Got it balanced (not by napoli kia) and understandably, service dept was unable to refund me the $80 I paid for balancing tires on a brand new vehicle. Service manager offered me the equivalent in service credit and said he would email me the info. Never did and when it came time to schedule my first service, service people were unaware of the interaction I had with the service manager. read more

I would never recommend this company to anyone. I just bought a car from Napoli Indoor Kia only 8 months ago. I have had nothing but problems from the first day. The first day I bought this car the transmission blew up. In the middle of winter my car was not going more than 40 mph and I had to think fast while other cars honking and passing at 80 mph in the middle of the night. I as young lady all alone waiting for AAA and the police in the freezing cold for one hour. I explained this to everyone in charge at Napoli Indoor Kia and they were just looking at me with not one care in the world. They had no empathy at all. Nissan warrantied the car by a thread because they know they have to because these cars I was told they have transmission issues. The other day my car's tire popped out because the bottom of the car was rusted and the metal part pole that holds the tire popped. Imagine if you go to buy a car and these issues happen within 8 months and they tell you we don't care. We will not help you. You bought the car As Is now deal with it. I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with my recent experience at Napoli Kia Milford. I brought my 2015 Kia Sportage in for service due to an engine issue, and the entire ordeal has been nothing short of a nightmare. I had scheduled my appointment for 09/01/2023, but the service center held onto my car until 09/15/2023 without providing any updates or resolution. It was very difficult for me to get a hold of them during phone calls they placed me on holds and don't even care to call back. To make matters worse, after two weeks of waiting, they informed me that they wouldn't honor the engine-related recall, leaving me with no choice but to pay $212.69 for the diagnostic fee. When I decided to retrieve my vehicle, I had to incur an additional cost of $180.18 for a tow truck. What's even more infuriating is the state in which I received my car. Several essential parts were missing, and it was clear they hadn't put my vehicle back together properly. Spark plugs were removed, and the air intake was missing, completely disrupting the functionality of my car. I trusted Napoli Kia Service Center to take care of my vehicle, and instead, they not only refused to address the recall issue but also returned my car in a completely unacceptable condition. This experience has caused me immense stress and inconvenience, and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this service center to anyone. Here are the pictures taken by me before I sent my car to the dealer with everything intact and how I received with many missing parts. If you are reading this I do not want to do business with you. Bought a Grand Jeep Cherokee 2014 2 months ago and they didn't give it to me because the power steering need to be fixed, the heat in the Jeep wasn't working and they had to fix the break lines. We picked up the car few days after and after 2 days the car lost the power steering again, we put fluid for few days until we decided to bring it back. Few days after they returned the Jeep and after one day, the whole power steering fluid got to my job parking spot so we call AAA to bring theJEEP back AGAIN to the dealer. After 2 days with the car they gave it back to us and next day the Engine Light went on. I called and after talking to Mike, Salvatore and other people, they decided not to fix my car anymore!! I talked to them about this is a safety issue but they didn't care, they said that because the problem is not the Power Steering, I would have to pay $200 just to check what the problem is and then charge me to fix it!!! I tried to explain to them that this is a safety issue and they're answer kept as "if is not a power steering issue, you have to pay for it" when there a note in the receipt that they give you that they will fix the car for the first 12 months as an insurance... anyway long story short, I will be contacting the Attorney General Office to report them. The reason for this review happened when my wife's service engine light came on this morning and the engine was growling. she brought it to our local mechanic who let her know that the engine was misfiring, but that it was warranty work that Kia should handle it. I called Napoli Kia, the dealership where I bought this, and had it serviced at until they started upselling my wife on things shed didn't need, and they are making me wait 10 days to be able to look at it. The car has 40,000 miles 9n well within the limits for the warranty. I know I have 100,000 mile drive train, but I don't intend to have to buy a new car at 100,000.0001 miles. for fear of drive train issues. I have been taught that when there is a problem get it fixed sooner lest a bigger problem will come. I want our cars to last longer than 100,000 miles. Right now my wife drives in fear of getting stuck in the middle of nowhere just trying to get to work for the next 10 days. A big reason I went with Kia this time around was the 'so called' warranty you supposedly stand by. I was told I could bring it in and lose work time in the hope it would get looked at, but no guarantees. I couldn't get a loaner as the person at the service desk told me something about getting a rental, the way it was phrased to me though she made it sound like I would have to pay for it up front. So my guess is that they'll try to pay me with a useless credit for something I don't need or want instead of ensuring I and my family can use the car I paid good money for safely and securely I have lost faith, and will no longer recommend Kia, or the Napoli name. read more

