reposting my review on their 2nd yelp page! went for couples massage. we walked out of the car at 2:20 to get a massage. we were almost ten min late due to wrong location so not sure if our massage was cut ten min by accident or because of that. massages started after 2:30 and ended by 3:20. made me super uncomfortable when i was asked if i spoke chinese because of my back tattoo. was also uncomfortable when they started talking between each other after seeing it. and again talking and laughing when i said i don't speak it. they talked through the whole thing whispering or talking. as we were leaving, the lady starts saying we have to tip. and my partner genuinely forgot to then said can you take card. he says 15$ and she then shows a hidden sign behind the prices (literally the back of it). that says $10 minimum tip. oh also we asked in the front to add the hot stones and were not added insane to demand a tip when we didn't have a good experience read more

This place is also called nice massage and it wasn't. I went in for a massage because I had an ache in my back and unfortunately, I cannot communicate my issues to them because they basically speak no English. I kept pointing to the area that needed work and they just didn't get it. Will not be back. read more

The facility was clean. The staff was friendly. The massage as good, however, they were short staffed and my massage kept being interrupted by people arriving at the door and my masseuse having to leave and greet them. I would go back and give them another try. read more

Had an appointment at 4pm showed up at 3:50 lady had us wait in the lobby till 4pm she took us the the room, changed out of our clothes and laying there waiting around 4:10 we hear another customer in the lobby yelling that she also had a 4 pm appointment with her husband, then at 4:15pm with all the yelling outside the lady walks in the room asking me to speak to her manager on her phone the manger asks me if I could reschedule and come back tomorrow cause she scheduled two four o clock appointment I told her that wasn't my fault I've at that point have already been waiting laying in the bed with my clothes off for 15 mins that I wasn't going to drive back tomorrow when I had an appointment, the manger in the phone then starts yelling with the employee there finally around 4:22pm they finally come in and start the massage the whole time talking between her and the other employee, 10 mins later we hear the other client at the lobby again yell " who the fuck is gonna give me my massage no one is here" the lady then steps out and goes to talk to the client the clients then ask to speak to the manager on the phone you could hear all the discussion the client then tells the employee " you stupid bitch you will see" and slams the door the lady comes back and starts massaging again. Again 5 mins later we hear a loud crack they both run out to check the upset customers had came back and broke there side window of the locations. You can imagine how unrelaxed and scary that experience was. Definitely not coming back the manger seems very unorganized scheduling multiple people when she only has staff there for 2. Couldn't even relax and enjoy the massage with all the noise and stepping out. And the drama from the other clients was so unnecessary such a bad experience my sister and I were just ready to walk and leave that place. Would not recommend. read more

The only 2 complaints I have thing which isn't their fault was the outside noise and wasn't long enough. I tried to use my Groupon I paid over $80 for my girlfriends birthday (I even called and told them I had a Groupon and made an apt) when I arrived these old Asian lady's started fighting with each other because they have never seen a Groupon before in their life!! I waited over 30 minutes to see a single person. They don't have any respect for your time or money. Then they have the audacity to say there is a mandatory $10 tip. Terrible. I purchased a couples massage Groupon for my mother and I. I called 5 days in advance to book a 5:30 pm appointment. After our hour and a half drive on a Friday from sitting in traffic my mom and I go to open the door and it's locked. I then called the phone number, someones cell phone she said hello and I said yes I am here outside for my appointment. "Ohhhh I'm sorry we closed for Chinese New Year." No one told me anything when I booked my appointment. Just a terrible way to run a business. Very upset. I will not be returning. read more

My girlfriend booked a couples massage for my birthday at got there at 3:00pm, March 20th 2021 We let the girl know we were there for a couples massage she had no idea what we were saying, she looked at us with a blank look... then says okay, she walks us the the back room doesn't tell us what to do or if the person will be coming. we just stand their waiting for a fews and got undressed. We were in the room for 10-15 minutes before the first girl came in. The girl just said 5 mins I'm like okay? The other girl didn't come in for another 25 mins and I'm just laying there waiting... my gf gets a massage..... It was about 3:45 pm when the other girl finally came in to do my massage. First of all she was super rough and kept laughing she kept rubbing the same spot with her thumb into my spine I told her it was to hard. She continued to " massage" my back a few minutes later she squirts COLD ass oil on my back like WTFFFFFFF she doesn't even try to make it warm. After she tries to massage by back she then continues with the body scrub OMG! Horribleeeeeeeeeee! So this dummy put the scrub all over my back to legs and begin to use the hot stone instead of oil so the scrub is just scratching my skin I'm like WTF is happening!? after that torture with scrub and rocks, she roughly wipes off the scrub. Doesn't cover me properly as I've been to many massage parlors. She throw the cover up like she was a child! Instead of covering me properly f*** weird she started " massaging" the front side half ass just rubbed my neck dry AF! Im just laying there like WTF she start laughing and said she done. We got dressed, they were only concerned about the stupid tip they didn't deserve. This was the worst experience I've been gotten from a massage parlor! I thought I had bought a romantic massage for me and my boyfriend on Valentine's. I showed up at our appointment for 3:00 a bit early to give them my Groupon and they asked me to leave and come back. Then when we came back at 3:00 she stared at us with some blank face like she had no idea that we were just there and we had an appointment. They scramble to get us in a room. then we waited 10 minutes in a room for them to get their act together. Finally once they entered the room they started massaging us gossiping over us. Some guy opens the door and starts talking to them as if we're not laying there getting a massage. They probably massage us for 20 minutes after I paid for an hour massage for two. Then when we were done they had the audacity to ask for a tip. I said no but my boyfriend's too nice and gave them $20. I was pissed he gave the money to be honest, they don't even deserve what I paid them to begin with. Save your time and your money this place has a horrible service, looks like you're in some shack, has the most uncomfortable tables, and who knows how clean they even are. Made a appointment 2 weeks in advance. Got there and they were very unorganized. Made a couples massage, had to wait 10 mins for them to clean room. When finally inside they asked us the take our clothes off and lay on the table. After laying there for around 10 mins two women come in and began the massage. Shortly after they kept going in and out the room. Then one comes back and check our temperature ( due to COVID) and says that my temperature was too high!. My temperature was 90. That isn't high at all. She refused to massage me and asked me to return with a card she put a number on. As my partner continues to get massage there was multiple interruptions, they kept leaving the room as if they were overbooked. They do not try and honor the Groupon deal as well. And there's a huge sign saying tip $20. read more
