I don't think that's the case, I've used Groupon several times for oil changes in the past and never ran into this issue. I paid for the Groupon on the app and that was it. This (and probably all) Monro is basically using Groupon as advertisement to lure people in with a deal and change it after they've already paid most of it. $20+ for an "environmental fees" for an oil change. C'mon. When do you get charged that anywhere else?