Bought a car here a few years back for a fair price. Their finance guy sold me into GAP insurance. Don't fall for it! I paid off my car early and was due back part of my premium. The finance guy (maurice) took my information/ paperwork with a smile but never followed through and 2 years later, I never got my payment. It was a couple hundred, but I'm more peeved about the service than the lost money. I also opted for some roadside insurance from Allstate, which they forgot to mail in. So when I was stranded and called Allstate, they never heard of me. Very inconvenient. I got my money back but it took weeks of calling Napoli to make it happen. Oh and that nice perk of "free" oil changes for a year includes a 6 hour wait time even when you make an appointment. Terrible customer service. The customer service is terrible. I bought my Kia from a reliable and honest private dealer, and had brought my Borrego into the Kia of Milford for a recall. Later, they sent me a discount coupon for an oil change. That oil change took two and a half hours. As part of the oil change, they do a thorough check of the vehicle. I knew I needed a few maintenance fixes and they confirmed that. Due to the cyberattack on their system, I could not get a quote for one of the more pressing fixes. After systems were restored, I called three times and was told "Courtney" would call me "right back." I'm still waiting for that callback. I will never go back there for service, never mind to buy another vehicle (especially after seeing the bad reviews). read more

I spoke to Sal Liuzzo on Monday May 15th 2023 telling him we Revoked vehicle and he hung up on me. Our vehicle seems to be out of warranty. I am stating AGAIN we are Revoking acceptance of the vehicle under Conn. Gen. Stat. § 42a-2-608 I am working with Consumer Law Group Attorney Dann Blinn who specializes and has won over 100 cases in this matter... Unless there is a guarantee that Nissan or Napoli Kia will fix this vehicle, we are effectively cancellhing the contract. read more

I cannot believe the lack of customer service in the Service Department! I purchased my Kia Credenza here back in 2019. I've always got my service done here. I will NEVER go back here. I went to Town Fair Tire today to get a tire rotation. They informed me they needed a wheel lock. I didn't even know, because we never been asked for one, because we always go to Milford Kia. So I call and head down there to get a wheel lock, because there wasn't one in my car. Kia Milford proceeds to tell me I would have to purchase the wheel lock key. Why would I have to purchase it when it should've came with the car when I purchased it? They told me I had 3 months to make that complaint when I made the purchase. They refused to give me a wheel lock key. They told me they would charge me if they had to unlock the wheels for me. I will be lodging a complaint with the State of CT. Don't go here, they don't care about their loyal customer. I will be making my next purchase at another Kia Dealership. read more

It's an attractive and clean dealership, as far as we could tell. Our salesman was friendly but not especially informed about a used convertible we were interested in, and when we noticed a piece of upholstery missing in the back, he advised us that there was never anything there (in that black hole). Well, that was something of a tip-off that he wasn't terribly concerned about us or knew not a bunch about the car. It didn't work out, but he invited us inside to see the classic car collection. It's got some wonderful vehicles for sure, but we were looking for a $10,000 used car not a restored and lovely $100,000 classic. Bought a used car in 2020. The car wasn't in perfect shape but had low miles and one owner. When viewing the car, I noticed there was paint peeling. I asked them to fix the paint before I purchased, which they did. Not even 6 months later, all of the paint they "fixed" started peeling off, even worse than when I first saw the vehicle. I reached out numerous times to the salesman who always told me to bring it back but whenever I would try to bring it back they would tell me I need to make an appointment. The problem with that was that they never had appointments available and wanted me to leave the car for a week without a guarantee that it would be back within a week. I called the service shop and they told me "this car was never serviced for this paint" and "they had zero records of