When my refrigerator was leaking water this time (6 years later) I found my previous receipt of service and called AT Appliance again. They were very responsive and scheduled me for next day service. Tim called me before his arrival and was able to repair the leak and also returned today to replace the water dispenser part that I requested. Looking at my previous receipt from 2020 it turned out Tim was the same technician that helped me back in 2020. Alex/Tim responded within just minutes of my request on Yelp to fix our old dryer that stopped heating. They were polite, professional, reasonably priced, and very patient for payment (our fault hehe). The -1 star is only for the fact that the correct diagnosis was one that chatGPT suggested (a faulty coil) as opposed to their more expensive original diagnosis of a faulty valve. Thanks AI! We had a wonderful experience with AT Appliance Service. Our LG freezer/fridge wasn't working. Tim came by to examine the unit and diagnosed the situation. I made a bad mistake to trust this guy to fix my Maytag washer. I had purchased a timer from EBay for $100 and his staff said my dryer needs to replace a timer. It was just something else. Then my washer was broken, he told me to buy the motor for $250 and gave me a 6 months warranty, but the problem did not resolved. He came several times, he told me to hit the washer and it would start. There are few time I cannot complete one wash and I had to remove the clothes and hand wash myself. Then he came and said it was not the motor, it was the transmission, he cannot find the part. I asked him to take out the motor and drain the water. He charged $75 to come out again. I have two spare parts that I tried to sell it to FB and Craigslist. No luck, it is sitting at my home. Sometimes it is better to buy a new washer than fixing it. This review is late it coming. Andriy went above and beyond the expected service. He came to diagnose the problem with our fridge and was able to fix it, as he had the parts available. 3.5 weeks later I thought it was warming up again so I messaged Andriy, afraid he won't be able to help since the 30 day warranty was about to expire. He was so nice about it and suggested I put 2 thermometers in the fridge to record the temperature for 4 days and report back to him the temps. He wanted to do additional testing so he came and put his own thermometer in, which automatically recorded the temps remotely. He did that for a few days and then came back to our house to share the data which indicates everything is normal. We were traveling a lot during all of this so he worked around our schedule and it didn't matter that it was past the 30 days. This is a 3.5 rounding up to a 4. The good: very responsive, appreciate the $75 diagnostic fee which could go towards service which was very reasonable. They were able to come the next day which was great. The technician (Alton?) was very nice but did not seem to be familiar with our Viking fridge and the issue. My husband and I had to help and explain a bunch of things. At one point he said he thought he needed to come back with another technician and it would be at least $400 (more than actual Viking had quoted us!) luckily we explained some more and with assistance got our fridge leveled as needed. We decided to forego the alarm issue since he didn't know how to work the control panel. Overall a fine experience and the fridge is now leveled which was the main issue but if you have a Viking may be better off going directly to Viking and paying more for the expertise. read more

Extremely Honest. Our Dryer would not produce heat. The service man came promptly and diagnosed the problem immediately. The "Fluff dry ( No Heat) knob had been switched by someone in our family. Business responds very quickly and was able to get an appointment the next morning for a non urgent request. They came out and gave a free quote and was clear about the quote price to fix my dishwasher, which I didn't have to pay until the week later when the part came in and it was installed. They gave me a 90 day warranty, it had an issue around 80 days but I had been reluctant to call, I messaged them at 93 days after and they still came for free for the same issue! Great experience! Our freezer was not keeping the proper temp. We called Andrew and he was out that day. Diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and called us as soon as they were in. Needed to replace the tempered glass on our Samsung electric cooktop after dropping my drill on the glass and cracking the surface. I know that repair services get lots of calls and are quite busy all the time, so I was pleasantly surprised that AT was very responsive to my inquiry, messages, and calls. They were prompt scheduling an appointment to evaluate the repairs and provide a quote. After a thorough evaluation and some calls to their suppliers, they provided their quote, which was quite reasonable. I signed the paperwork to engage their services and waited for the part to come in. Due to supply chain issues, it took a while to get the part, but AT was very responsive to my follow-up calls. They came to install the new cooktop within a couple days of receiving the part and did a very nice installation job. Before finishing up and leaving my house, I was asked to check all surfaces on our island to ensure nothing was damaged, to try all of the features on my cooktop to ensure that they worked properly, and only after all of those steps were completed, was I asked to pay for the service of repairing our cooked up.
