I left and came here and they were able to get EVERY set in stain out for ~$35. My jaw dropped when I saw how clean it was - they made a badly stained dress look brand new. Forever grateful to these folks for restoring a dress with amazing wedding day memories. The staff were so kind and helpful too. Not enough great things to say about this place.

She finally figured it out, and said the blouse was old and couldn't be repaired. This was a lie. I had just bought it. This company is disorganized, with slow delivery (one week), does not communicate with the customer when an update about an item occurs and lacks integrity by attempting to blame the customer for their article of clothing ~ Ralph Lauren blouse in excellent condition. If they had the courage they would call me and apologize and compensate for the cleaning, since THEY CAUSED THE DAMAGE. Be accountable. It's easier to keep an existing customer. Word gets around. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLEANER. I have moved on and suggest everyone do the same. Note: If it's not easy for them and they make mistakes they beat the customers up and blame them and their article of clothing. This could have been handled in a much easier, friendlier fashion.

Unfortunately, the woman with black hair and tattoos on her hands has been consistently rude and unwelcoming. There is never a greeting or acknowledgment, only "phone number".. and when I say thank you after receiving my items, she simply walks away without responding. This has happened during my last five visits. While my clothes come out fine, the level of customer service is unacceptable. It's disappointing to see a company tolerate behavior like this. I would much rather pay more somewhere else and be treated with basic respect and professionalism.

The explanation I received was that many of my dress shirts were designer brands, so they required "extra care" and were charged at a premium price. These were standard dress shirts that simply happened to have designer labels. There was nothing unusual about them that justified such excessive charges. I was never clearly informed that every designer item would incur a significantly higher fee. When I called to express my concerns, the owner offered me a 10% discount on a future visit. After being charged $488 for only 20 pieces of clothing, a future discount was not a meaningful solution. Why would I return after this experience? I strongly recommend that anyone considering this business ask for a detailed price estimate before leaving any clothing, especially if you own designer brands. In my opinion, the pricing was unreasonable, and I left feeling completely overcharged. I will not be returning.

I would give the Customer Service here five stars. The interaction was very trustworthy and casual and I know they would have done a great job and stood by their workmanship.

Trust me when I tell you, Frank will take care of you. As soon as called them, I was given Frank's cellphone number for a quote on my dress. He picked it up the day I called him and kept me updated through the whole process of the dress cleaning. He also offers free drop off but I was easily able to stop by and pick it up. If you're not sure who to go with, go with him!! He also offers regular dry cleaning and tailoring. I lost some weight coming up to my wedding so I will definitely be bringing some of my pants over to him to get tailored.

My dress was made entirely of embroidered and sequined lace and 5 layers of tulle with a satin underskirt. The bodice was boned and cups were molded, and neckline was crafted with illusion lace embroidered with custom sequined flowers. The train and the veil were both cathedral length, made of the same embroidered lace material. This is typically one of the most delicate and complicated wedding dresses to clean and preserve, and I am absolutely thrilled with the level of service and care that Key Cleaners provided. My husband and I called several other dry cleaners in the south OC area before we decided to take it here. Sam and his team did a phenomenal job preserving my dress and veil and treated us like we were old family friends. We will definitely be making a special trip from Irvine to come back here for other dry cleaning needs Pricing and attention to detail cannot be beat! What I can tell you is that the employees (who may be the owners) always bring a smile to my face. They seem genuinely happy to interact with customers. Always happy with their work, too!
