He also explained that most of their product and pricing info was on their website for my review. He offered some helpful design advice based on his experience. Thomas showed up a couple days later, fully prepared and ready. He showed me right where he thought the bars should go, but was open to my suggestions. He explained how the bars would be installed and their rates strength when in place. After locations were agreed, two grab bars were installed quickly. Silicone was used to seal up everything and then all was cleaned up thoroughly. The whole appointment took just over an hour.
