When I need the help they have always taken good care of my system when I've asked them to do some hardware work on it. While I'm there, Joe and his team are also super friendly and fun to talk to about, you know, the day today and video games and introducing my friends and I to cool forgotten games to check out or tips on what to look for as far as hardware and systems. I was just there again today to buy Metal Gear Solid on PlayStation 1 and I think we're real lucky as a society to have places like this because there's not many places left. I intended to just be the "banker," but the prices were actually fair enough that I ended up snagging a few cards for my own collection. The staff is super chill and doesn't judge you for being an adult obsessed with shiny cardboard, which is a massive plus. ​The only catch is the parking, which is basically a mini-quest. You have to drive down a side street, park in the back like you're making a secret hand-off, and then trek around to the front entrance on the main street. It's a bit of a riddle, but honestly, the loot inside is worth the hike. If you want to see your kid happy (and secretly indulge your own nostalgia), this is the spot--just wear your walking shoes for the journey from the car!

So one of the guys at OG gave maylay another poster for him to sign for me. I can't remember now the name of the guy that gave it to me but That was a nice gesture. Thanks man. From the moment I walked in, Tien treated me with respect. He took his time going through every card instead of rushing me out the door. He explained everything, answered my questions, and genuinely wanted to make sure I got the best deal possible. You can tell he actually cares about the people who walk into the store, not just the transaction. What really stood out to me was that they listened to my situation. They didn't have to. They could've just made an offer and sent me on my way, but instead they worked with me and made the whole experience feel personal. They even helped make sure my son got to keep the cards that meant the most to him, which honestly meant more to me than they probably realize. A huge thank you as well to the supervisor (I think his name was Logan the one with the tattoos). He was just as friendly, respectful, and helpful. The entire staff made us feel welcome.
