I first came here a few weeks ago and had a 1 star experience. The owner personally reached out to me to offer a make-up service, which I appreciated. I really respect business owners who take the time and effort to support their customers. My 2nd experience here was getting a massage, facial, and head spa with Susan. Susan was amaaaaaaazing! She was so sweet, communicative, and supportive. She continuously checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable and having a good experience. She did an amazing job too. She even went over and beyond to blow dry and straighten my hair afterwards. I would absolutely be back for Susan!! Amazing Experience! Tracy and Thao did an incredible job with me, I can't recommend them enough. This was my second time here and I was fortunate enough to be placed with Thao, she was also so good! I was a little nervous because I got attached to Tracy my first time, but this just further proved everyone here is amazing. I'll definitely be back again for the Pamper and VIP. First, I got a thorough scalp analysis then I walked down the hall and got to the bed and changed into a strapless gown for my massage and facial. Thao was so good! She was super thorough and communicated everything clearly, so I always knew what was happening next. They even offered me a warm heated blanket and a heat pad for my feet, which made me feel so cozy -- I practically went goo-goo ga-ga from comfort. I totally fell asleep half way through the microdermabrasion facial -- that's how relaxed I was! The sounds, lighting, warmth, and comfort were all perfect. My friend wanted to treat us to a scalp massage and we enjoyed it! None of us had been before and once you walk in they sit you down in a chair and show you your scalp on this monitor and you can see all the dry skin and oil. Looked pretty greasy. (I wish they showed you what it looked like at the end) Then after wards they take you into a private area curtained off where they have the water machine beds. The water was hot, the scalp massage and mini facial were good. We did 45 mins and there was a 20% off special. Then afterwards they put you back in the chairs and blow out your hair. SUSAN, my masseuse, was EXCEPTIONAL -- she spent a ton of attention on my neck and shoulders (spots that I requested) and gave me a deep massage, not one like they're just putting lotion on you lol. This is my 2nd head spa experience. In between my last was about a month. There was not much build up when they showed it to me. Service was friendly. I got the Royal that was on sale for $148. I forgot I got the hair growth serum so I thought at the end they tried to sneak in an extra $10 but later realized that was not the case. They also charge $2 for using credit card which tripped me up a bit. Good thing I still tipped well! I could hear deep base party maybe Mexican music in the background that they tried to drown out with maybe 1 min piano medley on repeat. But I will say, they did almost give me a full body massage (minus the back). They lay you down on a wet massage bench face up with blankets chest down. She started with my neck and arms massaging in oil and then wiped off with warm towels. Then she did the same with my calves and feet but this time with stones. After that, she gave me a facial with cold stone rollers and steam. A waterfall of water was poured on my face and chest. I compared with Purelux that is probably more clean and professional but did not give a full body hand massage. At Purelux they put you in a high end full body massage chair. They gave me a cute package with warm eye masks, a nail cutter / bottle opener, and a choco pie which Purelux did not do. Overall, very nice and includes more than Purelux for the price. read more

Now imagine that, combined with a facial, massage to the scalp, neck, shoulders, upper chest and back, and a blowout...you get the OC Scalp Spa experience! My kids, nieces and I booked the 1-hour Essentials experience. I was running late, so my niece called and asked to push back our appointments to which the spa graciously acquiesced. On arrival, we were seated at our salon chairs, scalps analyzed and extra services recommended. Then we were taken to our shower beds. Each bed is separated by floor length curtains. Plastic bins are provided for your personal items. All staff are licensed cosmetologists. Space is clean with thoughtful touches, there's even a little coffee/tea/cocoa bar! GREAT experience. Made a reservation for a 60 minute ESSENTIALS PACKAGE. Walked in and was greeted! Started right away with a scalp check. Perfect looking scalp. I was greeted by Mae my Scalp Treatment Specialist. I took off my shoes and shirt and layed down on the bed with my feet up. Mae started a calming head, neck and shoulders massage paired with a basic facial, steam eye mask and Gua Sha roller treatment. Finish with a double shampoo, nourishing conditioner and a smooth, professional blow dry. This was one of the best massages for face, head, neck I have had. I lead worship televised for five years. The day I started going to Vivian for my lashes, I got my time back. No more messy eyeliners or mascaras. No more harsh eye makeup remover. No matter how my outfit stands, I look dressed up and beautiful. The spa experience is unbelievable. My face and scalp are completely clean from any buildup and dry straggler hairs. I walked out feeling so clean and relaxed. They closely examine your scalp and utilize cutting edge technology to diagnose your scalps needs and thoroughly address it accordingly. This amazing process starts off with a soothing chest and up massage slightly tilted downward to relieve your legs and feet of the extra pressure and release any muscle or joint blockages or knots in your face, neck, shoulders, face and scalp while stimulating the most putter layers and relaxing the deeper tissue. Next they get to the arms and fingers the the scalp treatment. To conclude the scalp treatment, they brush and blow dry your hair so you leave ready for your day. Today I followed this treatment up with lashes and waxing by Vivian. I never get a rash and that says a lot because I've never had waxing done before that didn't leave me with a rash the next day. I can't recommend this place more highly than these words I threw together after leaving the establishment this evening.
