I'm an early bird.. there are several morning classes.. perfect for a challenging workout before work They have evening and weekend hours as well.. there is a common "cubby" area for your personal items...rest rooms There are several trainers, each professional, knowledgeable,personable.. the schedule rotates.. I look forward to the challenge of the day.. the workouts are intense.. but you work at your own pace, everyone is encouraging .. there's nutritional guidance as well I am amazed at what my body has learned to do I feel terrific!.. So ... if you want an awesome workout.. give them a call.. I'm sure glad I did!
