Buyer beware! Lots of fake reviews from this business. The doctors are well trained and do a good job. But the clinic's service is horrible. The car dealership-like atmosphere here is one to avoid. They try upselling you like CRAZY! Pushing extra services on you that you do not need and they even have salespeople walking around that try to convince you to do the optional services like taking a numbing pill for $25 LOL. Literally feels like a car dealership with the hard sells. And even a doctor, Dr. Kwon, comes in to upsell you on extra services LOL. Only Jen has been the best. I paid for plasma for my bottom wismon teeth.im sure they didnt so it, I was supposed to be put to sleep with iv sedation. THEY PUT A TOWEL OVER MY EYES STARTED TO USE A SHOT TO NUMB ME AND THEN STARTED PULLING. I kept telling THEM I WASNT ASLEEP. THEY TOLD ME TO STOP CRYING ANS SCREAM OR THEY WOULD STOP. I warned the Dr that I have severe anxiety and stress will trigger a seziure (i have epilepsy) Dr. Farzin Farshidi told me to be quiet. The nurses didnt stop him to tell him i wasnt asleep. They were all full of it and treated me like I was crazy They kept saying they were all out. Of course because of the stress I got a seizure and now im stuck in the hospital. This could have been all avoided if i was asleep!! Oh yes they refused to give any paperwork to my husband too. Im sure they didnt finish the treatmeant since the was too busy telling me to shut up. Highly recommend this dentist office to anyone that's looking for a tooth extraction. I called late Monday to the office regarding a referral for my mother and the office scheduled us in the next day morning. We did not wait long since paperworks was done online. Office was clean, had the newest technology, and very friendly staffs. My mother had her x-ray done and with in minutes Dr. Farshidi came in and explained what she be done and what he recommend. In less then 45 minutes we were in and out of there with a tooth extraction. I did pay extra for pain medication to be injected to ease the pain for the next couple days on my elderly mother. That was the best money spent because I have not heard her complain about pain! Furthermore the next day the office staff called just to check up on my mother. I had four wisdom teeth removed about a week ago and Dr. Kwon was my doctor. Everything went pretty well and overall I had a good experience. I recommend getting exparel if you can afford it. It definitely helps with the pain. Before releasing me they provided me a handout on what I can do/eat on the first day of surgery and the day after. I wish they provided me written instructions for how to handle the rest of the week since my follow up appointment was one week from my surgery. Jennifer is a great staff member who is very helpful. She may have told me verbally on what I could eat throughout the week but I was barely coming off of the anesthesia and don't remember what was said lol All in all, I would highly recommend them. read more

I'm so glad my dentist referred me to this office. They were able to schedule a consultation with me on the same day as well as my operation the following week. Dr. Kwon and Jennifer are amazing at what they do! I initially went in anticipating the worse possible outcome but it was the complete opposite experience. They ensured to address all my concerns, as well as explaining all itemized charges since there were a few optional things I could have opted out of and that's what really made me feel comfortable. The recovery process has been great- no pain just slight soreness the first few days and I was already back to eating regular foods within a week. I'm usually super anxious about anything dental, but he and his team made me feel comfortable and at ease. The office staff were very kind--from the first phone call to the techs doing my xrays. Scheduling was easy and they even fit me in for a same-day procedure to accommodate my hour-long drive. Dr. Kwon is super kind and knowledgeable; he explained all there was to know about my tooth and the extraction clearly. He used PRF and Exparel, which I'd never heard of, but it really helped with healing and made recovery smooth. I truly had minimal pain and swelling post-op! Don't come here. I would rate this 0 stars if I could. I'm 19 I had an infection and impacted teeth for my bottom wisdom. Started off weirdly from my consultation being told I have to pay for the rpf or whatever - I thought that would be the best thing since I had an infection and was in a lot of pain - After removal I had no unbearable pain for 2 weeks then the worse pain in my life happened on my left socket - Dr.Farshidi refused to see me and just prescribed me antibiotics - the pain was so horrendous with a horrible fever that wouldn't go down for hours, nonstop ringing in my ears, - my mom had to take me to the hospital in the middle of the night because the pain was absolutely unbearable and my fever wouldn't go down for hours - finally got to see farshidi and what did he do? He didnt take me seriously, after I waited an hour to be seen and had to ask if Ive been forgotten since they didn't see me till they literally closed!! saying nothing could be wrong since its been 3 weeks and its just healing...excuse me healing? Then proceeds to press as hard as he could on my socket thats in pain and was like does that hurt? Yes sir that hurt. Then continues to say im good and leaves out the room right away - not letting me ask any questions and mind you was rude and just mean leaving me with absolutely no explanation of why I was in pain - just prescribed antibiotics - no doctor has ever been like that towards me. My right socket is damn near closed and my left is wide open with yellow what looks like puss inside - update still in pain but the er was nice enough to give me medicine for the pain - farshidi won't help you with that. it sucks because the nurses were nice but the dr's - oh god don't come here. PLEASE don't waste 1 grand on something that will end horribly. The reviews that are 5 stars have to be fake there's no way, their customer service is absolutely horrible. I came here reluctantly as it was my 5th time paying for a stupid consultation but they were so understanding of my situation and helped me financially! Had my wisdom teeth removed on 09/24. Dr. Kwon and his team are the absolute best. I had a hard time finding an oral surgeon in my area who would pull wisdom teeth without general anesthesia. I called OC Max on a Monday, had a consultation that Wednesday and had my teeth pulled same day. Did endure a bone spur that needed filing, but that's par for the course. (OC OFFICE) As a person who suffers anxiety and panic attacks, I was very nervous about getting an extraction on my bottom molar, but it had to come out. As I entered the nice clean office, I was greeted and signed in and was called in within 10 minutes to the back for extraction preparation, the assistants are so very nice Dr. Kwon came in with a friendly attitude and made sure I was comfortable, he's so nice, he gave me the numbing injection while explaining the extraction procedure and covered all my questions and concerns, when he left the assistant stayed in the room with me while I got numb, that was so very nice of her because it helped with my anxiety. When Dr. kwon started on my tooth he made sure I was at comfortable and numb enough, I was at first worried about my crown on tooth falling off next of extraction site because he said it's a possibility, and the crown did not fall off. i have been waiting for two months for the surgeon to take care of my teeth and thisdr ghosted me. after making me get cardiac clearance for my procedure, the doctor does not even tell me he has changed his mind,. after several calls later the office manager calls me and says there was a mix up. the doctor does not feel comfortable going forward because of my weight. he saw my weight and staure whenwe had an in office visit. therefore, no i do not recommend this office. oh yes i was told that my insurance would take care of the costs. i was then told there was an additional 1800 fee after the treatment for preventative measures. booooo th for 3 months of additional pain read more
