A Trojan Horse bypassed my anti-virus software and the Microsoft store varification. I tried my best to delete it, but my Windows registries got screwed up. Julio and Tony were not only friendly and confident that they could repair my iphone 11 that i had dropped several times with the last time it being the worst as cars were actually running over my iphone 11 on Jamboree Rd one after another until the road cleared and i was able to save it from the unaware drivers, but they were efficient and repaired my very damaged phone in less than an hour. My phone was so badly damaged that the battery no longer functioned normally and the back camera did not work at all. The fixed my screen, replaced my battery and repaired my camera and made it like new. Their prices and repair time was phenomenal and they even gave me a loaner phone while working on my iphone. My iPhone 6s was not charging properly and I finally cracked the screen and took it in for repair. I went to get my screen replaced for 60$ and ended up with a new battery for an additional 65$ No reservation needed, dropped it off and picked it up an hour later. This is way more convenient than any of the options I've used through apple warranty. Don't waste your time, just bring your phone to these guys and get it fast and cheap. read more

I don't say this lightly but Tony at O.C. Smalltech is one of the best businesses I have dealt with, ever! I have lived in Orange County, CA for almost 4 decades so I my standards are kinda high as a business has to "check off the boxes" which OC Smalltech does each time I have dealt with them/Tony. The repairs needed were totally my bad, as my HP Pavilion laptop took a dive - twice, couple years apart - so it needed a new screen and Tony had it repaired the very next day! His pricing is super fair, too, and he contacts me immediately upon completion. So, now it's 2020 and I went there a couple weeks ago with my smaller, barely-used/like new HP (wrote this review on it - so happy to have it again as it's much lighter & portable than my bigger Pavilion) and this time it's because it got hijacked RIGHT AFTER I purchased it!! Those ransomware bastards. Hell has specific quarters for cyberbullies & ransomware hackers. Because I bought the extended HP warranty, hey, I'll give 'em a jingle: 'twas like nailing Jello to drywall. That was an absolute total hassle dealing with HP Customer Support. Nightmare on Ugh Street. I was on hold FOREVER and they only read from HP scripts...and then for additional (Not making this up) funds, "$65, MINIMUM - up to $365 HP will help you, Ma'am, but NO GUARANTEES" Verbatim. "But, sir, I only paid $235 brand new". *rolling eyes and gritting teeth* SUCH a waste of time and money but Tony to the rescue!! He is the King and he gave me another great price + had it ready shortly afterwards and I've been McLovin' it ever since!
