Firestone told her that she needed five different engine mounts and it was going to cost about $1,500. I told her she needed to get a second opinion so we went to BSO automotive together. Immediately, we were greeted by a very friendly man named Bryant, who I believe is the owner. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. He had me get behind the wheel and rev the engine a few times as he watched the engine. He said that only two mounts were bad! And he explained why he knew that. We were very lucky as he was able to fit us in that morning, and a couple hours later, and more than half the price, my mom's car was good as new! Bryant knew what she was bringing the car in for, and what she was told at Firestone. He could have easily just come in a couple hundred dollars under that and taken her for a ride. His honesty and integrity meant a lot to me and to my mother. He even drove us to Lake Ave so we could walk around while he worked on the car, and offered to pick us up! Overall, I left there feeling very good. My mom's car was fixed, the mechanic was honest, and the day was saved! Thank you so much Bryant!

He stated that they don't just sell the seal and you have to buy the pump. The whole job was to be $1420. I paid him half in good faith and then the communication just went away. Time and time again he told me the part didn't come in and this was after multiple texts and emails. I contacted my lawyer who got him to return $500 of the $710, which should have been $590. I don't think he ever intended to do the job and just hoped I went away. Avoid at all costs!!!

Stopped by and the owner Kenny greeted me and I let him know I was there for an oil change and for my front brakes. It was a GREAT experience. It was not an all day process. Kenny was kind. He explained to me the service and I was happy to know my car will be fine. After the service, I definitely felt the difference. And now my parents car are running even better than before Idk how my parents conned me to running their errands while I'm visiting them but everything happens for a reason.
