I have tried 5 head spa experiences now and I will be coming back to this one. One was in NorCal and one closed in a few cities over. Some of the headspas focus more on scalp correction where this one more focuses on the massage and relaxation. I prefer the relaxation for my headspa experiences based on trying a few at this point. I have had massages and been to a spa before, but a head spa is a totally different, and welcome experience that I would gladly welcome again. Pricing: had the Royal Package at $148 for 90 min and the most expensive package at $199 for 120 minutes Service: the Royal Package was such a delight. My girlfriend and I had Kim and Kayla take care of us and they did such an amazing job, literally, from head to toe. The massages were all great and they took care of our skin from the shoulders up and felt like a king and queen walking out of there. I don't know how long these kind of places have been around, but definitely keep OC Scalp Spa at the top of your list. I've come to a headspa twice before and those places are no comparison. I called about 45 min before & the gentleman who answered the phone was so accommodating. He fit me in right away. When I arrived, he knew my name from Our call a bit earlier. Now- about the actual service - WHEW! Far exceeded my expectation. Vivian was so soft spoke & gentle. I really respect business owners who take the time and effort to support their customers. My 2nd experience here was getting a massage, facial, and head spa with Susan. Susan was amaaaaaaazing! She was so sweet, communicative, and supportive. She continuously checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable and having a good experience. She did an amazing job too. My friend wanted to treat us to a scalp massage and we enjoyed it! None of us had been before and once you walk in they sit you down in a chair and show you your scalp on this monitor and you can see all the dry skin and oil. Looked pretty greasy. (I wish they showed you what it looked like at the end) Then after wards they take you into a private area curtained off where they have the water machine beds. The water was hot, the scalp massage and mini facial were good. We did 45 mins and there was a 20% off special. Then afterwards they put you back in the chairs and blow out your hair. Amazing Experience! Tracy and Thao did an incredible job with me, I can't recommend them enough. This was my second time here and I was fortunate enough to be placed with Thao, she was also so good! I was a little nervous because I got attached to Tracy my first time, but this just further proved everyone here is amazing. I'll definitely be back again for the Pamper and VIP. First, I got a thorough scalp analysis then I walked down the hall and got to the bed and changed into a strapless gown for my massage and facial. Thao was so good! She was super thorough and communicated everything clearly, so I always knew what was happening next. They even offered me a warm heated blanket and a heat pad for my feet, which made me feel so cozy -- I practically went goo-goo ga-ga from comfort. I totally fell asleep half way through the microdermabrasion facial -- that's how relaxed I was! The sounds, lighting, warmth, and comfort were all perfect. It's not a fancy or aesthetic-heavy place, but they're expanding a bit and the service and experience are what really stand out. Everyone was super friendly and attentive -- such a great vibe. I had made a reservation for 7 ppl a month advanced for a birthday celebration for a Saturday appointment after finding this spot on TilTok! They've been only opened for a year! Fast forward... we came in 3/22/25 for our 10;30 am appointment and was greeted by Brian whom sat us to check out scalp. Then we went to our booth which was private but since we are a group they had the curtains open within inside but still covered outside from the waiting area.. we were to take off any necklace since we asked for the Essentials package ($90 for 60 minutes) which includes an extra 10 minutes of shoulders neck and head massage... so worth it!!!! We took off our top and wore a robe type and laid and let the relaxation begins! Afterward, we get dressed and was seated to dry our hair. This is my 2nd head spa experience. In between my last was about a month. There was not much build up when they showed it to me. Service was friendly. I got the Royal that was on sale for $148. I forgot I got the hair growth serum so I thought at the end they tried to sneak in an extra $10 but later realized that was not the case. They also charge $2 for using credit card which tripped me up a bit. Good thing I still tipped well! I could hear deep base party maybe Mexican music in the background that they tried to drown out with maybe 1 min piano medley on repeat. But I will say, they did almost give me a full body massage (minus the back). They lay you down on a wet massage bench face up with blankets chest down. She started with my neck and arms massaging in oil and then wiped off with warm towels. Then she did the same with my calves and feet but this time with stones. After that, she gave me a facial with cold stone rollers and steam. A waterfall of water was poured on my face and chest. I compared with Purelux that is probably more clean and professional but did not give a full body hand massage. At Purelux they put you in a high end full body massage chair. They gave me a cute package with warm eye masks, a nail cutter / bottle opener, and a choco pie which Purelux did not do. Overall, very nice and includes more than Purelux for the price. read more

Kayla gave me a wonderful scalp / shoulder / foot massage and facial. As a massage therapist myself I appreciate excellent technique and Kayla certainly knows what she's doing. I felt fully pampered but also knew she was addressing my lymphatic drainage and really releasing trapped tension. And afterwards with a quick keratin and blow dry I was out the door with shiny fresh hair and a lighter feeling overall. I took off my shoes and shirt and layed down on the bed with my feet up. Mae started a calming head, neck and shoulders massage paired with a basic facial, steam eye mask and Gua Sha roller treatment. Finish with a double shampoo, nourishing conditioner and a smooth, professional blow dry. This was one of the best massages for face, head, neck I have had.
