We personally checked the property earlier in the day, and there was no active construction at the time. While it's possible the neighbors were doing light work, there was no disruption during her stay. We ultimately had to reach out to Airbnb for assistance due to the ongoing threats. This company is what wrong with the housing market and what will cause the next house crisis, they are bullies. I'm 37 years old. Why on earth would one put wipes down a sink drain... It's disappointing to see how far this management company has declined. Rather than addressing legitimate maintenance issues professionally, they seem more interested in shifting blame onto tenants without evidence in order to save a couple hundred bucks here and there. I would strongly caution prospective tenants about how maintenance concerns are handled, and landlords / owners.
