Restaurant was roomy, trendy, and had fun and flowery decorations. It wasn't very busy around 11am-1pm lunch time. Some of the dishes were dirty and the table area didn't feel very clean. There were bits of food sticking around the table. Service was friendly, and that's pretty much all I have to say about it. Food took a little while to come out, but that's how you know it was freshly made! The scallops we ordered was probably our favorite-- it was really cheesy, but the flavor was unique and we enjoyed it! All of the foods were uniquely flavored, but others like the fried rice and calamari were on the blander side. The calamari was very crunchy, which we liked. The food was also more on the cooked side, making it more chewy or dry. Overall, we had a fine experience and it felt like we were really in Vietnam, but it wasn't super outstanding

This is a nice restaurant to take your friends for appetizers & drinks. They are known for their snails, it's in the name. "Oc" is nail in Vietnamese. They have lots of options on the menu besides snail though; we were satisfied with the meal. There is a $10 table charge if you BYOB. The service was great & we loved the decor. I brought my baby so they sat my party of 10 on the opposite side of the restaurant away from everyone else which I appreciated!

The restaurant ambiance is trendy with natural elements. It's super cute and felt clean. The staff was friendly and had several staff came to check on us. The pace of the food coming out was fine with us overall. The only complaint was the 1st thing we ordered was fried rice for the kiddos. Even when ordering extra dishes after the initial order, the fried rice came out last. They provided everyone a dipping sauce of a lemongrass sweetchili sauce and a shrimp paste one which was super good with dishes but forgot to take a photo of it. The snails, ga bop and the stir fry chicken gizzard with unlaid chicken eggs were personal favorites. Super good. Fried rice was really good too. Great flavors and very aromatic overall. I really liked the fried calamari too. It had a nice crunch and liked the mayo based dipping sauce paired with. The crab craws were good but the sauce didn't get infused into it. We didn't have a problem dipping the meat into the sauce after cracking it. The scallops with quail eggs were small and the egg was the main flavor profile. It was good but disappointed as we thought the scallops would be the star of the dish. Hong kong stye fried shrimp was good but slightly sweet. We got the razor clam stir fry 1st and it tasted good with a subtle spice towards the end but as we got the other dishes and went back to the noodles, it was hard to complete with the flavors of the snails, gizzard stirfry, etc. Overall 100% recommend and would come again. I hope they last as my sister told me this was the 3rd restaurant coming into this location.

The snails and clams here are outstanding! As someone from Vietnam, I'm always searching for flavors that remind me of home. I've tried ốc restaurants all over, and this is the closest I've found to authentic Vietnamese flavor. The service is fast! They even packed out to go for us which I find is concierge-level. No other place does this. A lot of people go here to drink and chill. The party next to us was pretty loud and obnoxious but it's not the restaurant's fault. I still enjoyed my food and visit. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in Dallas!

    Not very impressed!

Foods and service is ok. Music is too loud and honestly really bad taste with low quality sound bar. I like ốc but understand it's near impossible to eat fresh nails here, seasonings are good. Please change your EDM music to normal pop music, this is not a bar.

Back again for Sunday lunch. With the weather being so cold that day, I ordered my favorite: cháo ếch. It satisfied my taste buds and warmed my soul . My dad tried Bánh Khoái.. it's the mini version of bánh xèo. He said it was good. We tried nghêu hấp xã and mực hấp xã. They were top notch in terms of flavors, packed with aromatics and spicy-ness. Oops, I forgot to take pictures of mực hấp xã ... will update next time.

Their hotpot-thai style is delicious. Lots of seafood options. The fried chicken in fish sauce was great! Razor clam noodles is also good!

Nice service, food was exotic, not what I remember enjoying in Saigon. Locals seemed to enjoy.

Everything had a very authentic, homemade feel, and it was nice to find a place that offers so many Huế-style and Central Vietnamese specialties. The small dishes were especially fun to share, and the sugar cane juice was a refreshing addition to the meal. Overall, Goc Hue is a great spot if you enjoy Vietnamese food and want something beyond the usual pho or banh mi options. We would definitely come back to try more of the menu.

Out of those six orders, 5 were absolutely delicious and I will be reordering those five each time. The sixth was still really great, but not my thing. The service is very good here and they are super friendly. The only bad thing is how small the place is so if youre there during full house you will have to wait. Although it's small, I wouldn't want it to change if it affects quality. So this place is dang near perfect to me. Prices are great as well. I would highly recommend making a trip out to this place. I'll definitely be back.

So crisp in the outside and tender like poboy bread on the inside. The sandwich toppings were nice. I got the basic ham and it was full of flavor. The pickled veg were so well seasoned and nice. It was a very nice compliment to the rich pork and some sort of spread they had on it. I could not get enough of this thing. I truly thought i hated bahn mi.
