If it burns my skin, there's a problem. It definitely is a sensitivity issue, but help fix it. Don't grill me and then send me videos of my checkout to make me feel like a criminal. I paid for my service and a very expensive product. I did not walk out of my fees. I spent too much money there to feel like a bad guy. Judy, sadly you are the cause of this issue, Not your team, and not the product. You could have handled it differently. Offered to replace the product, offered something else.
