When I need the help they have always taken good care of my system when I've asked them to do some hardware work on it. While I'm there, Joe and his team are also super friendly and fun to talk to about, you know, the day today and video games and introducing my friends and I to cool forgotten games to check out or tips on what to look for as far as hardware and systems. I was just there again today to buy Metal Gear Solid on PlayStation 1 and I think we're real lucky as a society to have places like this because there's not many places left. I have to say how much I love this store, I went I looking for just a few select titles, but I came out with much more because I found hidden treasures that I needed to my collection. The staff here is knowledgeable and they actually have a passion for games. I want to carry tons of RETRO collections but they also have a lot of new recently released titles.
