So, when we decided to purchase a second home in Newport Beach, we thought they would be a good choice. We found a home we wanted to see, and Sean sent one of his agents whom we had not met yet to do the showing. That's when we met Ryan Tarr. That first house wasn't for us, but Ryan was dedicated to finding us the perfect home within our budget. We weren't exactly sure where on the peninsula we wanted to be, so he helped us narrow down our search by spending a day with us driving through it and pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of all the different areas.
