Ugh. I came in with a very specific formula. As I try and be as blonde as possible. The reason I gave the formula is because that is exactly what I wanted. My hair dresser is out of town with an emergency. So I came here. The owner is nice I just wish she had listened. I didn't want my hair darker in any way shape or form. I wanted it exactly how I always have it, as blonde as possible. Why would I want my hair any darker? Why? I wanted platinum blonde which it was. Why would you put brown low lights in a platinum blonde? My real hair dresser gave me the formula all you had to do was follow it! I spent money, tipped you 20% and now I have to go get my hair fixed. I didnt ask you to do whatever you wanted to my hair. I showed you a formula and wanted you to follow it. Its my hair. Im the one paying for it. I have had it platinum blonde for a very long time! Why would you make my hair darker? I didnt want it any darker. I wanted the exact same color that it was. Ugh. The more I look in the mirror the more angry I get. I dont recommend going here if you are a blonde. Or if you want your hair the way that you want it. I seriously dont understand. I've been coming to Ericka for my hair cuts for many many years. She always knows what to do with my hair and I leave feeling beautiful. Ericka is the owner and she has special people skills too. She's almost like a therapist because she listens as I tell her what has been going on in my life since I last saw her. The vibe is chill, laid back and they only do hair there. Ruined my hair! I wanted a haircut with lots of blended layers. My hair was almost down to my butt, now it's chopped to my armpits. I had a really good consultation with Erika (the owner) so I figured she could do what I was asking because she confirmed that she could and understood what I wanted. Hair below my boobs, long blended layers with bangs that framed my face. I have NEVER had this bad of a haircut in my life. I text her the same night asking her to fix it. She was quick to respond and get me in to fix it. I honestly don't trust her with my hair and I just needed on piece to be fixed so I can just put my hair up and it look ok. I've decided that I will have to just keep it up because I'm so embarrassed of my hair. I explained to Erica the issue and she tried to fix the one piece hanging out when I put my hair in a ponytail. The did some "blending" but it was still horrible. She refused to a acknowledge that she messed my hair up. My experience was ok. Nothing special for a $70 haircut. My stylist was running behind on our appointment so was back & forth between me & the girl she was tending to when I arrived. The stylist was definitely sweet but didn't seem very specific about my hair. She didn't ask where I part it (or made it accurate when she was cutting my hair). She also didn't ask how I wanted it blow dried so it didn't look how I would've preferred when I left the salon (I also probably could've spoken up about how I wanted it styled but she never asked). Was disappointed.. unfortunately the guy turned my hair a real bad orange color. A lot of my hair fell out after having Covid. I needed to fix my hair. Loosing hair like that is devastating. I wasn't sure what I could even do with it. Too book online you have to pick what you want I picked highlights I wasn't sure I wanted to talk to the stylist about my options since hair loss.
