The unit was dirty and falling apart: broken furniture, damaged outlets, cracked tiles, rust, and a roach infestation. On one evening, water started leaking all over the patio from the roof. Outdoor furniture was unsafe to use, and there was no dishwasher as promised in the listing. Communication with Blu was awful, slow, dismissive, and unhelpful. They took no real action to fix anything. The check-in experience at the building was also terrible: rude staff, long lines, and disorganized valet parking. This company is misleading guests with false descriptions and poor maintenance. Definitely not family-friendly or worth the price. Avoid Blu Vacation Rentals if you care about safety and cleanliness.

Cabinets are fully stocked with pots, casserole dishes, plates, glasses, bowls and condiments. Going to the beach, no need to buy anything.... the condo comes stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, ice chest and towels. There is a huge pool with the fun "Riki Tiki" bar. Great quesadillas!!!! Bedrooms each have TVs and lots of storage for whatever you choose to bring for your vacation. Beds are so super comfortable. I could go on and on... Highly, highly recommend!!! The bottom layer of the tiramisu was more liquid than solid! The pool is trashed and the small stores in the lower lobby are filthy too. There is one store on the main lobby that sells candy, coffee, and stuff like that but you can barely walk because of how much stuff is there. Horrible place and if you think you should stay because the price is low. I'm letting you know that you are going to get what you pay for.
