He then did a perfunctory physical exam with no gloves, no hand wash, no hand sanitizer. I literally cried through the physical exam the. He told me that things that had helped in the past (injection) were not actually helpful. His poor bedside manner, poor interpersonal skills, and terrible time management made this the worst doctor I have seen in over 40 years. At the end of my appointment my husband said he wouldn't have believed how bad this doctor was unless he witnessed it himself and that we would never let him anywhere near my spine ever again.

I had to bring my son and they offered him snack and drinks and let him sit in his own area to play video games as he could not come back with me to get my shot. JOSH -offered me water and snacks and explained the surgery in detail and reassured me of how easy and virtually painless procedure that it was and how quick it would be. He made me feel good, confident and cared for. He was very attentive kind and had a great sense of humor. He was like this with the ladies next to me as well, other patients. Thank you Josh!