the paint being fixed". I dealt with them for months, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but I regret that now. Fast forward to foray, I've barely had the car for a year and the paint looks absolutely horrendous. It's peeling all over where they were supposed to fix the paint. I took it to another shop for a quote. Because the shop that "fixed" my paint originally did such a horrendous job, it will cost me $2,500 to fix underlying issues with the paint as well as the new paint job. If you're buying a used car from here, think twice. Service is great when you're buying the car, but you better hope not to run into any issues after you leave their dealership. They will leave you high and dry with a ridiculous bill to fix the issues they caused and won't think twice about it. read more

After my son had purchase a 2014 Cadillac and only had it for a few months he had a gas leak and had to have the vehicle tow to the Service Center at Kia Indoor with numerous issues from a leaking fuel line and battery and had to take the vehicle to a Cadillac Dealer to get it fix properly and close to $900.00 to get it done right ,but despite my the red flag I received a flyer in the mail about low financing so I decide to give them a second chance and thought if I got the extended warranty I would be okay ,so I purchase a Mazda 6 2018 Seoul Red it was beautiful it was missing some things and had a scratch that was not there and the manual for the vehicle and the spare tire after a back and forth with the dealership the got the scratch and spare tire after a couple of month had pass after the car and I mention about the brakes and arguing about the vibration in the steering they agreed to replace the rotors and not the pad as every mechanic had mention telling me do both when you do both when replacing the rotors but Kia told me the pads were fine ,so thinking they were ok three month pass and had to have the pads and rotors replace for the front and the back at a cost of $697.00 and being told that putting the cheaper ones should do it , and being told that factory condition one should be just as good as the OEM Mazda parts and I mention that with Mazda vehicles you need to put OEM parts on the vehicle ,but here we are month later the vehicle is shaking when braking and being told I would have to paid $400.00 you get them done I would never tell another person to go there they are the worth ever!!! read more

The worse dealership around. Do not ever purchase a vehicle from here and do not take your car for service. The management is unhelpful at the service department and the people handling the finances are incompetent. Last year, I brought my vehicle to get repaired after a hit and run accident. The auto body shop that they use kept my car for over 6 weeks. Not a lot of damaged was done so I struggle to understand why week after week the car was not ready. Once the rental covered by insurance was over and I told them that they would have to cover it, the car was ready in two days. The dealership was no help and instead of handling it, they gave me the auto body shop number to call them. This is not the half of what I experienced last year. In April of this year, i decided to trade in my Kia for a Toyota. I went to collect my gap insurance and was told to walk in to expedite the process. This was far from the truth. I was told to wait 6 weeks to receive the check. I allowed 8 weeks to pass to find out the office had not processed the paperwork at all. I began to call repeatedly to get answers and no body answered leaving various messages. I finally went to the dealer and spoke in person with the finance person. It looks so shiny, beautiful and well maintained on the inside!! But long term ( and if you buy a car w them your relationship will be long term) they do not stand up to all the warranties they offer. It's a shame. My boyfriend and I got our car there and we were satisfied at first till we soon noticed our car not accelerating properly just after we purchased. We brought it the first time and they minimally helped the problem and it was back doing the same soon. The second time they took it they said they fixed it but it was still not fixed. Today was the final time we brought our car to Napoli Kia. The manager mechanic named Reuban Burgos told us that our car not accelerating properly was normal for that model and there was nothing they could do to fix it. BS! I called the Hyundai dealership and they said not the case. They have a tight network up there and will lie to you with no problem and will back each other up on their lies. You can tell they are very lazy. Overall a network of people who don't care. He test drove the car w us and told us he couldn't feel the problem. I called him out on his lying and he soon admitted that he could feel it but said it was normal so it was nothing to fix. LEMON DEALERSHIP. We bought a car from here that within one year of limited driving needed new brakes in front and back, new calipers, new oil pan, new exhaust, new suspension. And the car was sold with locked tires, and no key. When I brought it to another mechanic he said "what did you buy this car for, $2,000?" I WISH! We had brought the car in