was so plain. They were pretty short-staffed as there was only one person working, so I had to wait a while for him to finish making all the other orders before getting to me. So glad Oasis opened up again. I usually will stop by early afternoon weekdays or Sat so I can't speak to how busy it is as its usually always empty before 2pm, outside of people that work at Uwajimaya. Wish they would mark out or cover missing drinks/ingredients they do not have on menu. Other than that it is a decent place for boba. If you really want a true Oasis experience I would make the trip to CID Oasis in Seattle. Menu is 4 times as big and worth the wait. Oasis has been around for some time now and has faithfully stayed inside this Renton Uwajimaya. They have a small corner at the front of the store where 2 employees can work comfortably. They have a large chalk board menu up top where you do have to really look up. They have a small and regular size as options too. Customer service is very random. I guess with whoever is on duty. Service varies from pleasant and friendly to okay and shy, or I'm just here- what do you want? I normally receive the first two. My go to is the taro snow with boba and lychee jelly, or a smoothie with just boba. I haven't had a drink that wasn't good. Prices are average and I did see that they have dairy free options. Let me start with I loveee oasis... though I didn't like my order today :( I ordered a Thai Oreo snow and got this monstrosity handed to me. She made extra and just handed me both cups. It's usually supposed to be a bright orange and not this brown drink I was handed. Made a DoorDash order from these folks, not really knowing what to expect. This was our first time "here." Our drinks arrive, and they have fallen out of the carrier. Now, we are not sure if the dasher was attempting some Grand Theft Auto moves on the way, or if it was just packaged poorly. Either way, not the greatest first impression. Now, onto the drinks! Both my daughter and my mother got the honeydew milk tea. Normally, we order bubble tea, which is what we *thought* they were getting. I've been getting my usual milk tea with egg pudding and boba since the day they opened at this location. At first I didn't really like it because I thought it was a bit watered down, and after getting it so much at several locations in L.A., I guess I was a bit of a boba snob. But since there wasn't a lot to choose from around here, I just kept on going, and it just got better after the years of shopping, stopping, and sipping my boba milk tea. My husband loves getting the almond milk tea with boba. Not a lot of places around here offer almond milk tea. They close to early for me so I've been checking out other boba tea houses that are starting to pop up around King County. I'm the type that would drive far for a great boba drink. When I'm in Southern Cal I make sure to get my quick fix at all my fave boba tea locations. So I give them three stars for for having good boba tea. I would've given more, but early closing(should be closing same time as super market). I would give them 5 stars for customer service if they over the top friendly, and especially if they remembered what I ordered every time. One of the gals who worked there a few years ago, remembered my drink every time I went to visit. P.s. the gal elite helper who talked about Techno music blaring so loud must be talking about a different Oasis. I really enjoy the drinks at Oasis. However, the last few times I visited Oasis in Renton, the staff were extremely rude! I understand that there is a pandemic going on, but immediately upon arrival the male staff yelled at me to stand on a blue designated mark. He didn't greet me or ask me nicely to follow directions. I acquiesced and stood where he wanted me to. He then loudly pointed to the next blue circle where I should stand to make my order. There is not enough signage for customers to follow their directions. Overall, I didn't feel welcome. He made me feel like a disease and a total inconvenience. I can tell he hated his job and he didn't want to assist customers with their drinks. This really bothers me since I really like the bubble tea here. The customer service has really gotten terrible. I love this place for the convenience of its location. I'm always looking for an excuse to get boba... and this place lets me satisfy my boba craving with every run to the grocery store hehehe ^_^ I've found the texture of the boba to be a hit or a miss with the milk teas, so I usually get it with a Lavender snow (or any kind of frozen drink) because I've found that the texture is a little better in their frozen drinks. DISHONEST PRICING! On the board and on the counter they show you a price but they charge you higher than the price listed. See pictures attached for proof. I noticed this as I was waiting for my drinks and asked the ladies who were working there. They told me that the price has been bumped up for a month but the owner refuse to update the sign. For real?! What's up with that? Is it that hard to put a new post it note? Even it's only 25 cents more per drink but that's really dishonest and if you have 100 customers that's $25 extra that you're dishonestly charging them. Save money and get yummier boba nearby at Cherry de Pon. We usually go there but it was closed so we went to Oasis. The pricing there is actually cheaper AND tax is already included. Both my husband and I agree that the drinks at Cherry de Pon is more flavorful, the drinks at Oasis tasted diluted. In short, we will never go here again. read more

