They "looked" at my dishwasher, he said it needed a new pump-motor-heater unit. They did nothing to test to confirm their guess. I asked what if that's not the problem? They said they would make it right. Their guess was wrong. They didn't make it right. They quoted a new controller unit. We declined and bought a new dishwasher. Back in December I had zack come out to fix our fridge that was pooling water and freezing under the drawer. They were quick to respond and come take a look but that was the only good thing. He had come back at a later date because he needed me to clear out the fridge and unplug/defrost it 24 hours prior to his next appointment. He had to replace a panel that was making this the main cause of the freeze. 3 months later, it started freezing up again. So I have to get a knife and get apart the huge ice blocks that hinders the drawer from opening. I called again and another guy came to look at it. Now he says the first guy no longer works there and now I need to replace something else to defrost it. Wasn't this why the first guy came in the first place? Now he's trying to charge me again $300+ plus $100 installation to repair what was supposed to have been fixed from the get go. If I knew I was going to pay $600+ for this fridge to be repaired, I would've not got it serviced and just bought a new one!!!! Such a waste of time for everyone. In response to my message: I don't understand why I would need to get something else fixed/replaced for the same exact reason. ??!!! Doesn't make sense to me. If it was another issue with my fridge, I'd understand but it is doing the same exact thing it was prior to you guys coming out. Needless to say, I appreciate your quick response but I'm not a professional appliance person so I cannot argue with your comeback. All I know is if I go get my brakes fixed on my car and they "fixed" and replaced the issue, if my brakes did the same thing again a couple of months later then the original "fix" was actually never fixed. read more

Don't waste your time or your money. Showed up after the 3 hour window. Technician said they fixed something during diagnostic visit. But the problem was not solved and resumed after tech departed. Tech quoted a vastly over priced replacement product which I had already purchased. I purchased for $17. He quotes me $65 for the product above. I purchased directly from manufactured. After diagnostic appt I was told that I would receive an invoice within 2 days. Not business days but days. I sent a message 48 hours after visit to inquire about repair costs. I received a recognition text but no info. The next day I was sent a large dollar amount with no details on allocation of money. I inquired an emailed invoice. No invoice for another 24 hours, until I asked a second time. There is no way that I would pursue continued repairs/services with this company based on how this portion went What a waste of money and time. On a Thursday night around 6:15pm I went to get some water from my refriderator's water dispenser when it made a loud popping sound. Then I heard the whirring noise of the motor's fan slowing down followed by silence. The temperature displays for the freezer & fridge show nothing. Somehow I didn't panic..... I just felt dead inside as I looked over my fully stocked freezer and fridge full of newly purchased Trader Joes groceries. First step was to jump on yelp and search for "Appliance Repair". Most had good reviews so I picked this company based on the fact they were the only ones still open. I didn't expect anybody to come out the same day, just wanted to get my appointment in since my wife was off work the next day. The owner Zack picked up and just as every review described he was extremly friendly. His accent is thick but I had no issues understanding him. I told him my issue and he was genuinely concerned and wanted to fix my fridge before my freezer started to get to warm. I have a small fridge outside which I stuffed full of my fridge perishables. He was booked so he came early in the morning before his first appointment! His service charge is only $35 and that goes towards the repair. They also have a yelp check-in discount. Zack and his brother showed up right on time. He said it was the control board which had had on the truck so he replaced it right there. He then cleaned up all the dust from the motor and put everything back like nothing happend. Even cleaned the floor. He's on call for the next 24 hours and will come out anytime if there's an issue with his repair. After that he warranties the part for a year.
