    Do they do screen repairs (plastic separated starting where the hinge is. No problem with the way the screen displays though) on HP laptops?

    They usually need to see things in person to see what's going on and if it's repairable. If not, they will usually give you a price estimate and timeframe on the LCD replacement. They will help you out if you give them a call!

But I have big dreams so... I thought well... I don't know anyone, but maybe someone can help me fix it. I found George here on YELP and he is so personable and easy to relate to. Busy SoCal life for all, so we arranged a time that worked best for me. He had me bring it to him and within an hour he had it fixed in a jiffy like nothing was wrong with it! Also, it was nice working with someone who is HUMAN, a normal person with great consideration for others and a genuine authenticity of care for me, the customer. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and outcome off the cuff in need. I pretty much got an amazing find that needed Georges expertise and special touch. Now I have an awesome printer to do the things I feel called to do. He was gracious enough to sit with me for a few minutes too and make sure I knew how to operate it before taking it home. I'll definitely be referring you out to anyone in need of the services you provide. Thanks George for being all things to all people in authenticity, professionalism and transparency. It makes a difference in our world for sure.

    I needed my laptop computer fixed this week. It was running very slowly and would not let me open…read morefiles anymore. Turns out that Office365 was no longer activated, and my Adobe Acrobat was defective. George and his team of computer pros came over and fixed everything. Now my computer is fast again and Outlook works again and Adobe has the secret sauce to open every again. Thanks George!

I figure things happen and take time so I didn't call until 2:30 pm or so to check on where the technician was. I was told that my job had "not been added to the schedule" but they would see when a tech could be there. I was then told 3:45-4:00pm. No one arrived. I called at 4:15 pm and was told they were 25 minutes away. I called at 5:01 and the voicemail said the office was CLOSED and here it is 5:15 and no one EVER ARRIVED. I realize compared to other jobs this company has, my job was small and not worth a lot of money. However, the measure of a great business is to treat small customers as well as your big customers. If you don't show up when scheduled, fail to add a job to your schedule, and keep lying to your customer about the arrival time of your tech who NEVER shows up at all...why would I trust this company with my larger corporate work? How you treat people matters, whether the job is big or small. This was unacceptable today and I did not appreciate that I had to keep calling YOUR business to find out what was going on, what happened to the tech, etc. Why aren't YOUR people communicating with customers? Why didn't anyone apologize? Why didn't anyone call before close of business to say, "Hey, we're not coming!" I was extremely unhappy because no one cared that I had taken time off work to meet the tech and no one cared enough to even CALL me and let me know what was going on. You guys dropped the ball big time here and were incredibly thoughtless and rude. Update: They just arrived at 5:36 pm. The techs themselves were GREAT and were able to do the work and complete the job. However, I wanted someone to know about the lack of transparency and communication today as it was very upsetting to me. The quality of work and the people you hired to do the actual technical job were terrific, knowledgeable and qualified. I realized it was not THEIR fault today, but I think it's important for people to know about the communication problems. I updated my review from 1 star to 3 because of the actual techs and their skills.

    My son wanted to build his own gaming computer. I thought, what could go wrong with that? Ha!…read more He watched a YouTube video to figure out what components he needed. We ordered the components online. He and I put the computer together in a few hours. When we went to switch it on...nothing happened. No power. No lights. No display. Nothing, nada, bupkis. We took everything apart and put it back together with no luck. My son did some troubleshooting and determined it was either the motherboard, CPU, or power supply. Wow, son, that really narrows it down for dear old Dad. He decided we better call in a pro. I agreed. He found Computer Runner. It is close to home, so I gave them a call. They told me to bring it in. I dropped it off at about 5:00 on Thursday. Friday morning I got a call. They told me they needed to do a deep diagnostic. The price for the diagnostic would be wrapped into the repair price. I asked them to call me with an estimate. A few hours later we had the estimate. We okayed the work. A bit after that, they called and said they noticed we did not have Windows installed. We had them go ahead and do that for us. A bit later, they called and told us to come pick up the computer. I think the total price was pretty reasonable. Best thing is that my son's home-built computer works great. Quick, efficient service at a reasonable price. Five stars for sure. Highly recommended if you need computer service.
