The exterior was completely covered in pollen and had built-up dirt that made the paint look dull. The inside was even more challenging between pet hair, everyday mess, and food spills. The exterior is spotless and shiny, and the interior looks, feels, and smells completely refreshed. You can tell Vic/his team paid attention to the details instead of rushing through the job. I had the rear chrome delete done on my Mercedes GLE 53 and the quality of the work was outstanding. What surprised me most was the pricing it was more competitive than several other shops I looked into especially considering the quality of the finished product. However, the car started to smell really bad around day 2-3. I reached out concerned, but never received a follow up. The smell has subsided for the most part. I wish they had communicated back to address my concern, especially after paying over $400 for their services. Update- I appreciate the owner reaching out and taking accountability for their delayed response to my concern. They offered to provide additional services free of charge to remedy the problem. I don't think it's necessary at this point since the smell has subdued, but I do still appreciate their offer.
