I got number 1. So delish

It was amazing and tasted so fresh ......... I would recommend it ! . . Very affordable. Drove far to try their sandwiches.

I love this place. Always have delicious subs and bread! Highly recommended! Small area inside but few chairs you can sit to wait.

What can I say? Hands down, the best banh mi that I've ever put into my mouth. I have been here many years ago, but moved away. Just moved offices and am close again. Will be a weekly stop. They're all good, but the pork and grilled chicken ones are my favorite at the moment. Check them out if you haven't yet!

You simply cannot beat the prices at Quoc Bao, worth 5 stars for that alone! On top of that, they have a buy 2, get 1 free deal, making it an incredible value. This hole-in-the-wall may look unassuming from the outside but they make some great Bahn Mi. This was my first visit, and I tried the Grilled Chicken. While the sandwich isn't the prettiest, it more than makes up for it in flavor - the chicken, fresh veggies and mayo make for a delicious, satisfying lunch. This is everything I wanted and expected from I'll definitely be coming back!

The lady at the counter who took our order was very nice. It's our first time to try this place and she was helpful. I usually order "combination" banh mi at other stores but they don't have it here. So instead, I got the #1. It tasted pretty good., #8 and #12

Still amazing! I got to have Quoc Bao banh mi twice in the past couple of weeks and my high opinion of this place has not changed at all. The ladies have been super helpful and awesome, and I love love love love that we have Quoc Bao in DFW.

Their banh mi is around $5 each and they have a buy 2 get 1 free promo. If you pay in cash, you get ~5% discount. If you pay in card, there's a small credit card fee you'll have to pay. I've tried their #10 roasted pork, #12 roasted and shredded pork, and #13 white ham and bbq pork. I like their combo banh mi and #13 is definitely one of my favorites. You can also ask for veggies on the side so your sandwiches don't get soggy if you're not eating them for a while. I prefer lots of pate and mayo on my subs, and they do not skimp out!!! They also sell it in to-go containers if you want to purchase extra to take home. They also sell freshly made baguettes. The place itself is pretty small. There's two chairs you can sit at while you're waiting, but other than that you'll have to eat your banh mi to-go. Quoc Bao is a popular banh mi stop for a reason! It's a bit of a far drive for me, but if I'm in the area I will always pick some up!

The BEST banh mi I have ever had! I always make a stop here when I'm in the area, and it never disappoints. The bread is always extremely fresh, light, and crispy! The meats are also delicious and flavorful.

Well, talk about a hidden gem. I had this place bookmarked but could not tell you where I heard…read moreabout it. It is basically a little luncheon oasis dropped right in the middle of a gigantic industrial park. On the drive over I was seriously questioning my Yelp choices. It is that kind of location. But trust Yelp and sometimes you are handily rewarded, which we absolutely were. We came after a few hours strolling around at the Botanical Gardens, so we rolled in around 1:30 and there were still plenty of people there. I can only imagine at noon this place is packed, and honestly it should be. My biggest complaint is the menus. There is one above the counter that does not include everything, and then a different, more complete version if you scan the QR code at the table (But 2 different navigations even on the website with slightly different menus). Do yourself a favor and look it up ahead of time so you are not standing there making panic decisions. There is a half sandwich and half soup combo (Not on the board but online menu), which is definitely the move. I got the pozole, which you should absolutely order, and a half grilled cheese on their housemate sourdough. Normally not my go to, but I was trying not to be completely stuffed since we had dinner plans. And they bake their own sourdough, so I had a strong feeling it would be great, and it delivered. Toasty and melty, American and cheddar. My husband got the southwestern wrap, and my friend went with the half club and half tomato soup. She immediately regretted not getting the pozole and the half birria sandwich, which tells you everything you need to know. Also need to mention the snickerdoodle. Not much to look at, kind of humble, but it completely makes up for it with flavor and that perfect soft texture. Go ahead and get the cookie. You are not here to make responsible decisions. Bottom line, it may feel like you are driving into the middle of nowhere, but keep going. This place is worth it.

One thing I wish about my experience at Cafe Frida is that I HAD IT SOONER! Oh my!…read more I rarely find myself in the Garland area, so when I began taking some pilates classes nearby, I knew I needed to find all the cute local gems! Cafe Frida being one of them! Not only is this cafe so cozy and comfortable, there is plenty of space to sit! It would absolutely be perfect for anyone looking for a good working from home location as they also have plenty of outlets! And the service! Oh my, the girls at the front have been so sweet and kind! They often make conversation while also helping choose the best options on the menu! Now for the good stuff! The Menu! I have yet to try any of their food options, but I have had a chance to try both their iced and hot lattes! I can confidently say that Cafe Frida knows what they are doing when it comes to a good cup of caffeine! Sometimes, especially when ordering something with a bit more sweetness, coffee or espresso can lose it's taste, and as someone who craves the taste of coffee and espresso, Cafe Frida def makes sure all flavors are balanced! I just love when a coffee isn't overtaken by so many different flavors! I already cannot wait to go back! I attend pilates on Wednesday's, so they will def be seeing me again!
