This is a blatant lie, and I'm upset. They told me she is now banned from going there? This is completely unreasonable!! Most offices would just charge you a no show fee. This office doesn't have bad reviews for no reason. Some of the doctors there have a terrible attitude in addition to their rude office staff. I would not recommend dealing with this office.
