Nice guy but now that I'm about six weeks out from cleaning, I'm noticing my carpets are getting dirtier much faster than with prior services. Not a good sign! I think he left far too much water plus solution in the carpet. Can't say I would recommend using them. I don't like the way my carpets look now. I vacuum regularly, have no pets, and only a couple people are in and out of the house. My carpets should stay nice for several months -- not less than 6 weeks! read more

So I have to say that at fist Christian and his coworker Chris were very nice gentleman. I thought Chris was a sweetheart and Christian was funny and outgoing. But they just did not live up to the five star rating that they promised. They were supposed to come between 9 and 11 AM and I got a message at 11:04 saying that they wouldn't be here for another hour. Over an hour later I got a message saying that they were 20 minutes out. So they were somewhere around an hour and a half late. When they got here I asked if they would be able to also clean my couches and steam my kitchen floor and they said yes no problem. I asked Christian to give me a quote in writing and he wouldn't do it then and he said he would get to it. Then he just sent me a screen shot of his calculator with the price on it. He led me to believe that he was going to write one out but he never did. They started off doing a good job but then it seemed like they were getting phone calls for more jobs for the day so they started to rush. The quality went way down from there. Behind my couch there was water on the floor and wall. I told Christian and he threw me two small rags to clean it up. What I needed was a large towel. Actually he should've been the one to go back there and clean it up not me. He told me that he was going to give me free Scotchgard and enzymes to make up for the being late. Basically he went through really fast after cleaning my couches and sprayed substance just around them and I don't even think it hit the cushions. After they left it took almost 2 days for my furniture to dry it was so wet. Right away I noticed large spots spots that had been miss on one of my chairs and lots of spots that had been missed on my kitchen floor, especially the corners of the floor. I sent him a text right away asking him to come back and redo these areas. I even sent him pictures and a video of the missed areas and the crud on the floor that was missed. He agreed that he would come back yesterday between 6 and 7 PM. He never showed up, never text me or let me know that he wasn't coming. At 8 PM I sent him a text letting him know to not come as it was too late in the evening. He never responded to the text saying he was sorry that he forgot or anything. If he had came yesterday and redone the areas he missed this would have been a better review. Update. After the owner Christian read my original review he swore that he was going to come back on that Saturday morning and make everything clean and shine and sparkle and that he would make it all right. He was scheduled to be here at 9 AM. 11 AM rolled around and I still had not heard from him. So after waiting another two hours I sent him a text saying I was done with his company not to contact me anymore. I had wasted too many hours waiting for him to come (the first time he was late, second time he didn't show up and then a third time him not showing up again) and be there when he said and him not showing up. After he finally read my message much later in the day he kept on sending me a series of texts giving me all these excuses as to why he didn't show up and more messages through Yelp after I told him not to contact me. I had to block him from my phone as he was sending me text after text after text.. He was very unprofessional and I recommend you never ever use him. read more

What the hell? The guy lost his marbles on the phone when I called to ask about his cleaning methods. I don't know, I just don't know. the guy lost it had some sort of panic attack and started repeating "we cannot help you". I barely got through asking about his cleaning methods and explaining that I just want to be clear since last time someone sprayed water and used a hardwood floor buffer to rub it in without any water extraction. So I just wanted to be sure about what methods they use to clean the carpet but he freaked out."you have to go back to the company that you have a problem with." I told him there is no more problem it is over and done with and that they don't do you steam cleaning I can't go back to them, what is your problem?
