Even though the appointment was verified the day before with the business, they no called and no showed the day of the scheduled appointment during the 1 to 4 PM appointment time. The owner called at 5:50 PM stating that he would like to reschedule for tomorrow. I informed him that he could not keep one appointment. This is in reference to the responsiveness after the initial diagnostic visit on 11/8/2023. I was having problems with my Viking refrigerator, melting and re-freezing the ice, so I called this company. They were very responsive to set up a time to inspect the refrigerator. The technician said that I would need to replace the electrical panel. That is quite an expensive repair, so I wanted to weigh my options; should I buy a new refrigerator (mine is 16 years old) or fix this one. He gave me a verbal estimate for the approximate cost and I also asked for a written estimate. Well, they have completely GHOSTED ME. It has been 7 weeks, and I still HAVEN'T RECEIVED A RESPONSE, despite contacting this business multiple times in person, over text and over phone. This is immature and unprofessional behavior. They did fix my icemaker in August 2022 and I had no complaints about their service, they did a great job. The August 2022 repair cost over $1100 (which was worth it), so for me to keep spending money to fix this refrigerator is seeming silly. Which is why I requested the REPAIR ESTIMATE SO MANY TIMES; to weigh my options. I can't understand why they can't provide the pricing to a past and potential customer, especially when I actually paid for the diagnostic visit. read more

TL;DR - I do not recommend this company, if it can be called one, to anyone else. Do yourselves a big favor and don't even think about calling them because they will refer you to texting instead, which is not a big deal. The problem is that they are not responsive through text at all and you will have no idea if your scheduling is succesful or not. Thankfully, the guy did show up to meet my husband. First the cost to have the guy to show up and do a diagnosis is 125$, non-refundable, but it will go towards your repair (Sounds good right?). For that 125$, he did not do any proper diagnosis, pretended opening things up to check on couple machineries outside the fridge and freezer. Then he made a guess as to what the problem was with my fridge. The husband knew the problem more than the technician and he had the audacity to portray my husband like an idiot and basically ignored his words. No, we did not go through them for repairs, because we called another company. Not only did that company knew what they were doing (Actually looking up the fridge, disabling the water line to disconnect the water going to the fridge to test each and every section for pressure and water, and actually finding the problem to the fridge), they were able to explain and show which specific parts are needed to fix and the total cost to fix the same fridge is 1/3 of what this company will quote you. So, do yourselves a big favor and call Ceasar's if you want a professional diagnosis who will listent to you and will not gouge you for your repairs. They sent two technicians the same day we called, diagnosed a faulty motor, gave us an estimate, and promised to return the following day as they did not have the part with them. I've been having a problem with my icemaker. I had a subzero recommended repair service come out. He said that my subzero refrigerator is old, 20 years and then it's time to get a new one. They went ahead and replaced the icemaker module with no guarantee to work. And it didn't work then I was lucky enough to find OC Viking and subzero repair service a gentleman named Andre came out spent a good hour and a half working on my subzero he found what the problem was. It wasn't my icemaker itself. It was a control module. The service I had before just walked in and replaced the icemaker module. I highly recommend OC Viking and subzero repair service. My Miele refrigerator lights turned off today while I was rummaging in the produce drawer. Since I just spent $250 at the grocery store I was hoping it wasn't completely broken. I called OC Viking and subzero repair and spoke to Peter who made me an appointment for the very next morning . Miele said "maybe next week!" Less than 20 minutes later, Mark called me and led me through a troubleshooting exercise. He was very patient and told me where to find a switch in the vegetable drawer, and then instantly the lights turned on! I have used them before and they've always been great. I called to schedule a repair visit with estimate. They answered right away and then confirmed a same day appt. Visit was $75 that was applied to the repair. We had a cut water line to the ice maker (probably severed when it was moved for repiping) on our built-in KitchenAid fridge. Victor came on time (called ahead) and was very kind. He replaced the water line. Came to a total of $250. There was also a condenser issue (fridge temp all over the place) that he advised I contact the Kitchenaid company since he was pretty sure the fridge was under warranty (he took one look and said it was a 2018 model). Sure enough I called Kitchenaid while he was working on the fridge and they scheduled me for an appt- the warranty covers parts. Thanks for giving me good advice. My 12 y.o. Jenn-Air refrigerator freezer was not feeling well suddenly as the control panel constantly was beeping indicating max temperature. Throughout the day it was getting hotter so I called Steel Appliance Repair who was able to send out Vardan aka Victor within a 4-hr window. Vardan showed up and was able to diagnose and repair the issue in under 30 minutes.