to their service right from the beginning when the brakes were making noise, they said everything was fine each time we brought the car in. Finally brought the car to another mechanic - they couldn't believe we were driving the car in such terrible condition. Napoli - fool me once, shame on me. Upon further inspection of my car I bought from Napoli I found out the car was never safety checked as they said they do to all of their cars. One caliper in front was frozen and one in back was frozen. When I removed the rear rotors the emergency brake linings fell on the ground. I also found an exhaust leak. Sales person was friendly and did a good job. Not sure how much of it was his doing, BUT we specifically said NO to wheel locks. So what did they do, they put on wheel locks and charged us, TWICE!!! And they gave us the brand new car with NO car mats and needed to get some mats from another car only after we mentioned it. They expected us to wait several weeks to get them ordered. Back to the wheel locks, took weeks of phone calls with no call backs, they will not call you back once they have your money. I had to finally physically go to the dealership to speak to someone. Even then the 'manager' tried to hide and didn't want to speak to me, he felt so put off that customers actually don't want to be CHEATED out of their money. Finally resolved, sorta. Then when we needed to have a tire repaired, the tire shop couldn't get the tires removed because of the wheel locks. So we had to go back to Kia and they had the nerve to charge us $160 to remove the locks!! Which we NEVER asked for and NEVER got keys for. The tire shop was not surprised when we told him where we got the car, said it's normal for Napoli to do that. As much as we like Kia's, we will NEVER go back to this dealer again and would not recommend then to anyone. read more

restored my faith and positivity. My audi was stolen, recovered, towed to audi dealership. The insurance company and audi dealership took 3 weeks (one week before my loaner credit runs out) to decide to total the vehicle then sent it to an auction lot before I could remove my personal property. I know had less than a week to handle a replacement vehicle. My research all pointed to the Kia Telluride as the best choice in it's class. Due to the #1 ratings, inventory was very limited and my time was very short. I spoke with Trevor at Napoli Indoor Kia of Milford who procured and secured the car of my choice and went ABOVE and BEYOND by offering a loaner vehicle to me until the car arrived. I had 2 days left to return my rental, was very short staffed at work and didn't know how to get the rental returned and the loaner picked up. Napoli Kia offered to handle the rental return for me. The day arrived, Trevor was waiting for me at the salesdesk ready to copy my license, take my insurance and put me into a beautiful, clean, sleek Nissan Rogue within minutes of my arrival and I was now heading back to work. After such a long process with police, investigators, insurance specialists, claims adjusters and an audi dealership that takes 3 weeks to determine an electrical harness was cut, it was a very welcome change to be treated so well and back into competent hands. I regret ever stepping foot in this dealership. From sales to service I've had nothing but awful experiences. The salesman, Dennis, is a textbook example of a swindling auto salesman. He is going to say anything and everything to get you to buy. My car has had problems literally since the day I got it. I had to bring it back the very same day because the sunroof was inoperable. Then 3 months later I had my first instance of the car having sudden low acceleration (on the highway) and the check engine light jumped on. I took it in to there service department and was advised that it was a sensor recall and an easy fix. Well they "fixed" it and about a week later again on the highway it happened a second time. I took the car back to their service department, I was rightfully upset. This time I paid over $600 for knock sensor repairs on the car that I had just gotten. (The issue was likely there before I even got it) Recently for the third time (all within less than a year's time) I had the same experience, low acceleration and the check engine came back on. Jen in the service department, in good old Napoli Kia fashion, took my experience from bad to worse. This time an abnormal vibration was detected.. which I'm sure was there the last 2 times I had the very same problem. Which makes me believe that I paid $600+ to bandaid the problem and not truly fix it. Jen said the technician would be putting in a claim to have the engine replaced under my warranty. I was at least happy to hear that part. From start to finish my car was at the dealership for nearly 3 wks. I was never offered a rental or a loaner car, though I asked. I didn't find out until the last day that my car was being serviced that I did actually have the option to utilize Kia's rental reimbursement and I was never told. I use my car for work so within that time I missed pay. On top of that Jen tried to have me pay a $310 diagnostic, because the tech had to take videos and provide proof to Kia corporate as a