This place is just plain gross. I'm not certain why this place is still open but kudos to them, I guess? They have no care for quality, craft or emphasis on service experience. They're still using subpar ingredients, drinks are always chalky, watered down or tastes like sugar water; their entire work area needs an upgrade and they need to update or scale down their menu. I'm not going to comment on the employees because the service you get is kind of expected at a place like this. To start off, there is no loud techno music...at all. If anything, there's soft, gentle Japanese music. After all, we are in a Japanese grocery store lol. Oasis is my favorite bubble tea place. Though there are many others around the area, this has been my to go place since forever. I believe it's the big menu that attracts me, especially blended drinks because I just love smoothies and all that! Okay, maybe I don't actually order bubble tea but they have awesome drinks basically. My go to drinks are always between:::::::: lychee slush with green apple jelly, milk tea snow with egg pudding, or lavender snow with egg pudding! In all honesty, I've never had the actual milk tea but just the snow version. College student budget tip? Snow over liquid milk tea. Why? Your liquid milk tea is only filled about 2/3rds of the cup while the rest is ice. Not only that but it will melt and dilute... booooo So what's great about the snow? For .25 cents more, the ice will be blended into the drink which will stay cold and won't dilute! Spending a quarter more but you're getting more for it ;) hope someone finds this helpful!! read more

I am so glad that they opened up an Oasis in the Renton area! I really enjoy this location. Not only because of its convenience (it's so close to home!), but also because of the employees that work there as well. Everyone there is extremely sweet and cute. They serve you fast! I always get my drink under 3-5 minutes every time I go there! They are also really patient, especially with people who get overwhelmed with so many flavors to choose from! My favorite flavors are Thai Tea, Taro and Milk Tea snow, all with tapioca! Speaking of which, their tapioca is always soft and chewy, the perfect texture for some yummy bubble tea! The only downfall of this place is that they don't serve the regular food items as they do in the International District. You'll have to venture up north to satisfy your spicy popcorn chicken cravings! I will continue to frequent this location! :) read more

The first time I came here I ordered a taro smoothie and it wasn't as good as I expected it to be and it was messy and dripping down the sides. Customer service was awful and I got stared down like I was someone she used to know and hated. I didn't recognize her, I guess I just have that b*tch face. Whatever. The next time I came I got a Thai tea smoothie, it was really bitter and I received no customer service. I didn't come back for over a year and I discovered milk tea snow with tapioca and egg pudding. Wow it was delicious! I think I have my new favorite drink and I was craving it the next day. I finally got a chance to stop by Oasis in Renton after passing by this branch so many times. This Oasis shop is located inside Uwajimaya and is just a counter to order and take it to go (so no place really for you to sit). They have all the typical boba you want like milk tea, slush, fruit smoothie, etc and a selection of boba/jelly or pudding for you to choose. I've been to Oasis in International District many times and this Oasis is a little different from the one there. For one, the selection of the drinks doesn't seem to be as great (the day I went, they ran out of Avocado flavor). Also, unlike the one in ID, this branch doesn't offer snacks like chicken tenders (e.g. they only offer drinks). And lastly, they typically only has 1 person manning the shop (partly because it's really a to-go counter). So this means, you might have to wait a bit to get your drink if there are a few people ahead of you (since the cashier has to also make the drinks). Either way, they still offer stamp card (buy 10 get 1 free) that you can use at any Oasis shops (Renton, ID, Capitol Hill etc). This Oasis is a little out of the way for me, but I'm glad to find a boba place that I'm familiar with when venturing outside of my comfort zone in Seattle. read more
