The front desk staff are not competent. They schedule an appointment for you, but when you show up on the scheduled day, they tell you there is no appointment. All you have is a paper in your hand showing the appointment time. As a result, you end up waiting an hour or more to see the doctor. I do not recommend going here. When I first called this to get a consultation on implant options, they told me they need to do aa CD Scan and it costs $30 and I asked would I be able to get a copy of it and they said yes which I knew it's my right since patient have a right to have their medical records but just wanted to make sure. When I got to the office and before paying the $30 I wanted to reaffirm that I would be getting a copy of CD Scan, Xray and photos, and she says if you want a copy it costs $100 and I said no, that's not what I was told and at this time this guy called Michael Carmy who is the implant consultant there approached us and asked her what the the issue is and I explained and he agreed to let me have my records and I paid the $30. Since that day I must have contacted the office 8-9 times within 3 days and they kept giving me false promises that he would be sending them and I never got them! This is more about principle and conducting a business legally and professionally and not violating patient's rights and time and what are in need of more than anything else. This office conducts a fraudulent unprofessional business and they are being reported to BBB (Better Business Bureau), DBC (Dental Board of California), OCR (HHS Office for Civil Rights) and other consumer rights advocacy organizations. I got my 4 wisdom teeth removed yesterday, never was I ever told I was going to get medication prescribed to me. I was extremely in pain my blood pressure went down because of how bad my pain was. I called the next day (today) to ask if I can get medicine prescribed just to be told they did yesterday but I WAS NEVER INFORMED that I was getting that medication prescribed if i never called I would've continued being in so much pain. Honestly I couldn't be more happier, I have not been to the dentist over 10 years due to a bad past experience. I was referred by someone els to come here and and what she told me sound way too good to be true, so I decided to give it a try. I've been having a horrible pain on my left side cavity(bottom) my wisdom teeth had a cavity so bad that it was hitting my nerve I needed to go somewhere where they would take it out right away instead of doing an ex ray one visit and bring me back in a month or two and remove the tooth that was not wat I was looking for. I had walked in to see dr Evan I believe that was his name at Edinger dental. The staff was really great and friendly I let the girl in the front know about my situation she said sounds good we can get u in but she did let me know there was two people ahead of me that were scheduled appointment honestly I didn't even wait for long. I went in they took my exrays, doctor came in I explained to him that it's been forever that I had been to the dentist and that I was nervous and he understood he basically explained the whole process what he was going to do ( remove the wisdom tooth) and I was nervous but he took long to numb me then taking my tooth out. The nurse that was helping him while doing the procedure was very helpful i was super nervous but she let me hold her hand while the doc was taking my tooth out and she honestly went above and beyond for that, doc said u going to hear something snap and I sure did but did not feel anything at all. On 6/8/23 I had a really bad tooth ache at night. Called edinger dental next day, 6/9/23 Friday morning, they got me in at 11am. Had been dreading this for years. Knew my wisdom tooth #32 had to be removed since it was pushing up against #31. Saw a regular dentist who recommended Edinger Dental. Got an antibiotic and made my appointment, which was easier than most doctors, thanks to the staff. Parking is plenty since they have their own gated parking lot. Office Access is easy and ADA compliant. Did the paperwork after returning from vacation and right into the chair. Saw Dr Evan Georgieff who is super qualified with 28-years experience. He was patient, very personable, and answered my every question. After the shots it took about ten-15 minutes for the site to be numb enough for extraction. Another ten-15 minutes to remove booth teeth and just a couple stitches that dissolved on their own in about two weeks. Dr Georgieff made the entire process so smooth it was a superb relief after the long-lived stress of thinking about it. There is some recovery time after any surgery, so he prescribed some more antibiotics and a painkiller, which was useful. Life is no fun with a toothache, right? However at this point, and additional Star goes to a Doctor who made sure that there would be no problem with the particular prescriptions. This is something we should all watch out for, with any medical procedures. Do not put off Oral Surgery, go to Edinger dental. Definitely a five-star shop who could be charging more, but accepts major insurance anyway. Well recommended, will return. read more

DO NOT COME HERE. My boyfriend got his tooth extracted here and he was in pain for 2 weeks. He ran out of medicine and the rude receptionist told him they couldn't prescribe any more medicine. Every time he went back to get his tooth checked they said they don't know what's going on. They wanted to open up the stitch again and take a look. This place is the best! I've been here twice, both times for wisdom tooth removal. The first time when I had 3 removed in 2020, I had waited way too long to go in after my consultation (like more than a year) and developed an infection. When I finally came in I was in so much pain I could barely even say my name and why I was there and literally within 5 minutes of being there I was out of pain and the care I received was the highest quality. i just recently came in again to get my other wisdom tooth removed and it was another great experience. Dr. Evan is super cool and his team is amazing. They also completely remodeled the place and it's so nice. It feels like you're at the salon! And their equipment is so nice. The procedure was a breeze, I couldn't believe how fast the whole thing was. A day later, I'm completely fine. I took an ib profen when I woke up but haven't needed another one in over 12 hours. I'm just taking the antibiotics and eating soft food like Mac and cheese, bananas, oatmeal. I'm so thankful for how easy it's been. read more

This was my worst dentist experience ever, if you're trying to get a implant this not your location. Firstly when I first got my tooth extracted they told me they were going to be able to give me a partial while my gums healed so I wouldn't have to walk around with a gap THEY CHARGED ME FIRST then after told me they wouldn't be able to do it, then gave me multiple run-a rounds before they acquiesced to refunding my money. Second the actual crown they gave me in replace of my tooth is terrible IT DOESNT MATCH AT ALL I told them multiple times I didn't like it to their credit they tried to adjust the color (4 times) but they were not Capable and I was forced to settle with a tooth that does not fit in my smile at all. I'm highly disappointed for what I paid for and truly disgusted that they would let me walk out their office this way it's just terrible business and terrible consideration of a customer. The girls at the front desk were very kind to my mom and I. The doctor was amazing and gentle with my mom's procedure. We paid cash for her procedure and felt the pricing were affordable. Since my mom needed several appts for her dental treatment they allowed us to make payments on each appointment. They were not pushy to collect upfront. Working in the dental field and been side by side with many dentists and oral surgeons, Dr Evan is an amazing clinician when it comes to extracting teeth. He has an awesome personality and makes u feel comfortable as soon as you sit in the chair. A lot of oral surgeons will have you sedated before they take out wisdom teeth. On the other hand, Dr Evan applies local anesthetic VERY well and gives plenty of time for you to get numb. Best part about this office, is that Dr Evan Is FAST!!! Whether wisdom teeth or any tooth for that matter, you're not sitting there with your mouth cranked open for hours. Would give 10 stars if I could and Definitely coming back. I went in to get all 4 of wisdom teeth removed (the procedure was overall painless) and Dr.Georgieff takes my Insurance which is Med-ical and if you know anything about med-ical then you know it's better than having nothing at all. Dr. Georgieff doesn't have to take Medi-cal but he does and I'm very grateful for it. The doctor also recommended me PRF Grafts to be put in my two lower sockets after the extraction. The cost of that add-on out the door was $700 and was worth every penny. Do your research on "PRF Graft" but in summary it will promote healing,reduce swelling, time of healing and the most important will prevent DRY Socket (VERY MAJOR PLUS and the main reason I forked out money with no questions asked). It's took less than 7 days for the swelling of my face to go down. Nothing but a good Doctor who does Good Business read more