part of the process of having the warranty approved. I got my car back this past Friday and had to bring it back on Tuesday because of a noise it started making over the weeken, I was told was due to a loose shield that needed new screws and to be tightened. Today is Friday and exactly 1 week of me having the car back since they completed the engine replacement. & Today the engine started running hot. I am beyond over this dealership and their incompetence. I say all of that to say this.. avoid Napoli Kia of Milford, CT at all costs. Be cautious when purchasing a vehicle from this dealership especially if it's a used vehicle, the service was awesome when purchasing the vehicle, our sales representative was awesome and that's probably the only positive thing that came out of this experience. My boyfriend and I purchased a used vehicle from them back in February and we hardly had the car because it continuously breaks down and stays in the shop weeks at a time. The last time it broke down was in September and we still don't even have the car, every week we are told it will be ready next week then when next week comes we are told it still not safe to drive they're still working on it and ordering parts. This has been the absolute worse car buying experience ever. I've loss two jobs because I had no way to get to work and relying on Uber/Lyft is expensive especially when you have a car/insurance payment for a vehicle that you can't even drive. We are told that they don't have loaner vehicles and now it's getting difficult to even afford the payments with having the responsibility to also pay for transportation to get to work, school, grocery store, etc. Nobody has even at-least reached out to apologize it's like they don't care at all and this is affecting our livelihood. We both have loss out on great opportunities due to this situation and the right thing to do would be to pay off the vehicle because it's obviously a lemon. It's very unsafe to drive it broke down on me on the highway one time. I just wish someone from this establishment would actually show that they care and they obviously don't. My aunt had a similar issue with a car she purchased at Toyota and they got her in a new vehicle so fast. Every time I go to the dealership I meet people with the same ongoing issues and we are all frustrated with the lack of empathy shown when this really affects our lives and adds unnecessary stress to our situation. So reluctantly I went back to Napoli Kia . Last time my oil change took 6 hours so today I got a free one . They gave me the customer copy and had me sign the office copy . Mine said I owe 0.00 but their copy they wanted me to sign said 97 bucks . I asked for a copy of that and they register to provide me with a copy . They stated " we need this to show the IRS " . They kept saying that my copy and the one they wanted me to sign were the same thing but they aren't . They made me sign a paper stating that's what I paid when I didn't ... it was free . I was told that if I wanted the copy I'd have to pay the 97 bucks for it . Completely unprofessional and unfortunately there is ALWAYS an issue with the service department and the service mgr . Dealer got us a second car fast. Unfortunately, during a tire replacement and alignment job (at a different garage), rust damage was evident, making the vehicle not road safe and requiring almost $800 in repair costs (part of this was due to another reason but that amount was only approximately $100). We have owned the vehicle for just over 4 months so it is clear that this vehicle had this damage before we purchased it (=I will never purchase another vehicle again without personally inspecting the interior, exterior and under regions). I just bought a car from this dealership, and of the three times I've bought a car, Napoli Kia has been the most positive experience. Carshopping on Shoreline CT was pretty terrible, and when I dealt with Napoli Kia, they treated me really well. I was guided through every step of the process and found a car that I absolutely fell in love with. My salesman wasn't pushy, wasn't manipulative, and wasn't a jerk like you can sometimes get in that role. He was very friendly, very chatty, and not giving me a hard sell. He worked with me, and I wound up purchasing the car from this dealership. I will say, the price was a little high compared to other vehicles. That being said, the mileage is low, it's gorgeous inside, and it's been immaculately cared for since they got it. I have had nothing but problems since I bought my gmc terrain here. I had to replace the battery after 2 months and for a month now I have been getting engine reduced power. I brought it in to service and they fixed the exhaust manifold before asking me if it was ok to fix. I got my truck back the next day and it took one day for the engine reduced power came back on. After almost a month of going thru this they told me they finally found the problem, which is my throttle body. This was the issue all along but they did not diagnose it properly. I have Now spent cose to $1000 on this problem. My mechanic who I have been using for 14yrs is going to fix it for me for $90 in labor and I bought the part for $158.
