She is a very kind and generous business owner who genuinely cares about her customers and community. Today we went in to get alterations on three of my dresses and she was so happy to see us. Honestly, I haven't had a need to get any dry cleaning done since the pandemic began, but it turns out I had forgotten a dress and she remembered! She brought it out upon seeing me. Jenny really is a Diamond in the rough. Her price is more than reasonable, she does great alterations and dry cleaning and she always keeps her "ready by" promises. If you're like me and waits to drop off their dry cleaning when you're on your LAST clean suit that's really important lol. I know a few locations with rock bottom prices. But after two occasions where i had to rewear one suit for more than a week I came crawling back to Jenny to rescue me. Went in for a simple spot clean and walked away with a bigger mess. There was a small wine blot that was not cleaned and another bleach stain which was not there before. She told us that she could not fix it and as a result, she would just not charge us. Wow. What a waste of time. Hopefully a better cleaner can fix her mistake. read more

Today is the second time that I've been here for my dry cleaning and with good reason. It's close by my house and Jenny really nice. Today I took a suit jacket, slacks, and white shirt . Jenny said she can have them done by Wednesday but I mentioned that I need them for an interview on Wednesday so she said she could have them ready by 4:00 Tuesday for a grand total of $10. I didn't notice this the first time, but she also does alterations. Well I generally try to plan ahead on things, but this doesn't always work out. I had an event come up where I needed to wear one of my fancy dresses. So I go through my closet and decide on one, but remember that I hadn't had it cleaned last time it was worn, so a trip to the cleaners was needed. I take the dress to work and yelp a drycleaner that is going to not only be on my way home from the office, but also convenient to my activities on Saturday, boom I find Jenny's! Location is kinda hard to find if you don't know the area but figured out the back way in so that is a bonus. I took my dress in and the owner greeted me and we looked at the dress, I showed her a spot that needed to be addressed and she marked it and looked the dress over for any other areas that needed attention. there were a few little spots and she marked those as well and showed me. It was just a little makeup so I had confidence, but I really appreciated her diligence. I ask her on a Thursday if she can put a rush and can I pick up Saturday, no problem, she tells me it will be $6.00 cash when I pick up. I really appreciate her letting me know that I would need folding green, cash - money to get my dress. I show up on Saturday late morning to pick my dress up, she has it hanging up and ready to go. she shows be that she was able to get the weird stain and all the makeup off the dress. Jenny is Super Awesome!!! Super friendly and patient and is definitely not just about making money! I have a very athletic build so that 90% of Fitted items are still not fitted enough. Shirts are usually 18 neck and 36/37 sleeve but my waist is only about 35. That being said... even my fitted shirts have to be taken in. Jenny is meticulous in how she takes the shirts in, and will often also cut the arms in a little bit too (tho it will be extra work for her) and doesn't always just take the shirt in from the 2 sides. When it comes to suits, it's even worse because I have to get a 48L or 50L jacket, and with only a 6 inch drop (meaning the pants that come with the 48L -50L would be about 42-44 inch waist) I have to pretty much completely recut the pants. Yes, there are suit separates, but it is still hard to find the right fitting jacket and pants without paying an extravagant amount. I ended up buying a Kenneth Cole suit from Macy's and after Jenny's masterful and affordable work (she took in the jacket, repositioned the buttons, and pretty much completely recut the pants), it was still less than buying suit separates that I would still need to at least have the jacket taken in a bit. She had me come back a couple times because she wasn't sure if she should alter that shirt as it was a little bit shorter than the other ones in that batch, and she also fixed a couple shirts that she didn't take in enough of. It's great that she'll fix things without the slightest grumble or offense vs some other alteration places that are sort of like "It's Done... no more... take it or leave it". I have now had a suit set, and about 15 shirts done through her as well and will definitely come back for future alterations!!! Did I mention that she's super nice?! read more

