Honestly, I haven't had a need to get any dry cleaning done since the pandemic began, but it turns out I had forgotten a dress and she remembered! She brought it out upon seeing me. She didn't have my phone number so she was never able to contact me. I made sure she has my number now. I felt terrible about imposing an item for such a long time. I had planned to pay her anything beyond the cost of the cleaning but she said no and that it was a gift. She was just so happy to see me and know me and my family were all ok.

The laundry mat is kept clean there is plenty of parking in the front and back. They have two coin machines that are in working condition as well as a a machine that sells assorted Detergent, liquid softener, towel softener, and bleach. Air flow is in my opinion perfect, sink available for use, there are carts you can take out side, great experience! Just one minor thing witch I didn't mind but must inform you that some machines do not show the time on length it will take and when finished. The signs are posted everywhere around the laundromat stating that there is an authorization charge when using cards to pay for your loads. I am a seasoned laundromat veteran and has been on a hunt for the best laundromat in the area and this is THE ONE!! Pros: --Great clean and powerful Continental machines. They might look small. However, the $5.75 ones was able to accommodate six loads including sheets, towels, and clothes. Yet, there was enough room for the water to tumble around and clean the clothes efficiently. --Customizable settings. They have super wash settings and you can personalized your cycle by choosing an extra rinse, spin, or wash cycle! --Dryers are excellent too! They have the best rates in this area when it comes to the dryer. Definitely a must because a lot of laundromats scam you when it comes to that. --Cleanliness This place is SUPER CLEAN! I am so impressed that they take the time to deep clean their machines. They have to maintain their equipment well because they run a laundry service I love this place. They always maintain their machines and keep their facilities clean. They also provide great customer service. There's usually a person supervising the laundromat if you need anything. One time, I ran out of cash and they allowed me to Venmo them for more quarters to finish drying my clothes. I always do my own laundry but today, I used their wash/fold services because I was in a rush. I was surprised by how fair the prices are, even more so by their excellent job. Clothes were neatly folded and organized. They also delivered earlier than expected. Plus, you get a laundry bag! Can't go wrong with Amethyst. Keep up the great work!

When I used the machine for change, it gave me some false quarters - therefore I lose out on being able to use those quarters for washing or drying. The large machines kept dropping water making the floor wet and many of the dryers and triple load machines are out of order. The dryer filters also do not seem to be cleaned out often. There were no paper towels as well. I found parking easily and got here at a good time because only two people were here and it quickly got busy. Due to many machines being out of order, a few people had to wait a bit before they can wash. Overall, it was okay. Not the worst but also I wasn't pleased by my experience.
