We hired him to clean our carpet at our business. He did a great job. I hired him to do our carpet at home, and it never happened. We scheduled an appointment, and he said his father had problems and that why he didn't call or show up. That was ok, but we made other appointments and he didn't show up. He had excuses, scheduled other appointments and times. I finally said never mind, I needed to get someone else because I needed it done by a certain date because my mother was moving in. Then he just showed up. I asked who was there and he told me OCD. I told him I told him I didn't have an appointment with him. He acknowledged me by saying, Oh we have the wrong address. Looking for a carpet cleaner and it became so confusing. $33 a room or $40 a room but only if the room is a certain sq footage, if over that counts as two or more rooms. Stairs extra $ per stair, landing extra, how much? depends on the footage. Finally called Christian and got a firm price after describing the job (how many rooms? how many stairs?). Wow so much easier! I arranged an appointment for the next day and then last minute had to ask Christian to work with me on a time change and he did with no attitude. Nice to have someone who works with you even last minute. Now for the carpet cleaning, the carpet was really dirty and I didn't expect that anyone could really get it clean but Christian did.