I personally did not have a good experience here. I dropped off my clothing for drying cleaning/press on Tuesday at 3pm and Jenny said it would be available by noon on Thursday. I come back at 3pm on Thursday and all my stuff is scattered throughout her shop. She had to ask me to look for my clothes. I was on a time crunch cause and didn't think that I had to spend 15-20 minutes looking for my clothes. Then we couldn't find my blue pants and when I finally found them and she's like you should've told me you didn't get them dry cleaned because i put them in a different spot. Well...she should've had all my clothes together ready for pick up by the pick up time. When I gathered all my clothing, she saw that my coat still had lint on it so last minute, so she was trying to remove more lint from the coat. I thought it was unprofessional to have me look for my clothing, then clean my coat last minute to try to remove the lint, it should've been done prior to the pick up time. read more

I've been going to another cleaners but needed one close by my house one day. I took it to Yelp to help me find Jenny's Cleaners. I brought in 2 suits and a chiffon formal dress. Prices seemed a little higher than what I'm used to with my usual dry cleaner, but I was running out of options and just needed the suits cleaned. $8 for each suit and $17 for the dress ($33 total) since it was a more delicate item. I dropped it off Wednesday and Jenny said she'd have it ready by Friday. I come by Saturday (tbh - I completely forgot I had to pick up my dry cleaning) and I give Jenny the receipt she gave me. It took her awhile to find the suits and dress, and when she did find them, she still had to put it in the plastic covers. If I got my suits and dress back in one piece, why am I not giving Jenny more stars? This may be a personal pet peeve, but when I took my suits home and had to wear it the following Monday, I noticed she had used safety pins to pin my pants to the wire hanger. These weren't your tiny safety pins either, they were the big kind, so you bet those 2 safety pins she used on my pants left 4 little holes (front and back of the pants) on my suit pants. Needless to say, I was not amused. Not only that, I did wait an additional 10 minutes when I went to go pick up my things bc she was putting the plastic covers on. TLDR: Prices are fairly reasonable, a little higher than what I'm used to with my usual cleaner. I probably won't be coming back unless I have another emergency dry cleaning I need done. Make sure you ask her not to use safety pins to pin any article of clothing to the hangers if you want to avoid holes. read more

I drove by a little hole in the wall on my way home to drop off some clothes for some dry cleaning. Jenny's Cleaners is tucked away in a little street called Brookhurst Way that runs parallel to Brookhurst. Unless you live in the area you probably will never know it's there. I dropped off a two piece suit and my wife's blouse. The owner was super friendly when I dropped off my clothing and the best part was the total came out to $11 dollars which I thought was a great price. I came here to have one of my incredibly expensive shirts dry cleaned because I had three stains on the front of it. She was very honest, telling me that there may be a chance the stains won't come off because since it's real, pure cotton, she has to be very gentle with the machinery that she uses in order for it to not be damaged. When I came back to pick it up, it was as if I had just bought the shirt again brand new! So white and clean, she did an amazing job! Outstanding. Am not a local but was in Anaheim for a wedding. 2 days before the wedding I found a few stains on the lapel of my BRAND NEW SUIT! After checking Yelp I went to Jenny who said a 24 hour turnaround was fine. Literally 24 hours later, Jenny herself called me on my cell phone to tell me that my suit was ready! In my humble opinion, it is usually the small , hard to find, places that do the best work. Jenny's is the perfect reason to give the small shops a chance. My mother has been coming here for years to get her clothes dry cleaned and she refuses to take them anywhere else. I myself am a tall guy (6'3") and I'm on the slim side. I have a long torso, so it is hard to find clothes that fit me just right. Well, thanks to Jenny, now I just buy the shirts or clothes I like, then take them to her to be altered to fit me perfectly. She does a FANTASTIC job altering my gear. The shirts that she has fixed for me are the best fitting in my closet. Do yourself a favor and leave your clothes in her capable hands. Now, be warned, it does look a little messy in the shop and you might think she has too much on her plate, but nothing could be further from the truth. My shirts have a 2 day turn around and I mean she literally remakes most of my clothes. Don't let the clothes scare you. This is the place to go. She has never charged me more than 8 dollars for an alteration and that is why I pay her 10 instead. Its important to reward excellent work in my book. Thank you, Jenny. I wish i can give them zero stars .. They ruined my 300$ diesel jeans. I asked for an original cuff and made sure to repeat it few times she even wrote it down on the receipt and when i picked up my jeans it wasnt original cuff it was some bad tailoring not even a matching with the original stitches, Mickey mouse job.
