The place is super clean and bright, which made me feel comfortable. Amy listened to what I wanted and made some changes during my touch-up appointment that made me even happier. They give you a sheet that explains what happens after getting your eyebrows done, and it was spot on. I was worried at first, but within a few days, I loved how they looked. I got microblading done by Ciafa and just finished my touch up appointment. Her attention to detail is great. I also really appreciated that when I told her I have really low pain tolerance she would numb the areas as many times as needed and the pain wasn't bad at all.
